My family and I have booked through luxury coastal vacation in the past. This is our second time and we always enjoy the condo. We will book again in the near future.

Everything was great with our stay. It was a very spacious 2 bedroom condo. The closet in the primary bedroom had ample space if needed. The soundproofing of the condo was great and you could not hear any neighbors. The balcony was large and a great place for hanging out with a great view. The parking lot is very convenient and the walk to the beach/pool was easy. I would definitely recommend if you have small children for the convenience factor.

The location was great! Very convenient to the beach. I would not leave anything open as it’s close to the water meaning water bugs. We had one crawl out of the coffee maker. Other than that the place was clean and beautiful

The location was perfect. The property was very spacious and well maintained. It was great waking up to the ocean view every morning and sitting on the huge balcony to drink coffee and read. The pool was large and we had direct access to the beach. It was a really peaceful vacation!

Our family of 5 spent a wonderful week in Perdido Key! The condo was beautiful! Master bed was very comfortable, great master bath. Amazing view of the ocean. Wonderful beach. I will say I was a bit mislead when booking, I thought we would be in Pensacola; but, with traffic, turns out it’s about 30 min from Pensacola, just over the Flora Bama line. Turns out this beach town is more our speed anyway. Very low key and relaxing, not touristy. It was just what our family needed!

Well kept spacious condo. Beautiful views. Very complex directions to get into the unit. Door was also hard to lock and unlock. I wish the outdoor pools were heated. Overall good experience!

Our stay was exceptional! Loved the layout and finishings! Views from Unit 13C were amazing! Place was clean, inviting, and fully furnished. We bought extra supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee filters/coffee. Probably should have bought more dish soap. Didn’t use dishwasher or washer/dryer. Need personal hygiene items , such as body soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner.
The only suggestion I’d make was the first night we got there, the instructions getting into the elevator and using it to access the assigned floor wasn’t clear. The button to open the elevator doors is on the north wall in the First Floor Lobby but was confusing with all the fire alarm buttons. Would have helped to have clearer signage showing how to access it. (Button to push is on the bottom and not labeled.) The next issue was pushing in the code key to access the corresponding floor. You have to push the floor (such as ‘13’ and then the rest of the code but slowly adding them.

I have never visited Florida during October, but I plan to come back during this time! No crowds, beach was wonderful, and the place was beautiful! We had an amazing time. Our stay was very nice. We loved the huge balcony! Everything was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We loved that the beach was easily accessible. Our chair guy was awesome as well. I also used the gym and it was very well equipped. We were definitely happy with our stay!

This was a girls beach trip and this condo was perfect for the 4 of us. We felt very secure. Great views of the ocean from a nice balcony. The kitchen was nice and well stocked for cooking. Luxury Coastal Vacations were very responsive to my questions.

Absolutely loved the place and location!! If we had trouble with anything they are very quick to respond! Only thing that was difficult was the lock box. It took us 30 mins and the assistance of a worker there to get it open. Other than that it is a beautiful place to stay at and we would definitely stay there again!

This is a beautiful spot!! The condo was clean, decorated nicely, with a breathtaking view. The pool is very clean and maintained. Some things to know: there’s no salt and pepper or coffee. You may want to bring your own. The deck behind you can see on yours unless you’re kind of tucked back. This didn’t take away from our time. Luckily, there weren’t many neighbors. I would stay here again.

Lovedddd it! This was the best beach stay we’ve had. We’ve never been to perdido key, but this is going to be our go to spot from now on. I stayed on the balcony the whole time. The relaxation there and view were even better than being on the beach. The beds and chairs were comfy, and the jacuzzi tub was relaxing. The staff was easy to reach and everything was fast and accurate. Will definitely be back.

Closest to the beach, the condo was very clean and felt like home away from home. This was our first time staying in Perdido Key. It’s much more private than Pensacola Beach but the water isn’t the iconic emerald. Still beautiful just not the same as Pensacola. This property is extremely secure, gated community plus each floor requires a unique code for the elevator to work. Overall it was fantastic and we will be back!
