Our stay in 10A was very nice. The condo is very comfortable, the beds were good, linen clean and was nice to have a bathroom for all bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils. Heads up though, bring your own coffee filters and all of your spices, condiments with you. The view from the balcony was very nice.

For context, I traveled for a week's vacation in Perdido Key with my mom and my three children (11, 9, and 9). Overall, the unit was a great option! It was very clean, had a well-appointed kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. The balcony furniture was comfortable and plentiful (important when you're looking at that beautiful ocean!). The entire process from booking to checkout was super easy, and Luxury Coastal Vacations communicated throughout. A couple of notes about the unit itself: you can tell it is a rental. It is well-loved and could do with a cosmetic refresh. There was nothing wrong that made our stay uncomfortable or hindered our ability to cook/sleep/etc. But the garbage disposal didn't work; there was a broken light fixture in a guest bedroom; and there were signs of normal wear throughout. One thing I thought was odd was that there was no dresser in the master bedroom. The guest rooms both had nice dressers, but there was nowhere to store clothing in the master. Overall, though, we had a lovely time and would book through LCV again.

Totally Awesome! PERFECTION
In a nut shell, this property was absolutely gorgeous! Upwards of 1,700 plus square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and very nice living area, kitchen and dining room. The balcony is huge and oceanfront. The kitchen had every accessory that you would need. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and supper. I would recommend to friends and family and I will definitely stay again!! (We were four in the condo, but it would definitely accommodate 8 people easily.)
