The living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with tons of natural light and an expansive ocean view. The expansive terrace is your comfortably-furnished outdoor living room, where you'll spend countless hours savoring your morning coffee and magnificent sunrises or taking in the panoramic views of the emerald coast’s sea life and picturesque natural beauty, all while enjoying the serenity of the waves breaking on the beach and delighting in the sheer splendor of coastal living. The dining room seats 6 at the coastal chic table, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters, modern custom cabinetry, and plentiful storage space. Whether you love to cook or prefer eating out, you’ll enjoy preparing your favorite meal in this gourmet kitchen!

The gorgeous master suite includes a cozy king bed topped with luxury linens and posh bedding. You’ll also enjoy a large LCD television, walk in closet and beachfront terrace access. The ensuite master bath is equally impressive, featuring a 2-person jetted tub, huge separate glass shower, double vanities and even a bidet! The second and third bedrooms serve as bonus masters, each offering a king bed as well! Each bedroom offers a private bath, premium mattresses, high thread-count linens and posh décor, plus northerly views of the Key highlighting the Intercoastal Waterway and Old River.

The La Playa features luxury amenities, including a gulf front seasonally heated pool, a fitness center with gulf views, a boardwalk to the beautiful beach, and one assigned covered parking spot (all other cars have offsite parking). With only 37 residences at the building, this low density property is the perfect destination for your beach getaway!

Girlsfriends' Getaway

Four of us came for the week in September. This condo is huge and beautifully appointed. The building has three elevators, one for each condo on the different floors, so it's super convenient. The pool is clean and has beautiful plantings. Huge balcony overlooking the beach. Super secure with code accessed doors at the front and back of the building and the gate to the beach. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Amazing!

We go to Perdido Key every year and we always stay at La Playa! The best view! This was the first time staying at this unit and it was wonderful. Impeccably clean, nice decor, and spacious. We will be back to stay at this unit again next year.

Beautiful condo with the best view! It was spacious, well decorated and beds were very comfortable. Very easy walk to the wonderful beach! We especially loved the large balcony with the amazing view of the beach. We saw dolphins several times!

Grandchildren Spring Break

The condo was beautiful. Loved that it had three bedrooms with their own bathroom and the half bath was a special convenience also. We had two teenage girls and of they loved the privacy of their own room and they enjoyed the big tv's in their room. We felt safe letting the girls go to the beach alone, nice gated condo with security. The area is more peaceful and not has crowded as Gulf Shores. We loved our vacation and wish we could have stayed longer.

We have been coming to the Gulf for 20+ years each summer. We've stayed at many condos but this one was by-far our favorite! Location was amazing, the condo was immaculately clean and had gorgeous views of the ocean! We hope to come back next year!

This condo is gorgeous!! Thoroughly enjoyed mornings and afternoons relaxing on the huge balcony. Beautiful view also!! The location is perfect! It is close to lots of good restaurants and a Publix is right down the street. Loved the updated décor and furnishings. I can't say enough about this beautiful condo. Wish I could give it 10 stars!! We will definitely be back

This condo was a hidden gem. Not only was the location perfect but the condo was immaculate. Beautifully decorated and spacious. We enjoyed eating outside and watching the sunset on the wrap around deck. We loved how the resort protected their private beach so we didn’t have to worry about rushing down every morning to claim space. Plenty of room to spread out. Management was quick to answer questions when needed and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Get Away

Fabulous views, bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. The pool was very clean! We enjoyed working out in the gym. Definitely would stay there again. I would suggest the owner stock kitchen with glass & plastic storage containers & more cutting boards. There was one. We bought fresh lobster, no utensils For that experience. I love to cook soooo kitchen needs more . Overall great!!!!

Beach trip with Grandchildren !

Without a doubt, this was the best place we have ever visited ! It was spacious, extremely clean and great beach location. During this stressful time (Covid) , it was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The beach wasn't crowded , the pool wasn't crowded, it was the perfect summer getaway with us and our Grandchildren. Thank you !! We plan to return next year !

Gulf Coast Getaway

This condo is well appointed and the decor is very upscale. I love the soft muted color palette which afforded a very restful atmosphere. We enjoyed many hours on the outdoor balcony and the furniture was awesome - the best I've ever seen in a rental unit. The only negative, and it's only because we are a family of chefs, was the kitchen didn't have enough cookware or cooking utensils. We love to prepare local seafood when we're at the Gulf. Otherwise, this is an exceptional property. Thank you for your hospitality.
