Both master bedrooms have been upgraded with high quality linens with premium mattresses, and each has a 45-inch flat screen TV with ROKU. There are twin size bunk beds in the hall alcove and in the Living Room there is a queen sleeper sofa with a 50-inch flat screen TV.
The well-equipped full-size kitchen features all brand-new stainless-steel appliances plus all the cookware, dishware, and utensils needed to prepare your favorite meal. This kitchen is equipped with a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig for your preference. You can choose to eat your breakfast outside to enjoy the oversized back porch or eat at the large custom-built dining table that seats 8. Additionally, the unit features a stackable washer and dryer, as well as plush 100% cotton oversize bath towel sets.
You can also enjoy the community pool with hot tub, outdoor grills and picnic tables. This resort also offers outdoor showers and a water hose for washing off beach equipment. This condo is in a gated community, a code is needed to enter and exit the resort. To get to the beach exit the door of the back porch, take the pathway to the back gate, and you’re just steps away from the beach. (recommended bring a wagon and your own beach supplies)

So Happy!!!
This place was perfect fit for me and my family. I loved the decorations and the comfy bed. My favorite part was how close the beach is I just step off the back patio was able to walk to the beach barefoot. Then it was easy to walk back for missed items of the bathroom. Family Vacation
So excited about this condo and so convenient for my family. I love that it is on the ground floor. Everything is freshly decorated easy access to the pool and hot tub. Quiet and close to everything
We absolutely loved our stay. You can tell the owners take pride in this condo right by the beach. It's about a 1 minute walk to the white sands and clear water. The Gulf shore National Seashore park is about a 1/4 mile from the place too. If you like the nightlife you are about a 5 minute drive to Flora-Bama and 7-10 minutes from Orange Beach. We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish. All the appliances are new, I think we were the first ones to use the pots and pans too.
