Good time
Condo was beautiful. The entire family including 6 adult children enjoyed their stay. We really enjoyed time on the balcony. Condo was clean when we arrived and when we had an issue with the door someone was there quickly to help us out. Would recommend this property to friends

Best Stay in Perdido Key!!
Every point of contact from booking to check out was perfect. I wish I could come up with a negative for the condo but I cannot! Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I planned a last minute trip and we couldn’t have been happier. Do not second guess-just book this place now! The place is perfection from comfort, to decor, and most importantly the views! Ocean views from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and the master bath! Nothing like looking at the ocean while you’re showering!
We were able to walk to several restaurants and several grocery stores close by (driving distance). Thank you for a relaxing few days, we cannot wait to come back!

A great time and lovely design
Our family of six—two grandparents, two parents, two children—loved our stay in this beautifully designed condo. Interior: The design and decor were lovely and appeared to have been recently updated. The color palette was bright and airy and really carried the oceanside vibes inside. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs and had plenty of storage for our supplies. We did have to request maintenance/support on the front door lock and the people we spoke with were friendly and helpful. Pool/ocean/tennis courts: With a 6- and 10-year-old, the majority of our time was spent at the largest of the three pools. The pool is spacious and clean with easily accessed restrooms just off the pool deck and plenty of seating. Heads up: Make sure your keep your beverages/snacks at the poolside tables and away from the pool as security will politely let you know if you don’t. The beach is easily accessed with two points of entry from the east or west of the central tower via boardwalk. We loved the unique artificial turf/sand hybrid tennis courts. The surface was comparable to playing on grass and considerably cooler than asphalt hard courts, and you don’t have to cross the busy Perdido Key Drive for access. Facilities: The grounds around the building were mostly clean and well-kept but show some signs of age and lack of attention: the tiled ramp on the entryway was crumbling in places, the elevators lack air conditioning and the in-demand carts for loading/unloading could use a refresh—and more of them. The interior common areas could stand a deep clean and frequently cleaning supplies and large sacks of what I assumed were laundry were left out on our floor between the elevators for several days. The on-premises grills are charcoal only which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. The gym was nice and clean and was well-equipped with standard fare. Ingress/egress: Make sure you plan ahead if you arrive during peak check-in at 4 p.m. With limited carts for transport and above-ground parking only, we made multiple trips to our vehicle across the parking lot had lengthy wait times at the elevators. It’s my understanding that there isn’t a staggered check-in time which could(?) alleviate some of the crowding/waiting. Takeaways: The condo, pool, tennis courts, ocean view and access along with location far outweigh the negatives. Knowing what to expect now, we’d stay in this unit again. Great Condo
We loved this condo! Updated decor, very well stocked kitchen, great views and good location. We really enjoyed the oversize balconies in this building. The pool was nice and big. It was very easy to get up and down to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great beach vacation!
