This condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed our week-long stay even weathering an unexpected tropical storm. The indoor pool was a huge win when the weather turned. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease & speed of communications with Luxury Coastal Vacations. They made everything so easy!

My wife, her sister and mother went on this trip and they absolutely loved it. They felt very safe there. There’s numerous security gates there that you have to verify that you’re a member. The view was spectacular and we could not ask any more of a trip for my family. Me not being able to be there and then feeling safe and enjoying themselves the entire time was worth so much to me. Would recommend this to anyone.

The awesome view and comfortable bed made this a really enjoyable trip. The place was clean. This location wasn’t overly crowded, and traffic was surprisingly easy to deal with. Getting in and out of the parking lot was simple, which was a big plus.
We prefer a quieter spot with fewer crowds so this was a great choice for a spring break getaway. While there aren’t a ton of activities right in the immediate area, there’s plenty to do within a 15–20 minute drive.
There are also some great food options right outside the condo, I’d definitely recommend the blackened grouper tacos from Islander Foodshack. The beach was great and easy to access. Everyone we encountered was friendly throughout our stay.
Elevators are a little tricky when first using, but once you figure them out, they work well and move quick.

The Penthouse 15C at Beach Colony East on Perdido Key Beach was a wonderful experience for our family over our Christmas break. It was just as beautiful as the photos showed and it was right on the beach.
We were surprised that there were 3 floors with 4 penthouse apartments on each floor. That was a little deceptive.
The elevator has security codes to access the upper floors that takes a little practice to get use to it but it was easy.
The apartment was so similar to our own home with every kitchen amenity one could need.
Having games, movies, books etc was wonderful. It felt like home.
We had to hunt for the indoor pool in another building but when we found it we enjoyed it!
A map of the complex would be helpful.
We had excellent service from the management company when I found a leaking faucet in the jacuzzi tub and a towel rack that was not attached to the wall correctly. They arrived first thing in the morning and fixed everything promptly without any inconvenience. A++👍

We had a wonderful stay in Perdido Key. We enjoyed being close access to orange beach as well as a close drive into Pensacola. The beach view is immaculate. We spotted dolphins swimming in the gulf multiple times. It felt like we had the entire building to ourselves, we never heard any other people. The space is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. The couch in the living room was very comfortable as well. Even though we had rain all weekend we still enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and watching the ocean. The beach access is easy to get to. Rooms were clean and even had extra blankets available if you needed more warmth. I would highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back.

From the moment I booked the condo the owners were super responsive with emails welcoming me and even worked with me to change the dates as I screwed it up in the beginning. They were very helpful and accommodating. We checked in a little late the 1st night but had zero issues finding the condo, where to park and even getting into the unit. Once we got there, I was so impressed! The views were amazing, even better than the listing!! The beds are so comfortable, I slept very well. The place was immaculate and had every amenity we needed, pots, pans, lots of extra towels, blankets, pillows etc. They even had games and puzzles stocked in case we got stuck inside. The condo is right on the beach, looking out onto the water but not an overly crowded beach and no traffic noise from the main street behind it. Very close to many restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an exceptional beach get away. I would definitely rent this unit again.

We have stayed at several Beach Colony condos, as well as condos all around Perdido Key. This unit is amazing and we will absolutely stay here again. We love to cook and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The place is well decorated and updated. The beds are wonderful and soft. It was even decorated for Christmas which was a very nice touch. Highly recommend this unit. Our family of 4 lover it.

The condo was great - just as it was advertised. Our other travel plans fell through due to plane mechanical issues so we were able to book this same day, which was a ‘vacation-saver’. A great spot for families - easy to get on the beach, indoor and outdoor pools and restaurants nearby. If I were to mention any downsides it would be that the beds aren’t super comfortable and only one of the elevators in the building was working (not the owners’ fault) - ver minor things. Overall a great place to stay!

Me and my daughter really enjoyed our stay with a beautiful beach front view, the beach and water was beautiful, the room was very nice and had everything we needed during our stay. The property had a nice pool, exercise/fitness room and a nice boardwalk to the beach. There are several local restaurants with great food, The Crab Trap, Perdido Key Breakfast Club, The Jellyfish Seafood Restaurant and Bar and Lillian’s Pan Pizza, I personally would recommend each one. The elevators are scheduled to be replaced in August according to the information posted in the elevators, this is definitely needed! They are both a very hot ride without A/C especially in this humid and hot Florida weather. There were some intermittent issues with the east elevator not working but maintenance seemed to be on top of getting it back operational as soon as possible. The property could use some new luggage carts. Well that’s pretty much my 2 cents.
Overall we had a great experience and will plan to come back!

I have never stayed in a more beautifully decorated condo, the furniture was exquisite and so comfortable, it was absolutely breathtaking and these pictures do not do it justice!!!! The owners have taken great pride in decorating this and even have beautiful plants. The memories my family and I made will last a lifetime, it was very hard to leave this condo. The beach was amazing, the walk to the ocean was easy thanks to the boardwalk. I will definitely be returning and I highly doubt I will EVER find a better condo.
