Perfect for multiple couples

This was the perfect house for 4 couples!! Each room had its own bathroom and the living area was large and comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating that accommodated all of us. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed. We had such a great trip we will definitely be back!

Great Stay!

Thank you for a great week's stay! The home is stunning and decorated with so much detail! Every part of the house is gorgeous and we had the best time with friends here! The golf cart was so fun and we rode to Pete's Ice Cream shop and Southern Grind Coffee which were both delicious! If you need anything delivered, there is an easy access post office located by Pete's. Thank you for the best week where we felt at home and could make so many memories.

Beautiful Beach Home

What a beautiful beach home and what a wonderful stay we had here! One of the best beach trips we've ever had. Our family of four enjoyed walks around this precious neighborhood and beach fun every single day. Having the golf cart to use was an added bonus. Cosmos restaurant is fabulous as well as Sweet Cone Alabama ice cream. Thank you for sharing!

Did not disappoint

Thank you for letting us stay in your home. This is by far one of the nicest places I have ever seen. The proximity to the beach is awesome. There is also access to walking trails and a pool. The furnishings are also top notch and the place is spacious and will hold a very large family.

Beautiful, roomy vacation home!!

We vacationed at this beautiful home with 6 of our friends and it was a wonderful experience. The house was so roomy, clean, and stylish. We all had plenty of space and our own bathrooms which made getting ready to go out so easy. The neighborhood was quiet, attractive, and cozy. The golf cart made our trips back and forth to the beach quick and convenient. We also enjoyed the pool and the walking track nearby. This is a great vacation stay for any family or friend group!!

Beautiful beach home

Beautiful home located in a very peaceful area. The house was spacious and well decorated. Very pretty, however, not too fancy so that you did not feel like you were afraid to touch anything……clean and has the “homey” touch. Owners were pleasantly easy to work with and provided any assistance we needed during our stay. The golf cart was a tremendous luxury when making the daily trip to the beach. The neighborhood provided a tranquil, relaxed atmosphere for an early morning stroll or a brisk afternoon walking workout. We were very satisfied with our stay at 17 The Battery.

House was listed accurately: one roll of paper towels, one roll toilet paper per bathroom, two trash bags in the kitchen, one dishwasher pad, and one laundry pad. The difference between a Super-host house and this one is you don't have to go shop for the everyday items (salt & pepper, etc.)
The house did have good linens, shower towels etc. Close to good restaurants.

We had a great stay! The home was beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed walking to Pete’s for ice cream after dinner.
The walk to the beach was not too far though you do have to cross a 4 lane highway (with crosswalk).

Exceptional!

This place was amazing - we loved it! We enjoyed every moment of our stay in this new and spacious house. It had everything we needed: cozy furniture, well-equipped kitchen, super comfy beds, large bathrooms, and lovely decor. It suited our family perfectly. The Village of Tannin is a quiet and scenic neighborhood with a huge pool (very close to the house), walking trails, and convenient access to great restaurants, groceries, and more. The beach was private and had a stunning sandbar. It also had a parking spot for the golf cart, which we used a lot - although the beach was also an easy walk away with a dedicated crossing. We highly recommend this house and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home! We had 5 adults and 2 children. Everyone had their own bathroom. My 1 year old was able to sleep in the massive closet in her pack and play. No windows so it was blacked out.

Fantastic Vacation Home

Fantastic spot near everything. Beach access feels very private and not crowded like other places. The home was beautiful, clean and well kept up with. The location is perfect, practically minutes and walking distance to just about everything. The community feels safe and everyone we came by was welcoming. We wouldn't think twice about visiting again. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay at their lovely home. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

The house couldn’t have been more perfect! It was spacious enough for our large family. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood itself was quaint and beautiful. There was construction going on in the neighborhood, but it didn’t bother us at all. We were very close to the beach, so the umbrellas and beach chairs available for use were an added bonus. We couldn’t figure how to lock or unlock the door to the house but the neighborhood was safe to where we weren’t worried. Would definitely stay here again!

2023 Quick Vacay

My overall impression of the property is a plus. The property is new and very well-kept. It was stocked with the necessities as far as cooking and bathing. The property manager, Elizabeth, was very helpful with any questions I had. Also, the maintenance guys are very responsive, efficient, and effective. I really enjoyed my stay, and would love to rent this property again soon.
