Amazing view from this Condo! You never leave the beach unless you leave the property and that is what we like the most. Great wildlife viewing, watching Dolphins swim every day as well as the many bird species, and even watched a group of stingrays swim for half an hour one morning. Really nice Condo with everything you need and outstanding views!

Beach Colony 7C has many things to brag about: an amazing view of the beautiful white sand and emerald and blue ocean of the Gulf of Mexico, nicely decorated, a fully stocked kitchen (even an air fryer), clean condo , quiet/peaceful environment , and friendly locals and guests.
There were a few things that were not great but didn’t hamper a great vacation: one of the beds in the spare room is squeaky, door to balcony area needs to be cleaned at the bottom, the furniture in the den is not very comfortable, and some of the equipment in the fitness center would not turn on.
The condo is decorated a bit differently now from the pictures and is not as large as it seems in the pictures, but is large enough. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there and would definitely revisit.

We had a fabulous time at Beach Colony- the condo was great! The only thing that would have made it easier is a key pad to get in. Too many times the girls forgot to grab a key once they were done with the beach. Plus keeping track of keys was kind of a pain- a key pad is so much easier. But everything else was fantastic!

We decided to head to the beach in winter and chose this property for various reasons. We found it convenient, well appointed, user friendly, comfortable, and one to which we easily acclimated. Stated simply, after a day we felt like it was ours. It was like a retreat for us; time to pray, read, be alone and be together, and study the Word together. We met others there who were very friendly and kind.

My family and I which included my wife, daughter, son-n-law and 2 grandsons recently stayed here the week of 9/23/17 - 9/30/17. This is the 2nd trip my wife and I have made to Perdido Key in the last year. We really like the quaint atmosphere of the area. The area restaurants are just incredible so we wanted to introduce our kids to the area being they always go to Destin. They were very impressed with the area and the condo was very, very nice with a great view. The only negative thing they had to say was that the beach does not get raked with the tractor nightly like the beach in Destin. Don't know why but will check into that in the future to see if there is a reason. We will definitely be coming back to Perdido Key and staying at the Beach Colony Resort.

We just returned from our third winter stay in Beach Colony. We love the peaceful location, away from the touristy parts of the area and close to the national park. Grocery stores and a few good restaurants/bars are handy, the road is less crowded at this end of the key, and access to Pensacola is easy. We are booked again for next year, when we will once again stay in Beach Colony East 7C! This is a tastefully decorated unit with plenty of room for a family or two couples. While the multiple beds make the second bedroom a tad crowded for us, we're sure there are families who appreciate the extra bedding options. The kitchen is well appointed with equipment and a dream for those who love to bake. We had a couple minor maintenance issues that were handled promptly and cheerfully, even though one was at 10:00pm. Everyone we've met, from Luxury Coastal employees, to people riding the elevators with us and attendees at the weekly Friday happy hours in the West building have been friendly and helpful. Beach Colony is quickly becoming our home away from home!

Enjoyed our stay and some things changed would defiantly help. It’s always nice to stay at a condo that has a key bad, this one does not. There is a lock box that is attached to the railing at the entry. Once you opened lock box you had to hold your mouth just right to get lock to open. It wasn’t once or twice but every time. Also the mattress in the master needs to be upgraded. I understand those are minor issues but very simple to change and would make a big difference. Overall a nice place.

Had a great stay. Walls are a bit thin between units. It sounded like the neighbors were dragging chairs (Or really load balcony door???) across the floor constantly all hours of the night. Elevators are fast, great views of ocean from balcony. Balcony was very spacious and mostly private. Close to lots of restaurants. Overall a nice unit.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! We arrived after hours, around 6pm. No one was in the office, so we didn’t have parking passes until the next morning, But everything was ok! We left a message for the property manager, but never heard back. There were no tickets or towing, thankfully. It is a beautifully appointed condo with every amenity you need. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, for naps, meals, and cocktail hour. We will rent this place time and time again!

We only had one complaint and that was the water pressure of the shower. It was lower than we personally like. Other than that, it is very nice place to stay! Very spacious!

Perdido Key is a quiet little town but does not lack fun if you like to explore nature. The beach is beautiful. Johnson Beach State Park right around the corner provides calm, clear water to find shells and hermit crabs. Activities like a theater can be found in Orange Beach 20 min away.

The condo was better than the pictures revealed! I am pretty particular and I could not find a thing wrong! The furniture was beautiful,clean & comfortable. The master king bed was very comfortable. I loved the whirlpool bathtub overlooking the ocean. The balcony was huge and the rounded patio couch was lovely. Best view in the complex off that balcony. Loved the fast washer and dryer to do laundry. I will recommend this condo to others and hope to come back and stay here myself!

This property is beautiful! You could not ask for a more lovely view from the balcony. The beach is right out the back door of this condo! The condo was clean and comfortable. 100% as described (if not better!). We made use of the indoor pool which is very nicely kept. The elevators, lobby, etc. of the condo are kept in good repair and are clean. The location is great - there are many local restaurants or it is a quick drive to Pensacola to catch a movie or shop at the mall. I hope we will be able to return to this property again someday - it was a fabulous week!

Nicest place we've ever stayed. Every detail was "right", from the time we opened the door to the gorgeous curved balcony with comfortable couch and table with chairs. The linen was upper quality, which we definitely noticed and appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

This place looks just like the pictures!! We have stayed in other condos at the Beach Colony, but this is by far the best! The pictures do not do the place justice. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The condo is very well decorated and super comfortable with plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. The view of the ocean and beach are amazing with the added bonus of being able to see the sunset over the bay. Not only was the condo perfect, but the complex itself was super clean including the poolside bathrooms. Having four units per floor really cuts down on the foot traffic giving a more private feeling. We loved our stay and hope to return.

Our family vacation was actually in May 2014 (but I had to select a date in 2015) with our children. We've always vacationed in the Destin area for many years, but no more! We loved Perdido Key and the low traffic, calm area that it is. We are even happier that we found The Beach Colony Resort as it is the by far the nicest condo we have stayed in for a lot less money than we've paid in the Destin, and lots of security. Plus we save about 2 hours of driving time. We absolutely loved this actual condo - perfect views from the 7th floor, looking right down to the pool, and very quiet, even with it being a family-oriented place. We loved the telescope, although we couldn't ever figure out how to operate it. The large sofa on the very large patio was a nice addition for napping in the afternoon. The condo was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was well-stocked with whatever you needed. We loved that there was an actual separate laundry room so we could just throw our towels and laundry in there until wash time (vs. a hallway unit/closet where everything just piled up in the floor like other condos we've stayed in). The master bedroom was painted a soft, relaxing blue and we loved how comfortable the bed was. The master bath was amazing as well - large shower with a separate large jacuzzi tub with a window to look out (or close the blinds). As for Perdido, you don't have to drive very far for anything you need. The grocery store is just a few mins. from the condo, as well as gas stations and restaurants. Orange Beach/Gulf Shores is just about 15 mins. away, if you want a little more action (shopping, eating, bars). Walmart/Target is about a 20 min. drive from the condo for stocking up. Pensacola is only a short drive - we went for fresh seafood at Joe Patti's (go early bc it's a busy place), and on the day we left, we went to the Naval Museum there (very cool). We hope to vacation again here in the next few months as this was the perfect town and location for a much more calm vacation than the stress of traffic in Destin. We still get to walk on the white sand beaches with the beautiful water, but not the overcrowding. We can't wait to go back!

I have a lot of units that I have rented to compare this too and this is one of my all time favorites. Cozy and comfortable decorations as well as all sitting and sleeping areas were relaxing as well. Luxury coastal vacations has the best staff for housekeeping and prompt attention to any request. Will definitely consider renting not only this unit again but also from this company. This is the third time we have stayed at Beach Colony as well. Thanks to the homeowner and the realtor company for a wonderful retreat.
