Slight irritation
This condo had a squeaky twin bed in second bedroom. Every time you turned over there was a bad squeak. Otherwise everything was terrific!

Glad I let my husband chose the condo
We stayed here over Spring break and had an amazing time. The condo exceeded my expectations and the rental company was a joy to work with. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals and we saw dolphin everyday from the balcony!

We enjoyed our vacation very much, it was so relaxing sitting out on the balcony looking out at the ocean and watching the dolphins and pelicans. The condo was fully supplied with everything you needed, and the location was away from the more popular areas so you didn't have as much traffic.

Perfect Place!!
This condo was perfect for our stay!!! It was spotless when we got there and everything worked perfectly. We appreciate what the owners have done to ensure guests to have the best most comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful scenery and we all slept wonderfully in the beds. The entire condo building was extremely well kept. We will be back and I will recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Orange Beach.

Sisters Getaway
I have to say that though I have been to Orange Beach many times I have never had a condo so clean and so fully furnished with everything. The complex was immaculate and had every amenity that could be wanted. I will definitely make plans to return and hopefully stay here again.

Great vacation rental

Ya’ll. I NEVER leave reviews, but this time is an exception. When I say that Regency Isle is the number one place to stay, I mean it! This condo was beautiful! Pristine and clean straight from the start. Beautiful locations, wonderful views, and some of the friendliest people you’ll ever talk to. Orange beach is definitely a family beach! Usually, I’m a bit stressed when I’m in a new place, but the security and peaceful feeling this place brings is unmatched. I’ve been in a lot of places, but Regency Isle and Luxury Coastal Vacation’s was worth every single cent paid. We will most definitely be back and use this company. Shout out to Ms. Sarah from LCV for keeping me updated the whole time! This was my daughter’s first vacation, and the whole way home she kept saying that she didn’t want to leave. Thank you LVC for making our vacation so easy and special!

Regency Isle 710
Stayed a week at the Regency Isle 710. Not only did we enjoy our stay but I will from now on choose Luxury Coastal Vacations for my beach trip bookings. The entire staff was amazingly attentive to our needs. Prior to and during our stay any/every phone call I made with questions/inquiries was answered promptly and professionally by a knowledgeable staff member. The unit suited all of our needs but the staff made our stay that much more amazing! Thank You Luxury Coastal Vacations for providing an awesome vacation!!

Wonderful February at the Beach
We had stayed at the Regency Isles before, and appreciated the many amenities of the building and the friendliness of the residents we met during our stay. This year, for a number of reasons, we moved over to Unit 710 in the building. We were thrilled. The unit was clean and well maintained, with a very nicely equipped kitchen. There were plenty of supplies to help us get started, and to maintain the cleanliness of the unit while were stayed. The master bedroom is very nice, with a large bath. The 2nd bedroom is also very nice, with two beds and its own bath. The fact that there is also a small 1/2 bath connected to the laundry storage facility is very handy, especially if you have company come over or you have an early riser in your party. In the end, the best thing that I can say about this unit is that we've already reserved it for next February. Actions speak louder than words.

Enjoyed this comfortable clean condo overlooking the gulf. Liked that this place had an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as hot tub. And the outdoor grills were a bonus, if you like grilling. Loved the area with good restaurants and easy access to grocery stores. This condo provided everything we needed for our stay and hope to enjoy it again someday.

Fantastic Beach Condo
This was our second year going to Orange Beach and staying at Regency Isle. This condo was perfect. It was super clean on arrival and had plenty of space for our family of 5. The grill area was great. There were additional family members staying at other condos in Regency Isle and they were jealous of our condo's updated kitchen and large deck with tons of seating. The view from this condo was unbeatable and we even had a flyover by The Blue Angles! So awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

Even bigger and nicer than we expected!
We had a fantastic time here. The beach was wonderful soft, white sand; the condo was amazing, the staff very helpful. Our only challenge was the appearance of the "man of wars" on our last two days....but you can't change nature! Having the full kitchen as well as the washer and dryer was so nice! We saved a lot of money, not having to eat out for every meal. And the balcony....wow!!!! I would definitely stay here again, and would also book through this company. Every detail was taken care of, and there were no (negative) surprises. What a great vacation!!!

Nice Place, Nice View
Really nice place that was clean and well cared for! The location and views were great too! The TV went out our second night there but was immediately replaced with a brand new one the next day, thankfully because we had a couple of days of crummy weather thanks to Tropical Storm Cindy. All in all, a great vacation was had by our family of 5!

Exceeded our Expectations
This property was gorgeous, and exceeded our expectations! This spacious condo was beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, even a designated ice making machine. A large master suite had it's own private bath with shower, soaking tub, double sinks, and a large closet for suitcases. The second bedroom was also spacious, and had it's own private bath as well. The Powder Room was attached to the laundry area, and I was happy to bring CLEAN clothes home from our trip! The property grounds were neat and clean, had an indoor AND outdoor pool and hot tub, and quick access to the beach. The only thing that would have been nice for the condo to have would have been some basic spices and cooking spray. I would recommend this property to others, and will be keeping it on my list for another visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the week. Great communication and quick to respond. The condo was perfect and just as described. Very clean and well stocked with just about anything we needed. The grounds are kept extremely clean and the area is perfect for a walk down to a local restaurant. Very clean and nice condo on the beach. Description was accurate and instructions were clear. Complex was not as big as surrounding complexes and the beach was not as crowded. There is a chair service on the beach which was nice as well. We enjoyed the close proximity to Flora-Bama too! Would stay again.

There aren’t enough great things to say about our stay here. Beautiful location, family friendly, easy beach access, the parking layout was so convenient and easy, I could go on and on.
The accommodations were top tier, only thing that could use an upgrade is the couch, but regardless we wouldn’t have changed a thing! The patio is HUGE and the perfect hangout spot. We will absolutely be staying here again and couldn’t recommend it enough.

Everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable is included in the condo. The overall grounds of the property are very nice and very well kept. The pictures posted on the website and the description of the property are very accurate. The owner really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Beautiful condo with fantastic view
The condo was beautiful, spacious and had a fantastic view. The master bedroom had the most comfortable king sized bed, we would have been content to lay in bed all day. We saw dolphins almost everyday from the balcony although it was a bit hot and humid, but to be fair we were there in early August. The property was well maintained and the landscaping was very nice. *Note* We did get a bit confused about parking when we first arrived, but that was before we realized they had two entrances and to get to P2 we had to take the second entrance. Overall it was everything we could have wanted in a beach condo.

Great condo with magnificant view
We weren't sure what to expect since this was our first trip to Orange Beach. We were pleasantly surprised with this spacious and beautiful condo. It fit our family well and was on a perfect semi-secluded part of the beach. It is well maintained and clean when we arrived. The patio porch was amazingly large from our experiences. We ate on the patio several nights and mornings. We would go back to this one again.
