Beautiful, clean condo with gorgeous views! Armbands required when at pool or beach and are provided upon arrival to condo. Keep up with the armbands. They do follow the replacement policy strictly. We had a great time! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was really clean when we arrived. It is probably just a little dated but that didn’t matter to us as it was very clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the communication with the property management was excellent. We had zero issues. The pool area was clean as was the beach and was constantly monitored by security. We loved the big balcony and had an excellent view of the ocean.

Loved this property! My mom, daughter, son & myself stayed 5 nights. My mom’s favorite was the large, covered patio looking right out into the ocean! The kitchen was well stocked, we cooked breakfast and lunch in the room. Easy beach and pool access! Very clean and great security! We enjoyed Perdido Key, low key, but close enough to Pensacola if you want to go for dinner. The National Naval Aviation Museum is a must see, along with a Blue Angels practice if you’re lucky enough to be in town on their practice days. Just note, when they say check is at 4:00, that’s what they mean. We received the gate and door code at 4:04. At times the elevator can be stubborn when trying to enter in your code, (note, there is not an extra key pad, you just enter your code on the same pad that you enter your floor number, a little confusing at first). We would definitely stay here again! Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful time, and our minor issues were resolved quickly and professionally by the property management Luxury Coastal Vacations. When we arrived, the microwave didn’t work, but they brought a new ‘loaner’ countertop microwave right away. While there, they also taped down a corner of a rug in the bedroom that was curling up. Everything was handled so promptly! The balcony is AMAZING, with options for seating on a curvy couch or at the table. Sunsets are fabulous — right from the balcony! Living room furniture was cozy, and clean fluffy blankets were in each closet. Nice touch!! Clean, comfortable, and amazing service — highly recommend staying here! Our only suggestion would be to get some new nonstick cookware, as the ones in the kitchen are scratched and not safe to use. We fixed that issue by enjoying delicious breakfast at Perdido Key Breakfast Club — great restaurant nearby!

We had an amazing time. The location is absolutely prime. We loved waking up and heading straight to the balcony with a cup of coffee. Everything was as expected according to the listing with the exception of the kitchen, the kitchen was roomier than i expected it to be. The only thing that elicited slight frustration was the beach service blocking the beach with his chairs making it awkward to either place our chairs in front of his or squeezing in between his chairs. Very few people purchased the beach service chairs so there was just empty chairs taking up the prime beach spots. Overall we had the very best time and our kids made memories that will last a lifetime. We would 100 percent rent this same place again.

Amazing view from this Condo! You never leave the beach unless you leave the property and that is what we like the most. Great wildlife viewing, watching Dolphins swim every day as well as the many bird species, and even watched a group of stingrays swim for half an hour one morning. Really nice Condo with everything you need and outstanding views!

Beach Colony 7C has many things to brag about: an amazing view of the beautiful white sand and emerald and blue ocean of the Gulf of Mexico, nicely decorated, a fully stocked kitchen (even an air fryer), clean condo , quiet/peaceful environment , and friendly locals and guests. There were a few things that were not great but didn’t hamper a great vacation: one of the beds in the spare room is squeaky, door to balcony area needs to be cleaned at the bottom, the furniture in the den is not very comfortable, and some of the equipment in the fitness center would not turn on. The condo is decorated a bit differently now from the pictures and is not as large as it seems in the pictures, but is large enough. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there and would definitely revisit.

Looking for a oceanfront condo? This condo is the perfect solution. Generous sized condo right on the beach. The balcony was great to sit on and admire the sunsets and ocean. Kitchen had everything needed for our stay and the bedrooms were generous in size. Very short boardwalk and you were on the beach - made it great when you wanted to come back to the condo for a snack. Would highly recommend this condo for your stay.

We decided to head to the beach in winter and chose this property for various reasons. We found it convenient, well appointed, user friendly, comfortable, and one to which we easily acclimated. Stated simply, after a day we felt like it was ours. It was like a retreat for us; time to pray, read, be alone and be together, and study the Word together. We met others there who were very friendly and kind.

The area restaurants are just incredible so we wanted to introduce our kids to the area being they always go to Destin. They were very impressed with the area and the condo was very, very nice with a great view. The only negative thing they had to say was that the beach does not get raked with the tractor nightly like the beach in Destin. Don't know why but will check into that in the future to see if there is a reason. We will definitely be coming back to Perdido Key and staying at the Beach Colony Resort.

We just returned from our third winter stay in Beach Colony. We love the peaceful location, away from the touristy parts of the area and close to the national park. Grocery stores and a few good restaurants/bars are handy, the road is less crowded at this end of the key, and access to Pensacola is easy. We are booked again for next year, when we will once again stay in Beach Colony East 7C! This is a tastefully decorated unit with plenty of room for a family or two couples. While the multiple beds make the second bedroom a tad crowded for us, we're sure there are families who appreciate the extra bedding options. The kitchen is well appointed with equipment and a dream for those who love to bake. We had a couple minor maintenance issues that were handled promptly and cheerfully, even though one was at 10:00pm. Everyone we've met, from Luxury Coastal employees, to people riding the elevators with us and attendees at the weekly Friday happy hours in the West building have been friendly and helpful. Beach Colony is quickly becoming our home away from home!
