Lovely getaway!
Even though there was evidence of hurricane devastation in this area, we had a great week. Our condo was lovely, clean and very quiet, just what we wanted during these covid times.

Wonderful time in condo
We had a fantastic time in Perdido Key/Pensacola area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Windemere condo we rented. It was spacious, nicely decorated and right on the beach. We couldn't have been happier. The location was great, as we traveled both east and west of Perdido Key to see the sites.

Excellent Stay
Very nice, well-kept property. Both the unit and building were well maintained, clean and well appointed. Beautiful views as well. We had a wonderful stay. The half-bedroom was the perfect size for my 6 year old daughter, who was thrilled with having her own room, with a bunk bed nonetheleess.

Lovely getaway!

Beautiful, spacious, clean
I would recommend this property to anyone. The response from the owner was quick and we received all information regarding our stay (key code, arrival and departure info) in a timely manner. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was spacious and well maintained. We had a wonderful time!

One of the best!
This place was nearly perfect! The location was amazing! Not a crowded beach, at all. Also has a very short walk to the beach. The one and only complaint we had was the beds. Both beds were unbearable. Luckily the couch was, also the patio furniture was so comfortable that we slept on those as well. I highly recommend this place!

A week away
Checkin was smooth and the condo was exactly as advertised. Since it rained the first two mornings, we just relaxed until it cleared. The beach acesability was convenient. . Further removed from busier areas which was nice.

Loved our place and the peaceful surroundings, no crowds which are typical in Florida. Only complaints, which may be out of Luxury’s control as they don’t own the property, were the repairs being done to parking area, hot tub and plumbing (lost water for a full day.) These inconveniences were not enough to deter us from renting same location next year!

Great view clean and cozy
Beautiful view from the balcony where you can watch the dolphins. The condo was clean, cozy and very spacious. I will definitely stay again!!

We’d rent here again.
This was a great place to rent for sure. Clean and the pictures are accurate. The property management were very quick to respond to the WiFi issues and the leaky water supply in the master bathroom. Couldn’t say a bad thing about the unit.

VERY NICE CONDO

Relaxing, beautifully decorated, great ocean-front location
Relaxing, quiet atmosphere, perfect for our family spring break get away from the hustle and bustle of work and school. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. Great views of the sunrise from the balcony, including a pod of dolphins greeting us in the distance our first morning. The kitchen is fully stocked to allow cooking all meals in the condo, or bringing in fresh seafood. We hope to come back!

Very Nice Unit
Very happy with the Condo, beautiful view, There was a noise issue with remodeling of another unit, daily jackhammering during our entire stay.

Calming decor and clean. Balcony view perfect and even had bay view coming out of room. Loved it!
We loved it. The parking deck was convenient. Everything was clean the decor and furniture was calming and comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful and coming out of the room we had a great view of the bay, just gorgeous.

Great quiet stay right on the beach
We stayed for our spring break and brought our young kids to enjoy the beach. Being right on the beach was fantastic and the area was very quiet. House was in great condition and had the items we needed. Overall we had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Loved this condo!
Beautiful views. Nice decor. Clean. Had absolutely everything we needed (including a rolling pin and pie plate for me to make a pie for our grandson’s birthday).

This vacation was nothing short of amazing. The view never got old! The condo was decorated well and more than served its purpose. Every appliance and utensil was available. The sand was white and water was beautiful. A 5 star experience!

My wife and I just got back from spending 8 days at this property and found it to be in exceptional shape, great location - very little Spring Break kids there. Would definitely book there again!

Great time!
My husband and I, and our 3 daughters really enjoyed our stay. I'm a germ-a-phobe and I don't go anywhere without my Clorox wipes, but I didn't even feel that I needed to use them. I was so pleased at the cleanliness. Everyone at Windemere was so nice. The location is perfect. I highly recommend this unit and Windemere. We plan to come back.

Great!
The condo was great. The beds are very comfortable! We loved the lounges on the balcony, especially with the cooler than normal temperatures. The keypad entry system was so so nice. We struggle with keys, we misplace them on a regular basis. I really like renting through LCV. They go above and beyond. They happily answer all of my questions, respond faster than any other rental company, and are flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend renting through them.

Great condo!!!!
We came to this condo to celebrate my 40th birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The condo was just as pictured...or even better! It was more spacious than the pictures showed which was an added bonus! I can't say enough about the property management company...they were amazing! We communicated through text messages the whole week. The first day we noticed the fridge was not cooling as it should...they sent someone right out. A few days later my son got sick and they sent housekeeping right out to give us fresh bed linens. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had great time. Everything was perfect in terms of cleanliness, view, beach access. Out wifii was not working but the work order was placed promptly and the issue was fixed quick. Highly recommend the place.

Beautiful place!
The condo was gorgeous, the decor was perfect and the views were stunning. We had an amazing stay. Just a heads up for future guests, there are no basic pantry items (salt/pepper, oil, seasonings, ect.) and limited pots/pans. So, if you plan on cooking in at all you will need to provide them. We definitely recommend this condo, it is as cosy as it is beautiful!!

Beautiful Unit
We really enjoyed our stay! Great views and unit was very well done. My daughter loved her very own cozy bunk room. Great location and very family friendly place! Only negative is there is no pantry, so I was a little jealous of the 3bdr unit I booked for my other family members who had a pantry! Loved the couch actually looked under the cushions and called the manufacture to order it!

Every Second was Heaven
Beautifully decorated! The views were stunning. I lived on the patio when we weren't on beach. The first day we were there the Blue Angels flew by- so close I felt like I could reach out and touch them. For two days there were no waves. We saw dolphins and stingrays regularly. Other than two couples- we had the beach to ourselves. We went to great outdoor restaurants at night. We will definitely return!

Beautiful Condo on the Beach
We stayed three glorious weeks ! The condo was roomy, clean, up-to-date, and well equipped with linens and a well stocked kitchen. The balcony included two loungers and a 4 seat high top table. The views were spectacular. The property management were very easy to work with and communicated well. We would love to come back.

Beautiful
We loved staying there, the condo was very clean except for a little mold in the shower, but the mattresses need replacing. We hated that we had to leave a day early due to hurricane Irma. We live in Winter Garden FL and had to get home to tie things down and be with our family and fur babies. We purchased the travel insurance, but seems as though they are not going to refund our last night. I definitely would stay there again!!!
