Beautiful Condo
This condo was beautiful and well furnished. Everything in it seems new, we especially loved the kitchen and the master bathroom - they are awesome! The condo was very clean as were the pools and the entire complex. The Summerchase complex is in a great location - close to shopping and restaurants, and the beach was never crowded. We highly recommend this condo!! We would love to stay here again!

Another amazing Orange Beach Week
Great home like feel in Summerchase 305. Views are great. Great location. Everything needed was super close. Real close to both Publix and Walmart for groceries. Many great restaurants within a few miles too.

Beautiful place to stay with an unbeatable view!!
The minute we arrived, we were in awe of how nice it was. You seriously couldn’t get a nicer view. We loved eating breakfast out in the balcony with the ocean entertaining us. Just walking along the beach, we saw dolphins swimming along the coast. Very memorable vacation!!

Excellent rental!
This is one of the best places we've ever stayed on the gulf for the price. Very clean, well decorated. The condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable few days on vacation. It was like a home away from home. We will definitely rent it again!

This location was a great mix of convenience to stores and peaceful beach. The beach was so easy to get to, great for families, and nice clean beach! Condo was perfect size and comfy, very clean and great amenities. Loved the balcony overlooking the Gulf!

Great condo at a great location
We enjoyed our stay at the Summerchase condo. It is very well furnished. We specially loved the kitchen with its new appliances. The location on the beach is perfect with a superb view off the balcony.

We felt like we were at home...only with a stellar view of the ocean. Such a great little condo that was perfect for our family of four! Although there were a lot of people vacationing in the area, there are no condo buildings directly adjacent to Summerchase so the beach felt very private and not overcrowded. We loved watching the dolphins every morning from our balcony! Close to many attractions....we would recommend to anyone!

Summerchase 305
Love this location and loved this condo. Very clean, had everything needed for our stay. We do wish that they had more handicapped parking though. There is only 6 spaces and I know that there has to be more than that on a holiday. Otherwise ,we had a great stay. Thank you!

Perfect spot!
We really enjoyed the condo. The view was perfect and we didn’t spend much time on the elevator. It was a little awkward going to the beach around the building but worth it!

WONDERFUL
Couldn't have asked for anything more. An issue with tv and dishwasher when arrived. They were fixed immediately. The unit was clean and very well maintained. The view is outstanding.

This was a great place to stay. The view of the beach was fantastic. The home was cozy and clean.
The condo had a wonderful open concept main living area. It was well kept and clean. We we were very relaxed and felt like home away from home.

Summerchase 305
Condo #305 was very well furnished,clean ,and comfortable.The beach was not over crowded versus our neighbors and beach chair lady was very nice and accommodating. It was a great vacation!

Quick Trip
Everything was very nice. The unit was clean and ready. The Master bathroom is very sweet. The tile shower especially. The Guest bath needs the handle in the shower tightened, but otherwise fine. The location is extremely convenient!

Orange beach summer chase
Nice. Wish we had cushions for chairs outside. Did find a dirty filter for ac on the floor. And a child’s shovel Under a chair. Could have been a Smidge cleaner.

We had an excellent stay! The condo was well-kept, spacious, and extremely clean. The property management group was very responsive and helpful. The beach front was amazing! We will definitely book again at this property.

Would stay again!
Great place to stay with my family! The unit (305) was very clean and I am highly critical when it comes to cleanliness. I have two children ages 4 and 2.5. They touch everything so cleanliness is important. I have checked into hotels only to turn right around, immediately check out and ask for a refund due to poor cleanliness. Pest control service took place during our stay. They were in and out in a matter of moments so I didn’t mind and appreciate knowing that the building is routinely treated. The unit/building is older but the owner has done a good job of updating. It could use a few more updates but nothing major or significant. Management was also very responsive. Another nice attribute is SummerChase does not (currently) have other condominiums on either side. Therefore the beach area was not over crowded. Publix, Walmart and Walgreens are all nearby, as well as many restaurants. I would stay here again!

Better Than I Expected
I thought the pictures looked nice but when I stepped inside I was blown away at how homey it felt. I loved the bed, and I slept great. It had a beautiful view. Top of the line appliances with all the kitchen supplies you'd need for your stay.

Loved the condo, the furniture & décor (modern," beachy", luxurious) & beds were very comfortable. The Condo is in a great location close to restaurants, grocery stores, shops. A beautiful ocean view. Less than 5 minutes drive to some of the state park's nice multi use trails which we biked on almost every day. Heaven for bike enthusiasts, they have 25 miles of wonderful trails. The ocean beach is so clean, with white sugar fine sand. Would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Great Time!
The condo was awesome. It was clean, decorated nicely and centrally located. Our family had a great time. Only complaint is I believe either the unit next door or above was being renovated and they keep the tv/radio on all hours of the night. My children had a hard time sleeping some nights. This would not deter us from visiting again. I'm sure this was just a special occurrence. I would highly recommend the condo and Orange beach!

Loved the condo & location

Beautiful, relaxing, and enjoyable vacation!
Our family loved staying at Summerchase 305 during the July 4 holiday! Condo was very clean and so nicely furnished, it had everything that we needed! The beach was awesome, because there was not any other buildings on either side of the one we were staying in, so it was not crowded at all. It was a fantastic location because shopping was so convenient. Many nice restaurants to choose from if you want to dine out. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

We loved this condo! Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. King bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this condo to couples looking for a quite getaway or small families. We will be back!

Summer Chase is very well maintained. This was the 2nd time we have stayed here and hopefully this will continue to be our Sept. vacation destination. We absolutely love it in Orange Beach!

First time in this unit
Our family had a great time at this property. It was everything we expected and more. It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities and if it was missing anything the property management team would handle it ASAP. The only bad thing that couldn’t be fixed was the WiFi signal. We were unable to use our phones or tablets for much other than calls.

The property was very nice enjoyed being next to the beach
Everything was wonderful with the exception of one thing. My daughter wanted to sleep in the first twin bed away from the window when she went to bed there was blood stains on the fitted and flat sheet so we took sheets from the other bed to change. Don’t think those sheets had been changed from last guest. My 10 yr old wanted to know why there was blood on the sheets. :(. Other than that we enjoyed our stay:)

Perfect condo on the beach
Love this property! Right on the beach with a balcony to watch the sun rise. Condo was comfortable and clean. Check in process was beyond simple. My kids loved having their own beds in the second bedroom. Highly recommend.

Great time had by all!!
The property of Summerchase was a very clean and well maintained facility. The maintenance guys and ladies at the desk were very helpful. The pool areas and the beach areas were always kept clean and not cluttered. Would definitely stay there again. The condo itself was perfect for our family. My two kids enjoyed having their own room and bathroom. The view from the balcony was of course beautiful! The morning sunrise was breathtaking. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need except for food. Lol! Washer and dryer worked great but with the amount of towels and clothes we use I had to wash several loads due to their size. The floors were not as clean as I expected due to the fact that our feet were black after our first evening in the condo. Not to take away from the overall stay just a housekeeping issue I am sure. Our family would stay here again when we come back to Orange Beach!
