We had a wonderful stay! Condo was just as advertised and we’ll definitely try to stay in this same condo next time. This was my second trip to Perdido so we already knew which restaurants we wanted to revisit and they were all close by.

Needed to be cleaned better.

Everything was great, the only complaint I have is renting the chairs on the beach people were allowed to set up directly in front of you, the rentals would be 10 feet from the waterfront and people would set up 5 feet in front of you blocking the view,I noticed the rentals on the condos to each side set there chairs closer to beach, you spend a couple hundred dollars to rent the chairs they should at least keep people from setting up in front of you, could make a section for the people that bring their own chairs .

Great location fantastic view only bad is the elevator operation, it was very confusing how to operate it but once we called staff they explained it and after that it was a breeze.

We had a wonderful time in spite of the bad weather. I think this is a beautiful place and everyone who stays will have enjoy the beautiful balcony and view as well as the lovely decor.
It was very well supplied with kitchen supplies except for salt and pepper or coffee or any kind of food supplies of any kind. I had brought everything we needed because it sounded like that was going to be the case. But I just wanted to make it extra clear.

This Condo was fabulous. The decor was lovely and personal. I can tell a lot of love and thought went into the care of the condo. It felt like home away from home. And the views were phenomenal. I loved watching the pelicans fly by and the sound of the surf lulled me to sleep every night. I’ll definitely rebook this condo the next time I come to Perdido Key.

There was more road, aircraft and grounds maintenance noise than expected. The Resort was very clean however and maintenance was very prompt and professional. Staff also was very helpful with all aspects of our visit.

The condo was as described on the vrbo site. We enjoyed the quiet location. The only draw back was the open beach and public access to the beach which was right next to our building. People set up right in front of our rental chairs. I don't recall if the description said open beach. The shower head in the master bath could be replaced with something better. There was a new one under the sink. I didn't look in the other bathroom to see what that head was like. We enjoyed everything else.

The condo was lovely and had all the cooking gear you need. We were unable to find the indoor pool and hot tub that I believe were listed but didn't need them anyway. the adjacent beaches are all private so we kept getting kicked off but the beach in front of our unit was almost completely filled with the umbrellas and chairs you have to pay for. Would've been nice to have more available space along the water for guests who don't want the pre set up chairs. Overall the condo had all the amenities that we needed and we were very comfortable. It was surprisingly large and even though we only had three guests, six would've fit comfortably.

This condo was even better in person. My favorite part was the views out every window and the covered balcony. Condo was clean and had everything you needed. King sized bed was firm but that is what we like. Kitchen had everything you need to cook and eat there. Easy check in & management company checked in on us even allowing us early access since it was ready. We hope to be back next year!

Beds were comfy. Nicely decorated. Elevators were fast. Grounds were well lit and secure. If I had to pick something to improve it would be providing salt and pepper and maybe aluminum foil. Plenty of cookware though. We also love the places that have a couple boogie boards and beach stuff to borrow so we don’t have to rent or buy. Our teenage girls loved the place and the great beach.

I usually like to leave a perfect review, but I can't because it was ABSOULETLY EXCELLENT. This is our 4 time at the Beach Colony and this condo exceeded my expectations. Very clean, beyond stocked with all we needed, vibrant decor. Only thing which was my fault, I accidentally deleted our email with departure instructions and couldn't remember how we needed to leave the condo. We went on what we have done in the past. Definitely will be back to 11C East😊😊

I gave this property a 5 star even though there was one thing definitely irritating. My husband & I are not big people, but anytime one of us or both of us were in the master bedroom bed it squeaked so bad. Horrible noise if you moved or turned over during the night. I would love to stay here again or recommend it to our friends, but would not unless the issue with the bed was fixed. The condo itself is gorgeous, beautifully decorated. Very well maintained. Gorgeous view on the 11th floor from living room & bedroom. The owner takes pride in keeping things on hand one may need to cook, change a lightbulb, etc. The security is awesome as I’m a scaredy-cat. We didn’t get down to the beach as it was way to cold & windy the week between Christmas & New Year with the arctic blast that hit our nation. I hope the owner has the master bed fixed so we can enjoy more visits to this condo. This was our second visit to this area in 3 months & love it. Thank you, Steve & Mary

Lovely, well designed and equipped condo with spacious balconey in quiet, well-maintained building. We would be comfortable here for a longer-term rental. A plus was the privacy between master suite and second bedroom and adjacent bathroom. We took full advantage of having quick access to the beach and being an easy walk to the Gulf Islands National Seashore where development ended. This area is not as commerically developed as the Orange Beach area in Alabama, which is a big plus. We spent hours enjoying the uncrowded beach. We could also see the Blue Angels and other aircraft from NAS Pensacola flying ovehead. We would rent the same unit again without hesitation.

This condo is the best one yet. It is beautifully decorated, the couch & love seat are very comfortable & the master bed is so comfortable that I didn't want to get up in the mornings! Some folks may complain about all of the security codes that they have to remember, but I loved the secure feeling that all of the codes provided. I also loved the fact that I didn't have to go to a leasing office to check in and check out. There are lots of good restaurants near by which was very convenient. I have 2 negatives that don't effect my ratings: (1) the DVR seemed to be going out and I believe that the whole cable box will need to be replaced ASAP. We called the manager and they sent a repairman right over. By the time he arrived, the box had performed a 45 min. "update" and was back on but it continued to flash on and off the whole week. (2) the wifi is no longer a secured network connection. Overall, I would stay in this condo complex again but I would probably like to experience another unit just for variety! However, you won't be sorry if you book this beautiful unit.

We throughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. The decor was tastefully done and I especially loved the master bed/ bath. I have never stayed in a condo laid out like this and after staying here I never want to stay in another condo again! The kids loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi . This condo is absolutely beautiful. It is truly a home away from home. The area is peaceful and beautiful, not crowded and busy like the areas close by. The one thing I did not like - we arrived early so I called to see of our room was ready ( I had checked and it was empty the day before). The management company told me if it was there would be $50 early check in fee!!! Now I've paid for late check out before but early - especially if the room was ready and just sitting there! If I had requested this at booking time I would understand. Wasn't happy with Luxery Vacations on this issue. Otherwise all was perfect.

We were completely satisfied with our stay in this condo and in all our interactions with Luxury Coastal Vacations. Our family spent one week over Spring Break and we all wished we could have spent at least one more. The location is fantastic--Perdido Key is a great family vacation destination. The condo was very well appointed (including the kitchen, which we especially appreciated as we cooked many meals during our stay). The decor is bright and fun, but still very classy. Our kids (ages 10 & 7) were thrilled that they each got their own beds and that their room had a TV. The master suite was lovely with a huge bed, huge closet and huge shower. We loved the balcony and spent quite a bit of time just watching the beach and ocean below. The full-size washer and dryer came in very, very handy. The weather started out a little on the cooler side and we were so thankful for the indoor pool, which our kids enjoyed all week. The outdoor pools were pretty chilly. We also got a few games of tennis in and loved having the courts right there. The security guards at the condo were visible and polite, without being intrusive. I will say that if you are looking for a "party place," you should probably keep on looking. Loud music and rowdy behavior by the pools, on the balconies, etc. was pretty much nonexistent. The little bit we did see was quickly shut down by security. This was our kids' first trip to the ocean and it was fantastic. We would absolutely return to Perdido Key and to Beach Colony East 11C. Tips: There are several different codes to get here and there on the property. I made laminated cards with them all written down! The elevators are a little tricky as you have to enter a unique code after you designate your floor. Luckily, we ran into a few full-time residents who helped us get the hang of it. We brought flashlights and nets for crab hunting, which the kids really enjoyed. This is a favorite thing to do up and down the beach once it gets dark. If you like to cook and you love seafood, definitely stop at Joe Patti's Seafood Market in Pensacola to get some fabulous fresh catches. The condo had everything we needed to prepare what turned out to be our favorite meal of the whole trip! The Blue Angels practice at Naval Air Station Pensacola just down the road. Catch this show--it is well worth the time. Check their website for dates and times. The National Naval Air Museum is also on base and it is fantastic (and free!).

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were pleased with the property. It was a beautiful condo, wonderfully decorated. Unfortunately, we just had a few incidents that happened. At 7:00 am the upstairs renters or owners were screaming and slamming doors. And then it happened again at 11:30 pm along with loud music. I just wish there was someone around to make sure this doesn't happen. I guess we could have called but I thought why wake someone else up? The only other thing is that we noticed the pool was never cleaned, there was a bagel floating in it for a couple of days.

We have stayed at many nice places and this far exceeds what is described on VRBO Very well equipped, current electronics and just fantastic. On a plus the security at Beach Colony is great as no one can just come on the grounds or hop on the elevator and wonder around unless they have certain codes. I highly recommend.this unit and will be back. Owners did great job !! Johnny

We stayed in this condo last Spring and had a wonderful experience! Beautiful condo with excellent beach location, very clean and beautifully decorated. No hassles or problems at all with check in or the stay. Would definitely recommend this condo and owners.
