This 15th floor unit is completely remodeled and professionally decorated. The living area hosts a beautiful cream sofa and additional chairs, a huge LCD television and beachfront balcony access! Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the oversized covered terrace, and with an outdoor table with seating for four and two chaise loungers.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you’ll need to prepare a five-star meal, including brand new top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The dining area features a beautiful table with seating for six and a gorgeous crystal chandelier.

The master suite is elegantly furnished, boasting a king bed with luxurious linens and bedding, a premium mattress, an LCD television and beachfront balcony access! The ensuite bath features an elevated 2-person soaking tub with gulf views, a separate glass and tile shower and double vanities. The additional bedrooms are equally sophisticated, with a king bed and luxury accents in the second bedroom and two full beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom offers a private bath, deluxe bedding and mattresses and LCD televisions!

Way more pros than cons

This property was pretty wonderful! I really loved that bathtub with the million dollar view! We’ve stayed at Beach Colony many times and we really enjoy this complex. Quiet and plenty of beach even with summer crowds. Newly renovated and well decorated. The patio loungers were wonderful. Cons: it’s time to upgrade the lock on the door and put in a keypad. Can’t remember the last time I had to keep up with a metal key. Also, the dryer is on its last leg. It took a couple of runs to get small loads dry. We would definitely stay here again.

First of all, I would like to thank Luxury Coastal Vacations for their hard work and hospitality, they were truly amazing. We actually were in the condo on the 23rd of Oct, the weather was wonderful, the beaches were beautiful and not crowded, which is what we hoped for. This condo was beautiful, clean and everything we had hoped for , Would recommend this for anyone. It was top notch. Love the spacious balcony and the furniture. Peaceful, relaxing in the afternoons or early morning or night. Loved sitting there watching the water and people. Kitchen was accommodating and all the rooms were delightfully decorated. Everything you would need is there for your use. Nice TV's also. Just thought it was fabulous!!!

Exactly what I was looking for!

I was looking for a very tastefully furnished, spacious beachfront condo with a large balcony—-also tastefully and comfortably furnished. I wanted the property to have a really nice pool area and I wanted the availability of beach services— chair and umbrella rentals. Beach Colony East 15B had all of it! I would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

Very nice unit

This unit was very clean and accommodating only issue we had was the construction noise waking us up at 800am weekdays. Owner was very concerned about our issue and discounted the week for our inconvenience. Otherwise our stay was perfect and we enjoyed our time, would recommend this unit highly.

Neither ourselves or the owner were given an accurate idea of what the construction would entail, and were told it would not affect our renters so we were very sorry to hear you had to deal with that inconvenience! We're glad the owner was accommodating, and we have since established a much better line of communication between ourselves and the resort managers in order to be better informed of future occurrences. Nonetheless, we're very happy you enjoyed your stay otherwise, and we hope you will think of us for your return to Perdido Key! Wow, describes the unit

Luxury Coastal Vacation's helped us find exactly what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. The unit has a stunning view from the balcony, the sunrise sparkled through the sliding glass door into the Master Bedroom,the sunset looked like a painting. The unit has great,soothing beach decor,comfortable beds,a great kitchen,and wonderful split bedroom layout, with ensuite baths. It was impeccably clean, the linens luxurious. The master has a jacuzzi bath that overlooks the ocean. It was cold outside, but I could not resist sitting on the deck at night under the moonlight, and stars. Great place for all season's. Beach Colony has the best amenities which include a crystal clear indoor pool overlooking the ocean. We had fun playing on their HAR TRU tennis courts, and walking the beach to the National Seashore ocean front park. I am very active,but if we just stayed in the unit it would have been just wonderful too! Every other place we will stay will be a let down after staying here. Joan and Jim

Great condo and beautiful beach!

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our vacation, the condo was lovely, location was great and the ladies at luxury vacation rentals were great to work with ,so easy to book! The one and only negative about the property is that the outdoor pools are not heated. When booking a future vacation for spring break this will be a deal breaker for us staying here again. If something could be done to get those pools heted you will certainly see us again next year!

Just wonderful

Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The few issues we had were minor in nature and corrected immediately. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Regarding the furniture, the two chairs were not particularly comfortable and we needed to put pillows on the dining room chairs as they were quite low. The view was wonderful, the bed very comfortable and we are looking forward to returning.
