This condo was a last minute change due to unforeseen issue at our original booking. This was a blessing in disguise. The heated pool was very welcome in those colder March beach days. The grounds are lovely and the private beach felt more serene than the busy spring break beaches.

Wonderful Condo and complex

I can't say enough good things about this condo, the rental company, and the Indigo Complex. We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the area! I was most happy with the privacy of the complex. We never heard any people, footsteps, or beating and banging from other condos while we were in our condo. There were always pool chairs available, and we had no problems at all. We also really enjoyed the naval museum and Blue Angels unscheduled practices that we were able to see during our trip!

Plenty of Space!

We made a last minute decision to spend spring break at the beach and, lucky for us, this condo was available. We were not new to Perdido Key, but had never stayed at Indigo. This was a terrific unit and building. There were plenty of amenities both inside the condo and on the property. The condo looked just like the photos and was very clean. Parking was tight in the garage (as mentioned in another review) but we always found a spot. There is also uncovered parking outside the building which was always available. The elevators are tricky and there is no explanation of which one to take in documents. The banks are numbered in pairs - 1&2, 3&4, 5&6. You take the one that corresponds to the last digit in your condo number. For this unit, that is bank 5&6. When you get in the elevator there is a front door and back door. Units ending in 6 get out on one side, units ending in 5 get out on the other. This means you have your own, private elevator lobby which is great. You can leave your sandy items outside your door and it really cuts down on external noise. Having chairs and umbrellas for rent was fantastic (the condo owners also have some available for use in a closet in the elevator lobby). There were plenty available, even during spring break. The guys did take my credit card but I tipped them in cash. Note the beach in front of Indigo towers is for Indigo patrons only (it is the same for all the buildings along this stretch - they all have private beaches). Indigo is really close to Johnson Beach National Seashore, which has some nice walking paths and can be less crowded. As mentioned, there are grocery stores very close by along with some really great restaurants. Check-in/out was easy for us but I can see where it could get crowded. Rental staff was super helpful and friendly. We love Perdido Key and will definitely be back.

A Perdido Key Pleasure

Condo was very clean and well-equipped. Beds comfortable. The pool was very nice and beach pristine. It was a bit confusing upon check-in. The directions given to us to access the elevator and our room were incorrect. We wandered a bit and finally figured it out. The garage is tight. If you decide to purchase a wrist band at the front desk, they only take cash/check, so come prepared. These were only minor things, and did impact our stay overall. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Wonderful!

The condo was beautiful, clean and very comfortable and the views were amazing! We felt every amenity was taken care of, plenty of dishes and pans if needed (fyi -there is a Keurig as well as a 12 cup coffee maker in this condo, something I wish we had known!). We were comfortable letting two teen girls head down to the beach or pool alone (especially since we could see them from the condo!). The check in process isn't the greatest, as everyone who rented from this company is cramming into the tiny office all at once (4pm). The people are very nice and do their best to get you through quickly, but it's not a great start. There are carts by the elevators to help carry your things up to your place, and that was super helpful! Get out to the beach early that first day if you want to rent beach chairs/umbrellas and bring CASH or a CHECK, they do not take cards - but there is a great discount for renting for multiple days! The pool is very nice and there seemed to be plenty of chairs and space despite there being many guests. We needed to have maintenance called a couple of times for small things and they were very responsive and friendly. Publix is super close by for any groceries, as well as a Winn-Dixie and a bit further out there is a Target and WalMart. We highly recommend The Shrimp Basket for amazing grilled seafood and The Gulf for the best/most fun atmosphere. We definitely recommend staying here, and are planning to go back!

Great Beach Condo

We enjoyed this condo and the Indigo amenities. The condo itself was spotless clean, great view, and comfortable/new furnishings. The Indigo pool was awesome! We would stay here again. The only slight downside is the check in process.... they really need to figure a way to space out the arrivals at Indigo, and to pickup your packet from LCV. After you get past that, the rest of your stay will be very enjoyable. Overall, it's a 5 star condo experience.
