Perdido Sun 414

I have stayed at multiple beach condos and the dishes are usually terrible mismatched poor quality pans etc. NOT here! I absolutely loved that I had usable nice dishes like home. The pans were nice the dishes and plates and glasses all matched and were good quality and this meant a lot to me. Some of us are foodies and we love nice dishes. I’m impressed with the thoughtfulness of my condo owners they provided a lot of books magazines and a radio along with a library of movies to watch all in the room. Very thought out I was really impressed with this. Kudos to you ❤️ ty for the attention to details and going out of the way and providing family activities for inside the condo

The condo is in a great location, lots of shopping and dining options across the street. The beach, condo and condo building are clean. Great beach. Condo was clean and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend!

Unit 414 is a great rental.
Staff was really great, unit was super clean, 20ft away from elevator to parking lot. Fully furnished kitchen was very helpful. Will stay again.

Perfect!
Perfect little one bedroom close to the beach, shopping and dining. Close to west elevator which made for quick access to the parking lot and beach. Well appointed kitchen. No laundry, but there are facilities on the bottom floor (and a change machine. $2 to wash $2 to dry). Friendly staff! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beach get away
This was the of the cleanest rentals ever! It was so well equipped, had comfortable furniture, the area was SO quiet, and oh my what a spectacular view of the Gulf.

Despite the rain

Perdido Sun
Our room was clean and roomy. Liked the towel rack on the balcony and the view with the taller solid and comfortable chairs. Only suggestions would be a stronger shower head, an egg flipper and curtains on the bedroom windows (we like to sleep in and the light is bright since it’s on the outside hall). We would definitely go back. Thanks!

We loved our stay at Perdido Sun 414-extended our stay two more days! Ocean view from balcony, beach accessibility & two large pools-one indoor/one outdoor. Condo very comfortable & cheery with beach decor. Facility very well kept; especially liked keyless entry & security code to enter after hours. Highly recommend to couples and families.

Property was more like hotel than condo. Bare minimum in kitchen. Would have been hard to do any cooking. Shower was in bad shape.

Perdido Sun 414
Room was clean and nice. Furniture was kinda dated but nice. All of the appliances were updated except the oven/range. It worked but was a little finicky with cooking times. Beds were comfortable. Our view was great. The orientation of the building doesn't let you look down the beach as well as some other buildings but it was just fine, even for Independence Day Fireworks. Pools were always clean. Really liked that Perdido Sun had a staff at the front desk during the day. This was the farthest away we have stayed from Gulf Shores and it wasn't an issue at all. We got to restaurants and activities very quickly. And had places across the street that met most of our needs. Overall this is a great one bedroom condo in a great complex. We will definitely be back.

Everything you'll need
The unit was clean, the building well maintained, easy to come and go, and an overall great experience. The one draw back is the balcony doesn't have railing but a wall. Not a huge deal but I'm a 5 ft female and I couldn't see over the railing while sitting at the table. We would def stay there again even with that drawback there. It's a great unit for the price.

August 2020 Vacation
We had a nice stay in this condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked, and CDC guidelines were being followed. A binder on the coffee table had lots of useful information like troubleshooting guides for tv and wifi, local restaurants and entertainment and general info about the unit. Great service.

Good Stay
Great Balcony view, good bed, good recliner couch, nice kitchen, tiled floors, great elevator, liked the security, great to have both pools although they were a little cloudy, shower water pressure lacking but I think that is almost every where in condo's/rentals. great access to beach, great location on key, right at the beginning and didn't have to get in traffic farther down the road. Good Restaurants, not too touristy. Good for a long weekend!

Clean, great location
Very nice condo. Clean, great location, beautiful beach area easily accessible. Only negative- No washer/dryer in the room. I missed that on the amenities. There is one in the building but it was a little inconvenient. Everything else was good!

Excellent building and comfortable unit
Perdido Sun is a very good building to choose, with a beautiful clean beach, a greenhouse around the indoor pool, and a spacious outdoor pool. We appreciated the easy door-code check in. The public areas are well-maintained and clean, the desk staff is friendly. (This unit could stand to have its furniture and rugs cleaned.) The balcony is broad and shaded, with a view out to sea. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean. The bed is a comfortable king. All the nearby restaurants are good, especially the beignets for a takeout breakfast! So glad to be able to set up our own chairs and umbrella on the beach. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Quiet, easy to love place to stay
This was our first visit to Perdido Key area. We love the un-busy beach. The unit, 414, has a great view of sunsets. The first thing we noticed was the freshly cleaned smell and appearance. The mattress was comfy. The sliding door to the balcony would not unlock on our first try. After calling the help number, two repairmen came to the room in about 5 minutes. In a short 5 or 10 minutes all was fixed. Thank You guys! Nearby Johnson Beach/Gulf Island National Seashore is a wonderful, almost private, beach. We hated to leave for home, but we will definitely go back to the Perdido Sun. One caveat, no washer/dryer in the room - bring enough quarters for the $1.25 per load washers and dryers which are on the first floor behind the entrance lobby.
