5 large bedrooms all with king beds. Can’t beat that. Directions were clear and everything was as advertised. Supplies were limited but we knew that going in. Would have been nice to have more toiletries, soap, a baby crib/high chair, etc. House has normal wear and tear but we didn’t feel like it was unkempt or dirty. We did have difficulty with a shower drain clogged, a broken ceiling fan, washer and dryer unable to start and shutting off randomly, incorrect pool gate code given, and a tv that would not connect to the wifi or cable. We even had a tech come out to restart the tv a couple times which fixed it, but then it stopped working again after a couple hours. Management was attentive and helpful, just might be worth updating some common household appliances. Safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. There’s a neighborhood cat that frequented the front porch and an alligator that hung out in the pond right outside our back balcony. 4 parking spots available, and the neighborhood pool was large and well taken care of, and always unoccupied when we used it, although a little chilly in early May. Beach access is at the street light, definitely a long walk. I’d recommend getting dropped off there or just go to the state park for 5. Overall a great rental property and we would definitely stay here again.- Reviewed On: 5/12/2026

We were relocated to this home from our original due to a water leak from all the rain that was happening upon our arrival. I truly felt like this house was an upgrade minus the fact that it wasn't beachfront. We drove to Gulf State Park and paid the daily parking fee and accessed the beach there and it couldn't have been better! The beach, in that area, wasn't crowded at all! The only thing, in my personal opinion, that could make this place better is to add mirrors to the bedrooms! We had more girls than boys staying and we were all fighting for the bathroom mirror to get ready for dinner. Overall, 5 stars, highly recommend! Great location and property
This property is very well maintained, clean, and within walking distance to the beach. It was a 6 minute walk to the private beach entrance from the property. Also, a traffic light provides immediate access to cross the street. Property has many amenities and is very spacious. Beautiful Home!
We went to Orange Beach for a family vacation. With 3 adult kids and their kids, all 4 adult families had a king-size bed. Large kitchen and living room with 10 place dining table. Owners provide charcoal and lighter fluid so no need to bring for the charcoal grill. Bring your own baby gate if needed. Never found the private beach access but wouldn't have worked anyway since no parking there and we had 3 cars. No problem because there are a lot of public beaches with parking that have a fee. Our favorite beach was Gulf Islands National Park. It was 20-25 min from the house to the east end of the island. Plenty of parking at $25 which allowed us a weeks long pass. Walmart, Rouse's and Publix are all 7 minutes away if no traffic.- Reviewed On: 7/23/2023

The house was very nice and fit our needs perfectly. We did have a bit of trouble locating the beach access, but once we did it was easy enough to get to the beach. just a short walk.- Reviewed On: 7/2/2023
