Things to Note
Please note: SeaSpray is currently undergoing an extensive restoration project. There is currently no set schedule in place from the property at this time, but the entire project is anticipated to end sometime in June 2024, schedule permitting. Here is what to expect:
• Work will consist of though not limited to; drilling, grinding, concrete work, and painting.
• Limited to no parking specifically for the building receiving work at that time.
• For safety reasons, intermittent closures of the outdoor pools are taking place now. (WEST POOL, no longer affected by this project!)
• Intermittent balcony closures since December 2023. Furniture will be brought inside of unit when this occurs.
• Brief access to unit may be required for inspections and punch list items with little notice.

Our whole family loved our stay at Charlene's condo. The location and views were amazing! My teen children are gifted artists and they loved the beach scene murals on the condo walls. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking all our meals. The bar counter was great for seating 4 kids. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom, but one is situated so it can be accessible to all or close the hall door to make it private. Pretty neat! Charlene worked with her cleaning crew to ensure that the condo was fragrance free for our sensitivities. The beach is awesome, exercise room had everything my husband needed, and tennis courts were right out in front. My daring kids even tried one of the pools (with nice zero entry) since it was all of 72 degrees outside! Would love to have ping pong somehow? somewhere? But regardless, we are hoping to come back again to spend time with our college son in Pensacola. Thank you for a great stay.- Anonymous U , Posted:
