We were in town for our Airman’s tech school graduation. This location is about 30 minutes from the base but an easy drive. It checked all our boxes and we enjoyed the large covered patio and close proximity to the beach and pool. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was EXACTLY what we needed! We could sit on the huge balcony and watch the waves and the beach activities or we could go down to the beach. LOVED that you can see water from every window, even the kitchen because the bay is across the street! Also loved that it’s an end unit so you get that extra side window. We will be back!

We loved this condo! Beautiful view, spacious living room, and well accommodated. We had an AC issue one evening and the after hours team had an AC tech in our condo within the hour to fix it. Tons of linens, great chair service, and couldn’t beat the private, quiet beach!
For what it’s worth, bring your own salt/pepper/oil/coffee filters/dryer sheets etc. Some condos we’ve stayed at have had a minimal kitchen supply, but this one does not, so be sure to put those on your packing list! Thanks for a great visit!

Had a great spring break vacation. Luxury Coastal was super easy to work with. I would recommend anyone to stay with them just for their flexibility and how easy they were to communicate with. My son left his wallet in his room and I notified them as soon as we noticed we couldn’t find it. They found it and are shipping it back to him. So thankful. Thanks for everything.

Everything was clean and the view of the beach was beautiful! There were starter soaps for the bathrooms and kitchen. Paper towels in the kitchen and toilet paper in the bathrooms! There were plenty of towels! The condo is very spacious with a large sliding door, access to the patio from the living room and from the main bedroom. We came during spring break but it was very quiet, not crowded. Very comfortable space. The couch also had a pullout bed that the kids liked.

This was our 2nd time renting this unit for 5 weeks, Feb-March. Once again, it did not disappoint. It was very clean upon arrival (I am very picky about this!). Fully stocked with everything we needed - dishes, glasses, cups, towels. pots, pans. You do not need to bring anything but I always bring my favorites from home. The view is awesome! The furniture is comfortable and clean. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of storage. Parking is easy and plentiful. Workout room is across street in their other building on the river. We would have booked again for next year but it was already taken.

This unit is perfect. We rented for 5 weeks in Feb/March 2024. Bed was comfortable, the large master bath with walk in shower was great. Lots of bath towels. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, utensils in the kitchen so don’t need to bring anything (although I always bring my favorites from home). Furniture was comfortable and clean. Whole unit was very clean when we arrived. Pool is very nice. Workout gym is across street in their building over there. It is small and could use some updates/windows but husband said it serves his purpose. Plenty of parking. Quiet facility with 32 units in this building. LCV team responded immediately to couple questions we had. Sidewalk across the street makes walking easy if can’t walk the beach. Short 10-15 min walk to FloraBama. This was our 2nd time renting in this building and we’ve already booked this unit for next year.

The condo was great! For a 5-night stay, there were plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed was very comfortable, with additional blankets in the closets. The kitchen was great, with pots and pans for all types of cooking. The best amenity was the balcony. It was extremely large, with enough room for everyone to enjoy the view of the gulf and beach. There was enough parking at all times. Never had to look for a spot to park. Overall, this has been one of the best condos my family has leased in Perdidio Keys.

Great condo. Clean and comfy. Tons to do nearby. It had everything we needed and more. Luxury Coastal Vacations responded quickly to all my inquiries. Worth noting: Shipwatch only allows 15 beach service sets on the beach, and since we arrived on a Tuesday, service was already booked up for the week. Not a problem for us as we had our own chairs and umbrellas. I say this so that other guests don’t bank on that service being available. I’ve reviewed other places to say that we’d be willing to return, but this place is a definite! We’d LOVE to come back for another visit!
