This place is beautiful and is exactly what they say in their description. Had a great time. Right on the beach my mother whom is elderly and fought and won three times with cancer, has trouble getting around and this was close enough for her to walk to beach daily. We had a great time and have already planned to stay here again.

Love staying at this condo. Beautiful views and right on the beach. There are no high rise condos nearby so the beach area is not too packed. Hopefully it stays this way. Condo was clean and kitchen had what you needed. Will stay again.

I was a little hesitant to book based that there wasn't many reviews, but glad we did! The space was clean and the kitchen is well stocked. It was clean and right on the beach. It had a great view. Comfortable beds, and linens. The host gave us lots of helpful information before we arrived as well. There is a kiddie pool that my 3 year old enjoyed as well. I do wish it had a smart TV, as there was only cable available, and most AirbnBs these days you can login to your streaming accounts (which would have been nice on those nasty weather days) but that was really the only downside. Would stay here again though.

I was very pleased with the kitchen it was very well stocked. Although I didn’t do much cooking we did use some dishes and bowls there were plenty of plates, bowls, cups, etc, The view was beautiful especially from the main bedroom. We were celebrating our 46th anniversary as well as Thanksgiving. It was much needed and much enjoyed.

The condo is clean, well equipped kitchen (ice maker is plentiful), comfortable beds, great amenities w/ pool, hot tub & on beach. We 4 adults enjoyed watching football from the den, never felt cramped. The master shower was perfect, large with a corner seat. No complaints, will definitely stay again.

My family and I had such a lovely time here! We were surprised with an early check in, which worked out great because it happened to be the exact time we got there. Everything looked great on the inside and we were very pleased with the view. I was a little concerned about the parking at first since this was our first time staying at this location, but we never had any trouble finding a spot. We were asked if we wanted to extend our stay towards the end. Unfortunately, we had other plans but my family and I will most definitely come back. As a result, I would give this place a 5 Star review!

Love this location and loved this condo. Very clean, had everything needed for our stay. We do wish that they had more handicapped parking though. There is only 6 spaces and I know that there has to be more than that on a holiday. Otherwise ,we had a great stay. Thank you!

Nice. Wish we had cushions for chairs outside. Did find a dirty filter for ac on the floor. And a child’s shovel Under a chair. Could have been a Smidge cleaner.

We felt like we were at home...only with a stellar view of the ocean. Such a great little condo that was perfect for our family of four! Although there were a lot of people vacationing in the area, there are no condo buildings directly adjacent to Summerchase so the beach felt very private and not overcrowded. We loved watching the dolphins every morning from our balcony! Close to many attractions....we would recommend to anyone!

Loved the condo, the furniture & décor (modern," beachy", luxurious) & beds were very comfortable. The Condo is in a great location close to restaurants, grocery stores, shops. A beautiful ocean view. Less than 5 minutes drive to some of the state park's nice multi use trails which we biked on almost every day. Heaven for bike enthusiasts, they have 25 miles of wonderful trails. The ocean beach is so clean, with white sugar fine sand. Would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Everything was very nice. The unit was clean and ready. The Master bathroom is very sweet. The tile shower especially. The Guest bath needs the handle in the shower tightened, but otherwise fine. The location is extremely convenient!

Love this property! Right on the beach with a balcony to watch the sun rise. Condo was comfortable and clean. Check in process was beyond simple. My kids loved having their own beds in the second bedroom. Highly recommend.

Our family had a great time at this property. It was everything we expected and more. It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities and if it was missing anything the property management team would handle it ASAP. The only bad thing that couldn’t be fixed was the WiFi signal. We were unable to use our phones or tablets for much other than calls.

Great place to stay with my family! The unit (305) was very clean and I am highly critical when it comes to cleanliness. I have two children ages 4 and 2.5. They touch everything so cleanliness is important. I have checked into hotels only to turn right around, immediately check out and ask for a refund due to poor cleanliness. Pest control service took place during our stay. They were in and out in a matter of moments so I didn’t mind and appreciate knowing that the building is routinely treated. The unit/building is older but the owner has done a good job of updating. It could use a few more updates but nothing major or significant. Management was also very responsive. Another nice attribute is SummerChase does not (currently) have other condominiums on either side. Therefore the beach area was not over crowded. Publix, Walmart and Walgreens are all nearby, as well as many restaurants. I would stay here again!

Everything was wonderful with the exception of one thing. My daughter wanted to sleep in the first twin bed away from the window when she went to bed there was blood stains on the fitted and flat sheet so we took sheets from the other bed to change. Don’t think those sheets had been changed from last guest. My 10 yr old wanted to know why there was blood on the sheets. :(. Other than that we enjoyed our stay:)

The minute we arrived, we were in awe of how nice it was. You seriously couldn’t get a nicer view. We loved eating breakfast out in the balcony with the ocean entertaining us. Just walking along the beach, we saw dolphins swimming along the coast. Very memorable vacation!!

Our family loved staying at Summerchase 305 during the July 4 holiday! Condo was very clean and so nicely furnished, it had everything that we needed! The beach was awesome, because there was not any other buildings on either side of the one we were staying in, so it was not crowded at all. It was a fantastic location because shopping was so convenient. Many nice restaurants to choose from if you want to dine out. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

The property of Summerchase was a very clean and well maintained facility. The maintenance guys and ladies at the desk were very helpful. The pool areas and the beach areas were always kept clean and not cluttered. Would definitely stay there again. The condo itself was perfect for our family. My two kids enjoyed having their own room and bathroom. The view from the balcony was of course beautiful! The morning sunrise was breathtaking. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need except for food. Lol! Washer and dryer worked great but with the amount of towels and clothes we use I had to wash several loads due to their size. The floors were not as clean as I expected due to the fact that our feet were black after our first evening in the condo. Not to take away from the overall stay just a housekeeping issue I am sure. Our family would stay here again when we come back to Orange Beach!

This is one of the best places we've ever stayed on the gulf for the price. Very clean, well decorated. The condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable few days on vacation. It was like a home away from home. We will definitely rent it again!

The condo was awesome. It was clean, decorated nicely and centrally located. Our family had a great time. Only complaint is I believe either the unit next door or above was being renovated and they keep the tv/radio on all hours of the night. My children had a hard time sleeping some nights. This would not deter us from visiting again. I'm sure this was just a special occurrence. I would highly recommend the condo and Orange beach!

Wonderful condo! Very clean and roomy. View was great. Master bed was so comfortable. Very nice shower also. Highly recommend!

This condo was beautiful and well furnished. Everything in it seems new, we especially loved the kitchen and the master bathroom - they are awesome! The condo was very clean as were the pools and the entire complex. The Summerchase complex is in a great location - close to shopping and restaurants, and the beach was never crowded. We highly recommend this condo!! We would love to stay here again!
