BEAUTIFUL, spacious house with big bedrooms and all large beds, so no one was cramped. TVs in every bedroom, also. NICE bathrooms too!
Very clean and well organised all throughout. Wonderful, covered, peaceful decks.
Private, large pool and pool area was great.
Just loved the place.

This property is very well maintained, clean, and within walking distance to the beach. It was a 6 minute walk to the private beach entrance from the property. Also, a traffic light provides immediate access to cross the street. Property has many amenities and is very spacious. Lots of family members could stay here and enjoy their privacy as well.

We went to Orange Beach for a family vacation. With 3 adult kids and their kids, all 4 adult families had a king-size bed. Large kitchen and living room with 10 place dining table. Owners provide charcoal and lighter fluid so no need to bring for the charcoal grill. Bring your own baby gate if needed. Never found the private beach access but wouldn't have worked anyway since no parking there and we had 3 cars. No problem because there are a lot of public beaches with parking that have a fee. Our favorite beach was Gulf Islands National Park. It was 20-25 min from the house to the east end of the island. Plenty of parking at $25 which allowed us a weeks long pass. Walmart, Rouse's and Publix are all 7 minutes away if no traffic.

Our vacation home was spectacular! It is such a spacious home with rare king sized beds in every bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were perfect. This home was beautiful and the location to the beach was great. We enjoyed our stay soooo much. Make sure to take note of the alarm system code before arriving to the house. We didn't have it and the alarm went off, but it was sorted out quickly. I would rent here again!

We had a great vacation with 12 of us, 7 adults and 5 children under 12 years old. The only inconvenience is the walk to the beach. With an infant we weren’t comfortable crossing the expressway but fortunately the parking deck across the street which belongs to a church was abandoned and we were able to drive and drop off. The property and pool are beautiful and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the amenities were perfect.

This home was beautiful and the location to the beach was great. However, We couldn't find the deeded beach access and the neighborhood is up and coming so there was alot of construction noise. We enjoyed our stay soooo much. But If I had any advice, it would be don't forget extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags with you and make sure to ask for the alarm system code before arriving to the house.. We didn't have it and the alarm went off and the police came but it was sorted out quickly. I would rent here again!

Wow! This home is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect! With penty of room to spread out, our family of 10 never felt crowded. Where do I start, the property is absolutely beautiful the pictures does not do any justice. It was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very quick to respond when I wanted to check in early and check out late. The property was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and fun things to do. Do not hesitate to book the property I promise you won’t be disappointed.

This house is incredible! If you are debating on houses, look no further. The house is huge and perfect for a large party. There were 10 of us and we didn’t feel cramped at all.
The kitchen/living area is large and open, the bedrooms each have queen or king beds and are not cramped, you can walk right across the road to the beach, access to the pool is right around the corner, there is trail access in the neighborhood, and there are a plethora of restaurants, grocery stores, and activities nearby.
The kitchen is VERY well stocked- a lot of places say that and have very little but that is not the case here. We cooked every day and were not lacking any of the utensils/cookware we needed.
We hope to return and have the opportunity to enjoy this space again!

This house was beautiful and was just what our family needed! It was very clean! The checkin process was flawless! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to cook dinner for a night in! The location couldn't have been better. You're close enough to lots of things but yet the house still seems private and not in a busy area! We were very pleased with our stay!

Awesome location! Perfect fit for our family and our friends. Slept 4 adults and 5 children comfortably with room to spare. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals at the house. The beach is a short walk from the house and beautiful. The pool is a huge bonus as well with plenty of space; we had it to ourselves most days. Quiet neighborhood located just a couple of miles from Gulf Shores and Gulf State Park, as well as a variety of places to eat and entertain. We are looking to return next year as Orange Beach will now be our annual location for Spring Break!

The house is accurately presented and was awesome for our family vacation. Close to stores, restaurant, activities for non-beach times. 10min walk to the beach was easy enough.
Beach was perfect. It was busy, but way more space than in front of the condo buildings in either direction.
The house was perfect for our group of 10. Ages 10-68 and all had fun together and doing our own thing. Lots of places to gather together or to find quiet time alone. The three separate decks, outdoor grill, professional stove, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 10, 3.5 bathrooms… all made for a great experience.
They were very responsive in making us feel comfortable.

Battery Beach House was a great find for our Brothers ‘n Sisters’ Trip! We loved the unique neighborhood! It was perfect for casual walks, and the Gulf States Park access was perfect for those taking longer ones! The views were awesome!The pool was beautiful and just a two minute walk away! Also, the estuary offered a beautiful view, plus a little fun catch ‘n release fishing right from the porch was bonus! We did find using cars to the beach to be quicker and easier for our crew of nine!
The 5 king bedrooms were just what we needed! Just note, the room with the bunks doesn’t have a large tv; unlike the others, it’s small, not smart, and would not get cable. The shared bathrooms weren’t ideal, but if you’ve grown up sharing, you can deal!
We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, small appliances, utensils, and dishes … except for wine glasses! Luckily, we had our own!
We did pull in two rockers from the front porch to have enough seating for everyone in the living area. And, we used some of our folding chairs so everyone could be together on the back porch.
We absolutely loved our time in Tannin Village! It was a great week of reminiscing and making new family memories!

Property was super clean, easy to get to, was very close to everything, walk to beach easy, walk to the pool was just around the corner, and hardly any people at it. We had 7 adults and 2 children. Felt safe at the house. The bunk beds were great to have for the kids. Check in was easy, lots of communication about check and check out. I did not need anything but feel like if I had it would have been easy to get help. Everything was great and i would 100% go back to this house.

We were hoping for a nice family vacation, and this home delivered. Very spacious and well spaced main floor, living room, and kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped for those that like to cook in. All the bedrooms having kings was awesome, and nice sized rooms as well. We always worry someone is using a certain lens to make the rooms look big, but these were so big with TVs and lots of bathrooms. The community pool was a short 2 minute walk or less around the corner which was super nice-very nice large pool with chairs and very clean. Neighborhood felt very safe. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. We did have some trouble finding the beach access the first day but if you walk to the left and straight out of the neighborhood there is a light with crosswalk. Walk straight across you are there. We also drove 5 minutes to one of the public beaches with bathrooms a few days to try different areas out. Home was very clean and we enjoyed our stay being so close to everything and everyone had lots of space to spread out with our large family.

We have stayed in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for over 40 years and this has been by far one of the best houses that we have stayed In. The only thing I would change is a larger deck.

Everything about this home was great. It was centrally located to everything. We had 10 adults and 2 children. Everything was spotless when we arrived. I am a bit of a germaphobe and I was very at ease with how clean things were. Our master suite was great. The closet space in each room was wonderful. Will definitely try and stay here again. It fit all of our needs perfectly and it was priced very well.

Beautiful house, less than a year old. Everything in the house worked good. Quite neighborhood. I certainly do recommend it to anyone who wants to rent it!! You will probably have to drive to the public beach - 1 to 2 miles away. The road to the deeded beach walkway is too busy to cross on foot. Both near-by public beaches were very nice, clean, and not crowed. Neighborhood pool was 3 minute walk, clean, private, and nobody in it.

We had 8 adults and two kids staying here for a retreat with my & my husband’s work colleagues. I was in charge of all the meals and was so grateful for a kitchen with so many pots and pans and utensils! (There is a blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.) There was plenty of space for our group to spread out and have alone-time but also space in the living room for our meetings. All being able to eat together at the dining table was great. The beds were comfy, there were nice (and plenty of) bath towels. The laundry room was well-equipped and conveniently located in the house. The pool was very pretty and not a long walk at all. A few things to note for future renters: 1. The kitchen faucet is not broken! It’s just fancy! I had never seen a faucet that you just touch to turn on. Apparently I don’t watch enough tv with commercials. 2. There is a half bath downstairs. I didn’t remember seeing that in the photos, but it was very helpful for kids who are still potty training and for when the group was meeting downstairs. 3. Crossing the street to get to the beach with kids? There is a crosswalk, but it’s a bit of a walk down the street. We used it once and it was fine, but we had to carry the kids on the walk back because they got tired. The next time we crossed at the closer intersection, and there weren’t too many cars, so it was fine. 4. Watch out for snakes! A neighbor was kind enough to come knock and tell us that there was a water moccasin under one of our cars. Just be sure to watch out for little ones especially. Apparently alligators are also around. Yikes! On the flip side, we were happy to see a couple of bunnies! All in all, we would definitely stay here again. The house itself was very very nice. It smelled clean, and the photos do not exaggerate the quality of the place.

This house was perfect for our trip to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. The home fit 12 of us very comfortably. We enjoyed the easy walk to the pool and the quick access to the state park for running and biking. The access to the beach is easy to find and the crosswalk makes it safe; definitely bring a wagon to carry all of your beach gear. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint which we enjoyed.

We went on a family vacation with another family, and this property was exactly as advertised, if not better! Appreciated the space and the location. Close enough to everything but part of a little quiet subdivision. Only issue we had was maintenance needed to be done on the lock in the middle of our stay and had trouble getting a hold of the property management company. All in all it was an incredible stay.

This home is beautiful, with a very beachy vibe. Pictures don't capture the calm and peaceful feeling you get walking through the door. There are plenty stores and restaurants close. The community pool is just steps away and clean. The beach was across a 4 lane road but even with children we were able to cross on foot. (Stayed in March so traffic was not bad) The property management company was outstanding, very responsive and accommodating. Arrival and departure instructions were very detailed and helpful. We definitely recommend staying here.

The house was very nice and well kept. It was a great place for our 3 families. The living area, bedrooms, and kitchen are ideal. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes, and it is a bit of a chore if you are trying to carry things, but we managed just fine.

This house is very nice and in a beautiful location! From the back you have a nice view of a pond area that made for very relaxing mornings! The house itself is well equipped for your cooking needs and fit a family of nine very comfortably! The beach is a solid 10 min walk from house and is too far if you are lugging all of your beach equipment. We usually packed the car up and drove down the road (3 min drive) to a public parking beach access area which worked out well! The highway is very busy and crossing with children would not be very safe. We waited over five min one time to find a opening in traffic to cross so driving somewhere is your best bet. The pool was a short one min walk from house and very nice! We mainly had the entire pool to ourselves when we went. The location is a five min drive to grocery stores, ten min to gulf shores and central for whatever you need! :)

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Orange Beach, AL in May 2019. The house was everything we had hoped it would be. Having all of the bedrooms with King Beds made it very comfortable for nine adults. The only complaint we have is that the AC quit working upstairs on the next to the last day so it was hot and we ended up coming home a day earlier. We would have called to have it fixed but we thought it just froze up and was letting it thaw and when it still didn't work that evening, we decided to leave the next morning. Other than that, the home was AWESOME! Thank you.

This house is gorgeous and perfect for a family gathering! All the rooms were clean and cozy. We loved doing laps at the swimming pool, which is just a 2 minute walk from the house. We had some difficulty accessing the wifi, and we had a maintenance issue with the dishwasher. However, the hosts were very responsive in trying to solve these issues for us.

Come prepared to feel like your at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with most appliances/dishes you need. The beds are very comfortable and the furniture is so nice. It is located in a nice end of town close to shopping. Neighbors are so kind.

We loved our stay here! The bedrooms are each fitted with a King size bed for all guests to stay comfortably. There is ample dining and lounging seating. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. The balcony and decks are great spaces to enjoy morning coffee, while enjoying the serene views. Everything about the house was perfect! The village itself is peaceful. We went on several walks and saw many people riding bikes. The pool is nice and big, easy to get to, and has plenty of space to hang out. It even has a sand pit, so bring your toys! It feels like you’re secluded, but we were walking distance to the clean white beaches. We spent a ton of time soaking up the sun and waves. The weather was a little cool, but the water was great. My family spent time strolling along the beach collecting seashells to take home. Entertainment of all kinds is just a short drive away. We enjoyed making bath bombs at Harmony Creek Farm, a dolphin cruise at the marina, and boogie boarding at the ocean. There are plenty of opportunities to jet ski, fish, rent boats, parasail, etc. You could fill your days with fun! We had a fabulous meal at Cobalts. Their firecracker shrimp is a must try. Their kids meals were perfect for our family, and they have the best burger my teenager has ever had! Doc’s has a fun, family friendly atmosphere with outdoor games and delicious fried seafood. We ate a late lunch at The Hangout and took home some treasures from their gift shop. They have a great selection of sandwiches and tacos. We recommend the fried pickles and the vanilla bean shake. They also have a variety of frozen mixed drinks and a foam party every 15 minutes! This was a vacation to remember and we will definitely return and stay here. It was absolutely perfect!

We had a great time on our trip! The house was amazing and there was a ton of room for everyone. Would definitely recommend staying here! One small issue was the alarm kept setting itself at 6:30 am with motion detect setting it off, but we got that resolved quickly and they turned that off for us in a matter of minutes!

This is a beautiful 5 bedroom home in a nice location in Orange Beach on the western border of the beach away from most of the high-rises to the East. As noted in other reviews, it is not a very long walk to the beach but you do have to cross a 5 lane highway. With a little patience, you can safely cross but it is the main road along the beach. The community pool is wonderful and not very crowded at all. We had one issue with the cable company early on that took a couple of hours to resolve but it finally was. We have only three suggestions which would have improved our stay. First, it would be nice to have a binder of instructions related to the appliances. We finally found the instructions for the gas stove in one of the drawers. Some instructions for operating the TV's would be helpful as well. At first we thought the main TV didn't work but then we figured out you have to open the cabinet doors where the cable box is to gain line of sight with the remote. The bedroom TVs I guess are analog and run on a different set of channels from the cable fed TV in the living area. Second, it would be a nice touch to have a supply of board games in the house in case you didn't bring any with you. Finally, it would have been nice to have had a barbeque grill outside. All in all we had a great experience and I would recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for our party of 12. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We loved everything about the house. After a day at the beach the pool was a nice change of pace. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood as well as the walking trails. The children enjoyed seeing the turtles in the pond behind the house. We will be back!

It’s beautifully furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. Very close to the pool and easy beach access. Good communication and check in/check out was easy! I highly recommend

Beautiful house, less than a year old. Everything in the house worked good. Quite neighborhood. I certainly do recommend it to anyone who wants to rent it!! You will probably have to drive to the public beach - 1 to 2 miles away. The road to the deeded beach walkway is too busy to cross on foot. Both near-by public beaches were very nice, clean, and not crowed. Neighborhood pool was 3 minute walk, clean, private, and nobody in it.

This place rocked. Us 3 families came to orange beach for the first time and loved it! The House was full of amenities, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for all of us. Porches were so nice to lounge on in evenings...watching sunset. We discovered an awesome bike/jog/walk path behind the village this house is nestled in. The beach was a short walk across the highway but they are making an overpass thats bikeable for future use. Defintiely would return!!!!

Highly recommend this place! We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving break and had a wonderful time! We had seven kids with us and there was more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked for our Thanksgiving meal. There wasn’t much else we could have asked for. Had this home been on the beach, it would have been absolutely perfect!! Short drive to restaurants and shops and a 5-10 min walk across the highway to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. Very safe and comfortable for families with kids. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

The house is a gorgeous new construction, huge kitchen, large bedrooms, beautifully decorated and managed by an amazingly responsive management group, Luxury Vacation Rentals. We were the first renters and had a few tiny hiccups (microwave didn't work, tricky doors) but the owners and property managers were so responsive and helpful, it was all fixed right away. Nice community pool located around the corner and the beach is a just a few blocks away. Only concern was related to the "deeded beach access" listed on the post. Despite being told we could park on an access road on the beach, a lifeguard warned us that the road was for emergency vehicles only. We decided not to chance it and drove to the Gulf Shores Pavilion (which is great and only 2 minutes down the road). I wish we could spend the whole summer at this great house!
