BEDROOMS

With a total of five bedrooms and two additional sleeping areas across two separate units, this spacious property can comfortably accommodate a total of 16 guests.

South Side Unit
The South Side unit is the larger of the two, with three bedrooms and two queen-size pull-out sofas in the living room. The southern master bedroom features an ornately carved queen bed, a matching dresser, walk in closet, flat-screen Smart TV, and a designated work desk. This room also has a private ensuite bathroom. The South Unit’s second bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and plenty of closet and dresser space for your belongings.

The third bedroom in this unit is perfect for any kiddos in your group, be they young or simply young at heart. The three-tiered bunk bed has one full-size bed on the bottom and two twin-size bunks above. There’s also a flat-screen Smart TV and a reading chair that can fold out into an additional sleeping space for one guest.

North Side Unit
The North Side Unit has two bedrooms plus a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms in this unit feature comfy queen-sized beds, spacious dressers, and flat-screen Smart TVs so everyone can enjoy watching their favorite shows from the comfort of their rooms.

BATHROOMS

The property has a total of four full bathrooms plus two outdoor showers. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, so you don’t have to fuss with “airplane-size” toiletries.

The South Side Unit has two bathrooms, one ensuite to the master bedroom and off of the main living area. The ensuite has a large walk-in shower and the other has a shower/tub combo.

Over in the North Unit, you’ll find one more full bathroom outfitted with dual sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower.

Downstairs, you’ll find a bonus bathroom, with walk-in-shower.

After a day at the beach or playing in the sandy area in the yard, you can rinse off in the two outdoor showers located beneath the home.

KITCHEN and LOUNGE

Both units have their own kitchen and living room space, allowing for total privacy when you need it. We provide coffee and tea to get each day started right.

Both kitchens are similarly equipped with plentiful counter space and all the essentials you’ll need for cooking up tasty meals. The Southside Unit has a bit more dining space, with four stools at the kitchen counter, a dining table with seating for six, and a smaller table with seating for two. The Northside Unit has a cozy breakfast nook with seating for six.

The cozy living rooms offer plush sofas and chairs and wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TVs.

OUTSIDE SPACE

Each unit has an abundance of outdoor space. Both sides of the home have private decks; the Southside Unit’s deck has a large, shaded lounging area and a six-person dining table. The Northside Unit’s deck boasts views of the lagoon, a small lounging area, and a four-person dining table.

There is a large shared outdoor area beneath the home, and this is the perfect spot to gather and enjoy each other’s company. There are two bars, two charcoal grills, two outdoor showers, swings, and hammocks and even a wide-screen TV so you can catch the game while keeping an eye on your kids while they’re playing. The large backyard has plenty of space for games like cornhole, spike ball, and more. Evenings are also enjoyable thanks to the fire pit.

Once you’re ready to explore beyond the property, the beach is just a short walk from home, and you’re a short drive from other major Gulf Shore attractions. We provide beach chairs, a cabana, beach umbrellas, towels and beach carts to bring everything you need for your fun day at the beach.
