Accommodations were excellent and I enjoyed my stay. The bathroom was great and we had an abundance of towels. The view was amazing from the balcony which I enjoyed the most.

Great 1 Bedroom Unit
This was perfect for our short stay to see some family and enjoy the beach (although it was chilly) and the FloraBama. This is perfect for a couple. Adequate kitchen supplies and a nice refrigerator. Was happy that it had a working ice maker as we have stayed in plenty of units where they don't work. The property is nice with Indoor and Outdoor pools and plenty of hot tubs during the busy times. Back or property opens right up to the beach. I was also pleased that a couple beach chairs were available in the unit. We were very happy with the price also. I had a question a couple days before the trip and they got back to me within an hour or so. I would look to this unit again if we were making a similar trip.

Celebrating 50th Anniversary
This was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th Anniversary🎉�🎉�! Full furnished with everything you may need and then some! What a view from the 15th floor! We enjoyed the beautiful beach and restaurants in the area as well! Would rent this unit again! I would echo one minor comment from a previous renter and that would a suggestion for ottomans for the chairs.

This is an absolute amazing property. We made the reservation for a last minute honeymoon destination. The only complaint I have is that the bedding was was missing a comforter. But I completely understand they can be hard to clean with all the COVID going around.

Beautiful Views & Cozy Quarters!
Everything was wonderful! The condo was extremely clean and well cared for -- it looked brand new, as did all of the furnishings. While most people can't wait to get back to their own bed after a trip, we kept saying we wish we could take this bed back with us. The views from the balcony were tremendous, and the location to the beach was great with just a short boardwalk to the beach. The amenities were fantastic, and we'll definitely be looking to return here in the future. I do have a recommendation for a small adjustment that would make a big improvement. Currently there's nowhere to sit inside the condo where you can comfortably put your feet up (unless you just want to lay down the couch). A small ottoman or recliner would be a nice touch to give the option of sitting somewhere a little more comfortably at the end of a long beach day. Even without it though, still definitely worth a stay!

Lovely condo!
We recently spent 10 nights at this condo & could not have been happier! When we walked in, it looked like no one had ever stayed there, it was spotless & looked exactly like the pictures. We loved the 15th floor, the views were GREAT! This is very minor, but I would suggest adding a few small wine glasses, there was only ONE small one, so we actually picked up a few more to use while we were there. We did have an issue with the dishwasher not working, but reported it & it was taken care of quickly, so no real problem there. The Brett Robinson staff were all super friendly & helpful. We hope to repeat our stay in the near future!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Orange Beach, Alabama! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right next to the iconic Flora-Bama, with a stunning beachfront view that took our breath away every morning. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto the shore just steps from the door was a dream come true. The area is fantastic too, with plenty of great restaurants within easy walking distance, making it so convenient to enjoy delicious meals without needing to drive.
Check-in was a breeze—super easy and flexible, which made settling in stress-free from the start. The hosts clearly put thought into making the experience smooth and enjoyable. We loved everything about this spot and would happily book again for our next beach getaway. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic escape with all the perks of a prime location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Pros: Check in was great! Easy parking ramp. Great view. Condo had all the items we needed for our stay. Bed was wonderful. Would definitely stay again Cons: Noisy at times as they are repairing hurricane damage but the work has to get done. LR furniture is in great need of replacement. Outdoor pool was under repair - wish they would have said that when we reserved as it will be inoperable for many weeks yet. Also issues with elevator - probably due to the demand on repairman doing hurricane repairs.

This condo was absolutely fabulous! The updates to the bathroom, kitchen and decor were extremely well done. The condo was very well maintained and was very well cleaned upon arrival. The view from the 15th floor of the gulf was spectacular and even the tiny details, like the monogrammed towels, were an added special touch. The management company remained in touch prior to and during our stay so we were always in the know of who to contact if anything was needed. I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning in the future!

Great Winter Break!!!
This property was wonderful. Great location across the bridge where it is quieter in the winter. May be a lot busier in the summer with the Flora Bama. Amazing view from the top floor. Furnishings were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. What really impressed us was how clean everything was. From the moment we booked, the rental agents furnished us with information about location of the property, parking, how to get the key, where to eat, what to do in the area, and who to contact if we had any problem. It was just my husband and I, but the unit could easily have accommodated two children on the sleeper sofa. We can not wait to go back.

Beautiful condo. We had other family members stay in the same building and their units were not updated and everyone that stopped by commented how nice this unit was. Spacious. Washer and dryer worked great. It had everything you could need. We go to OBA often as our in-laws have a place near the Phoenix X and we usually stay there when we have a small group. But this time we had to get our own accommodations and this place was perfect!

Excellent views, nicely furnished
We enjoyed a short 3 day stay. Views were lovely. It was a couple of weeks after Hurricane Sandy. Work was being done on the property, specifically on the balconies. Property Manager worked hard & found us a nice balcony table to use as the condo's table was damaged in the storm. We received a refund for limited balcony use. Everyone was very helpful. Communication and follow up was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and hope everyone recovers from the storm soon!

Beach Trip
Had a great time! Beach was great! The condo complex has ample elevators which made social distancing easier. There is also an empty lot to one side of the complex and that area of the beach had less people. We really enjoyed the Flora-Bama beach area with live music too. The unit itself was great. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The views from the balcony were breathtaking... my only suggestion would be a high top table on the deck... the rail was right at the perfect height to be annoying for me...my husband didn’t have the same issue though. We had an issue with the dryer not working, but they were very responsive and offered to come fix it on the holiday. Would definitely recommend 😃�

Phoenix 10 vacay
We really enjoyed our trip. The room was in a great location and everything was clean, beach was right there and very nice. We frequented Flora Bama multiple times as it’s right next door. Super convenient. The only thing I was not a fan of was when I came back from the beach in middle of the day there was two men in my room, one just walking out of the rest room. This made me super uncomfortable. They told me they were fixing the screen on the sliding door to the balcony. Would have appreciated a heads up or them to fix that before or after my visit.

It was a wonderful stay. We checked in late and the attendants at the desk were very polite and informative. The condo was spotless and the view from the balcony was breath taking. A very short walk to the beach and it was beautiful. Parking was on site and easy. The check in instructions were spot on. Easy navigating in the area with so much to do. We will definitely return and would like to bring more family members next time. It was everything that we had hoped for and more. Highly recommended for anyone wishing for a dream vacation.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Gorgeous beach. The balcony appeared larger in the photo but was adequate. Sliding doors are very difficult to open, but beautiful view. Bedroom spacious and nice very comfy mattress. Kitchen well supplied for cooking.
