Molokai Villas Riverside 5B

Couldn’t be better!!!
They do t give the option for a 10 but that’s how I would rate it if I could. This property was exactly how it was listed and the pictures are pretty spot on. It does look even better when you get there. Location was great right by the pool and we could get anywhere we wanted or needed to be in Pensacola very easily. The beach across the street was so close and beautiful sand. Very quiet area. So many great places to eat close by and you had a Publix and Winn Dixie in easy driving distance. The kitchen was well appointed and we prepared two full dinners with every utinil you’d ever need. The beds were extremely comfortable and air conditioner worked perfect!!! Bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels. We would come back here in a heartbeat! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Enjoyed our stay
We stayed here for four nights. Condo was clean- with the exception of a few cups in the cabinet that were dirty but we washed them so no big deal. very short walk to the beach. keep an eye out for the complex when you’re driving, especially at night. poor signage and lighting. but none of these factors would keep us from staying again. very convenient!

As Advertised
This place was great! The location was where we needed to be. It was homey and comfortable. It was clean. The lighting and signage at the entrance from the main road could be updated and clearer so you can see your way in at night. Access to the beach is just across the street. The pool is not huge but is accessible. Could've been a little cleaner. We did not need anything during our stay but had multiple text offers if we did need help and I am confident any issues would have been addressed immediately.

Exactly what we were paying for
Clean condo for a modest price! The pool was 10 feet away from our back door, and the complex was very clean. We look forward to renting again next year!

The place was beautiful and clean upon arrival!
We all had a wonderful experience. We rarely had to leave the condo. The beach was within walking distance. The kids had a blast building sand castles. The other families at the pool were nice. The kids spent hours playing in the pool. It was big enough for several families. The condo was spacious for our entire family. The TV in the living room has a hdmi port. This was awesome. I could connect my tablet to play kid shows. We are looking forward to returning next year!

this is our favorite go to spot in orange beach! We love being on the river, but being right across from the beach! It's close to all of our favorite places! Perfect for a small family-

Perfect stay!
Beautiful, well appointed condo. Everything we needed except dish soap (which is such a first world complaint). The condo looks recently to have undergone a complete remodel and updating. It was just beautiful. Would stay here again in a hot mnute.

Great Vacation!
My husband and I spent two weeks here and we were very happy with our condo. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the close walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We were able to escape Ohio's cold weather for a little while.

Great Little Villa!
We enjoyed our stay at Molokai Villa 5B this past week, even though we went through Tropical Depression/Hurricane Gordon. The place was clean, well stocked and quite comfortable. Staff was just up the highway and easily accessible when contacted. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Quiet beach retreat
A relaxing week spent on Perdido Key in a quiet villa. We stayed on the bay side, spent mornings at the beach which was a short walk across the highway followed by afternoons at the pool. I would recommend this villa to those looking for a quiet vacation at the beach.

Molokai 5B
What a wonderful getaway we enjoyed! We spend a relaxing 4 days with our grandson, who is serving our country in the Navy. The location is perfect and extremely convenient to restaurants, entertainment activities and more. Clean, comfortable and convenient!

Awesome Vacation
Great place to stay. Clean and quiet area. Had the pool to ourselves most days. The beach is a short walk - the kids handled it perfectly. We would definitely consider staying again!

Wonderful high end, peaceful condo
Super clean and comfy, we loved staying here! Plenty of linens, towels, and cooking apparatus. Only thing to keep in mind is that the knives are dull so be sure to bring a sharpener! Otherwise, we're planning to return next year to this perfect Florida getaway!

We absolutely loved it here!! It was very clean, well decorated, comfy, and a perfect location to everything. The communal pool was clean, there was an easy and convenient walk to the beach and the boat dock to the bay was nice place sit and relax. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay here in the future. We will definitely be back.

Everything was beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well equipped.
We had a great time. The kids lived in the pool. We really loved the porch! The setting is peaceful. We walked over to the beach - crossing the highway was just a little scary with the kids, but we loved the private walkway to the beach,. Due to the time of year the water was a little chilly and rough, and we were not used to the shells underfoot - but the kids had fun collecting. We didn’t need the ceiling fans on the porch - but did notice they are quite rusted, and one makes a lot of noise - they could probably use some attention. We received a call to check on how everything was the day after arrival and that was very nice. Our only complaint was that we did not get to stay longer!!!

Our favorite place
Another Memorial Day weekend at our favorite getaway. Had two issues that were corrected immediately. One was main TV was going out. Owners replaced quickly. Impressive. Now, I just need the owners to sell the place to me? We love it here.

Perfect for our small family… Location was great, peaceful, private, felt safe, we loved having the dock right off of our steps… And being able to walk just across the street to the beach! It was super clean and cozy. Great location just down from the Floribama yacht club and of course our favorite… Waffle house! We will be back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and the beach was not crowded. The villa was clean and welcoming. Plenty of room for all of us. It was a shame they didn't get the pier open till the night before we left. But now it is ready and safe. A nice get away. I highly recommend Molokai Villa.

Perfectly located near the ppol, bayou, & short walk to the Beach!
So cozy & well loved. I took many naps on the back covered porch! We also loved being able to park right outside our condo, made loading & unloading super easy. They have all the necessary equipment one could need in the kitchen, which allowed us to cook all the meals we wanted without having to purchase extra supplies. Also, walking to the beach was no ordeal at all because the stretch of highway turns into 2 lanes where the condo is located. We already booked again for next yer!

Amazing location, amazing bay front view, close to OBA, Gulf Shores, and anything in Pensacola. We absolutely loved having the boardwalk to the bay and the pool right outside our back door, as well as close parking right outside the front door. We will definitely be planning another getaway to this property! Maintenance was easy to get ahold of in the middle of the night when the lockbox code we were provided was inaccurate. Other than that, no other issues at all!
