Great unit! For a rental, it is very well taken care of and maintained. It was very clean and the property management company was great and easy to communicate with. Some of the furniture is different than the listing shows, but it seems like maybe they just upgraded? We will probably book again! The only suggestion I have is to convert the full/queen bed guest room to a king for convenience of guests.

Turquoise Place is well designed with plenty amenities

Stayed 4 nights with family. 2 year old’s first time to experience sand/beach and loved it. Views from balcony were spectacular. Unit had everything we needed and was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable.

Family Vacation

The property was beautiful and very clean! The location on the water and view of the ocean with several dolphin sitings was exceptional. It was convenient and close to many restaurants and stores. We had a great time! Would love it if there was a coffee shop of some sort on site and better food choices at the Turquoise Place. Other than that... it was a 9 out of 10!!!

Comfortable and Clean

The unit was very nice. The only 2 minor issues was the mattress pad on the bed in master bedroom. It kept slipping down and was a bit uncomfortable at times. Also, the tv remotes are hard to figure it out if you aren't familiar with Dish Tv. It was cold so we watch tv in the evening. Very minor issue. Would love to stay there again
