Wonderful condo
We have stayed at Seaspray for 15+ years and this was by far the best condo we have stayed in so far. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were all really comfortable and so was the furniture. The responsiveness from maintenance far exceeded our expectations. We will be booking this condo for next year for sure!

Girls trip
Was able to get in a couple of hours earlier than expected. The view and location is perfect. Easy access to the beach. Local shop with some food and drinks right across the street. Many restaurants close by. Very clean.

Perfection.
High-end finishes made us feel totally pampered. There isn’t anything you can’t make in the roomy kitchen fully stocked with all dishes and utensils. Decor was welcoming and warm. Gigantic master bed and bath - walk-in closet and walk-in tiled shower with seat. Easy access to keys got us right in late at night without having to contact anyone. The beach/ocean view is awesome. And you look down onto the pool and hot tub, which was very nice, too. The property was extremely quiet while we were there. Games and puzzles also provided. Extremely clean property. Comfortable beds and extra blankets and towels provided. Nice TVs. We couldn’t have had a better week. Pics on VRBO are exactly what you’ll see when you turn the key - no surprises.

Wonderful!
Everything was awesome! The unit was clean and beautiful. The five person in the balcony was Perfect to relax after a long day on the beach. The owner checked in to see if we needed anything. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all. What’s nice is that it is not surrounded by lots of condos and there was plenty of space on the beach.

Gorgeous beach view from balcony.
Condo was beautiful with plenty of room. The beach view was gorgeous. Very short walk from room to water edge. Low density building. Beach was sugar white. First time we've stayed in Perdido Key instead of Orange Beach but not our last! Fisherman's Corner is one of our new favorite restaurants.

922 East
Our family loved our stayed at Seaspray East Unit 922! The condo was clean, well spacious for 6 adults, and well stocked. The location was wonderful- so close to the beach and the view was amazing! Just a few maintenance items for the building- the light in the trash chute room near our unit was burned out and the 2nd elevator did not work while we were there. However, besides those small things if anyone ever needs a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Perdido Key, this is the one! We would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful time and the property was beautiful! Comfortable beds, stunning views, lovely decor and sparsely populated beach! It truly was an amazing place to stay! My only small critique is that the door to the unit is dangerous! It is super heavy and the device to slow down the closing seems to be broken. Other than that...perfection!

Amazing in every way!
This property will not disappoint! We have stayed in condos for 20 years and this is by far one of the best experiences we have ever had! Everything is exactly as described and the kitchen was equipped with anything and everything you could ever need! We would love to book again!

Wonderful Stay
This property was exactly as described. The view from the balcony was fabulous, on several occasions we saw dolphins while we were taking in the view during breakfast. It was wonderful to just be steps from the pool/ocean. The water was amazing and we had beautiful weather the entire week. All of the beds were very comfortable. The furniture and decor were all very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Communication via text message with the property manager was very good. The only negative was that there was limited parking in our lot and two of the days we had to park across the street and walk to our building. Also, there were two days when one of the elevators was not functioning well and that made guests nervous. We really loved the food at The Shrimp Basket on Perdido Key.

Everything was great EXCEPT the coffee pot and we are big coffee drinkers. I think that the original glass pot was broken and replaced with one that didn't match the machine. It was maddening. We made do.

Couple issues but great condo
The elevator wouldn’t open on our 9th floor, resulting in being stuck three times. Once with all luggage and items, once with groceries, and once coming back from shopping. After 3 days of getting off on another floor, this was finally fixed. Then power went out one morning, and refrigerator didn’t work after that. But this was handled quickly and electrical board was replaced quickly. Rental company did not handle property and no one could fix elevator on weekend, so this was confusing. But they did have fridge addressed quickly. Condo was lovely and well appointed, and although issues were quite inconvenient, ultimately we enjoyed the getaway.

July 4th week 2018
The condo was nicely decorated and well equipped kitchen which was important for us hosting a couple of nights for entire family - Big Group. We enjoy the location of SeaSpray. The only negative about this unit is the lack of three bathrooms and rental was considerably more than the 3 bedroom / 3 bath unit my sister had on the 3rd floor. J Christian

Beautiful views and responsive owners
Amazing condo and great communication! The washing machine had some major issues but the owners were very responsive and offered to refund for the damage done to the clothes. Based on the cleanliness of the unit and the responsiveness of the owners I have no doubt the washer issue has already been addressed. We had a great time!

As good or better than described
This unit was even better than the pictures. New lighter tone couches were a nice touch. The kitchen was amazing with all the utensils, cookware and appliances you could want. And, they were all very clean. Great Gulf views, comfy beds and couches made for a great stay. I was a little hesitant about renting a unit managed by an outside company, but Luxury Coastal Vacations was great to work with. The staff at SeaSpray was also helpful. We will likely be back!

This was the first time we stayed on Perdido Key..wow. the beach was so perfect not just beautiful, but not very busy. We felt like it was our private beach and only a few miles from everything. Now, the unit was great! The view was wonderful and we utilized the balconey for morning coffees and evening drinks. Bring your binoculars- we were excited to see dolphins at least 4 of the days from the balconey. The rooms were really nice and bathrooms lovely with tons of storage. We will definitely be back!

Great vacation
This was a relaxing vacation. We were able to watch dolphins from the balcony as we drank our coffee. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Planning our return visit for next year.

The condo is in a great location. Not too busy. The master bedroom is huge and has a very comfortable bed. The kitchen and living area are large and great for a large group or family time. The two secondary bedroom are a little on the small size, but still worked for what we needed. They do only supply you with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. You will need to stock up on a few things before you settle in for a long stay. The washer and dryer are great, left with all clean clothes and towels. I would stay here again.
