Everything we expected.
Very quiet, very complete, very high quality. Spacious deck with quality furniture and great view. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are quite large and the kitchen is very well equipped. Our stay was hassle free and a great value.

Amazing Beach Condo!
Our family of four stayed at this condo for the week of 4th of July and LOVED it. My kids kept saying that it was their favorite trip ever. The kitchen had everything we needed, the balcony was great, and the bedroom condos were so great - my kids loved the TV in the bedroom. We took advantage of the workout room, the indoor pool as well as the beach and the pool every day. We rented wooden beach chairs. It was crowded because of the 4th but we still had plenty of space on the beach and in the pool area. We did have to drive a bit for restaurants, but there was a Publix a mile away. We LOVED this condo and we will for sure try and rent it again.

BEAUTIFUL BALCONY VIEWS!
Absolutely loved our trip, the only issue and it was minor, was upon arrival & departure you had to wait 10+ minutes for a luggage cart. There was no going up 15 flights with 5 peoples luggage. Leaving was worse! We found people actually were getting the carts and taking them to their condo rooms and keeping them. So, we ended up waiting 45+ minutes and just carried the luggage down in the elevator multiple trips! Everything else, the amenities were spectacular, beach access was super simple and we enjoyed our stay!

Spacious condo with gorgeous views
Well maintained, clean, spacious condo. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, flatware and cooking equipment. Although a bit chilly outside, the view from inside the condo was as nice as being on the balcony. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. The only minor issue I would bring up is the description of the condo says it is penthouse 15C but it is not the top floor as some may assume as I did. There are 17 floors. I only mention this for clarification. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The management company provided clear instructions and check in and out were effortless.

This property was gorgeous! Each room had its own bathroom and own privacy. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay. The staff at Luxury Coastal Vacation were great to work with, they answered any questions promptly and provided with list of restaurants and activities in the area. Check in was easy and it's in a quiet family oriented area. Would definitely stay here again, the views were fantastic from the large terrace and master bathroom.

A Great Condo in a Great Location
The property we rented in Perdido Key was fantastic, it exceeded our expectations. The VRBO process was effortless and seamless. The 2 bedroom condo had every amenity that you could ask for. Access to a beautiful beach, an indoor and outdoor pool, an exercise room. The tenant get togethers were nice as were all the people we met. I realize this is a rental and many people pass through, but the only two small complaints were the master bedroom carpet was dirty and the shower head in the master bathroom left a lot of room for improvement. The two issues were very small and overall the rental was a 5 our of 5. I would recommend this property to any one looking for a nice get away. PS: Skip Lillian's pizza at all costs.

Best Decorated Condo Ever!
I have never stayed in a more beautifully decorated condo, the furniture was exquisite and so comfortable, it was absolutely breathtaking and these pictures do not do it justice!!!! The owners have taken great pride in decorating this and even have beautiful plants. The memories my family and I made will last a lifetime, it was very hard to leave this condo. The beach was amazing, the walk to the ocean was easy thanks to the boardwalk. I will definitely be returning and I highly doubt I will EVER find a better condo.

Peaceful, relaxing. Luxury Coastal Vacations gives excellent customer service. The DVD player was set up in the bedroom when we arrived. A technician came and moved it to the living room for us. He took time to show us how to use the system. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.

From the moment I booked the condo the owners were super responsive with emails welcoming me and even worked with me to change the dates as I screwed it up in the beginning. They were very helpful and accommodating. We checked in a little late the 1st night but had zero issues finding the condo, where to park and even getting into the unit. Once we got there, I was so impressed! The views were amazing, even better than the listing!! The beds are so comfortable, I slept very well. The place was immaculate and had every amenity we needed, pots, pans, lots of extra towels, blankets, pillows etc. They even had games and puzzles stocked in case we got stuck inside. The condo is right on the beach, looking out onto the water but not an overly crowded beach and no traffic noise from the main street behind it. Very close to many restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an exceptional beach get away. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Fantastic Condo
We have stayed at several Beach Colony condos, as well as condos all around Perdido Key. This unit is amazing and we will absolutely stay here again. We love to cook and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The place is well decorated and updated. The beds are wonderful and soft. It was even decorated for Christmas which was a very nice touch. Highly recommend this unit. Our family of 4 lover it.

Excellent property
Clean and well-maintained condo. Incredible view of beach. Easy parking and access to restaurants. Close to gorgeous beach. Best restaurant we tried was Jellyfish only a block away. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Me and my daughter really enjoyed our stay with a beautiful beach front view, the beach and water was beautiful, the room was very nice and had everything we needed during our stay. The property had a nice pool, exercise/fitness room and a nice boardwalk to the beach. There are several local restaurants with great food, The Crab Trap, Perdido Key Breakfast Club, The Jellyfish Seafood Restaurant and Bar and Lillian’s Pan Pizza, I personally would recommend each one. The elevators are scheduled to be replaced in August according to the information posted in the elevators, this is definitely needed! They are both a very hot ride without A/C especially in this humid and hot Florida weather. There were some intermittent issues with the east elevator not working but maintenance seemed to be on top of getting it back operational as soon as possible. The property could use some new luggage carts. Well that’s pretty much my 2 cents.
Overall we had a great experience and will plan to come back!

WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!
This property is AMAZING. The view of the beach and ocean is spectacular. The balcony has a great amount of space for lounging (some condos we previously stayed in at other locations only had small narrow balconies). After a day at the beach, we spent nights out on the balcony just enjoying the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. The balcony furniture is comfortable as well. The condo itself was immaculate. It appeared that the unit was professionally decorated, it was very, very comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Plenty of room to spread out in this condo. The beds in both rooms were VERY comfortable. This condo is on the 15th floor, we had no problem getting an elevator anytime we needed one. The Resort is right on the beach and the pool area is very nice as well. Beach Chairs and umbrellas were available for rent and the rental guys were super nice. The Beach Colony Resort was very clean and well-maintained. Security was good as well. Luxury Vacations was a dream to work with. Check-in and Check-out could not have been easier. This condo is very close to great restaurants, a Publix and within 5 miles or so there is a Walmart and Target. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely stay here again. It was our first time to Perdido Key Beach, and found the area to be very tranquil and relaxing. There was also plenty of activities available nearby. Pensacola, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are all within a short drive, but Perdido Key Beach really has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation!

BEAUTIFUL condo! Decor is so cute and well done! Kitchen is well stocked and very nice!!
Overall, absolutely enjoyed staying in this unit at Beach Colony! One elevator was down on the first day but didn’t cause to much of a inconvenience. Pool could have been a little cleaned from debris floating but was still ok and not crowded at all! The check in/out process was fantastic and made everything stress free! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful ocean views.
This is a comfortable 15th floor penthouse overlooking the gulf and a spectacular beach. In many properties there is a paucity of kitchen utensils, pans and dishes. No such worries here. The variety is impressive. If we had one annoyance it was the endless codes we had to remember to get into the parking lot, our unit, and most interestingly, the elevator. Didn’t really need all of that, but it’s a minor nuisance in an otherwise wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful Condo
The condo was amazing. The view was beautiful! The condo itself was perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for meal prep. The condo was clean and decorated tastefully. The master bathroom was huge! My only issue is that I could not get the wifi to work. The management company must have printed the wrong passcode on my check-in materials. There is also a pretty nice fitness center on the first floor.

Perfect Place

Absolutely amazing and relaxing!! Everything from check in to check out was really exceptional. We stayed at the Perdido Key Beach Colony location and had a wonderful experience. Extremely close to restaurants and Publix. This particular location is close to the state park beach which made beach walks perfect! The condo seemed to be very family friendly and quiet. The pools were great to have access to as well as the fitness room. Luxury Coastal Vacations really provided a great vacation for our group and hoping to book again with them soon!

The condo was great - just as it was advertised. Our other travel plans fell through due to plane mechanical issues so we were able to book this same day, which was a ‘vacation-saver’. A great spot for families - easy to get on the beach, indoor and outdoor pools and restaurants nearby. If I were to mention any downsides it would be that the beds aren’t super comfortable and only one of the elevators in the building was working (not the owners’ fault) - ver minor things. Overall a great place to stay!

We had a great family vacation in a great condo.
It was everything we hoped it would be. The unit was very clean and very nicely decorated. It had all the comforts of home with an awesome view. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We liked the very short walk out to the beach too. We also loved how close it was to a grocery store, pharmacy, and good restaurants. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Thank you for a lovely week!

Most excellent vacation ever!!!!!
This condo is amazing!! It is exactly as pictured and the view is incredible. We particularly loved the west side window where we watched awesomw sunsets night after night from our condo!!! We stayed the month of October and it was the best vacation ever, Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked. ( one suggestion: kitchen needs more sharp and slicing knives...only had 2 and they were dull)...The resort managers at Luxury Coastal Rentals were the best....will not hesitate to use them again. Our vacation experience was flawless and went smoother than any before. Thanks again!
