Perdido Family Fun
We try to gather our 2 sons and their families for an annual vacation so this 3 bedroom condo was just what we needed. Since we enjoy cooking it was wonderful having an assortment of pots and pans and an abundance of glasses and dishes. The balcony was a great size for reading or visiting with the spectacular view. This condo has it all. It’s beautifully decorated and has a spectacular view. We loved sitting on the large balacony and looking at the ocean view. There are great views of the ocean from the master bedroom and bathroom as well. It was hard to leave the condo! We were very happy just to stay in and that’s not usually the case. We would love tore t this condo again.

Great family condo and secure property in Perdido Key
The condo was exactly as advertised. Roomy and comfortable for a family of 6. Our 4 kids had plenty of space in the two guest bedrooms and loved having their own bathrooms and TVs in room. The entire condo was spotless. Even my germ phobic wife approved of the sanitized bathrooms. There are detailed instructions on using the TVs, washer and dryer and other appliances and wifi worked great. Beach Colony East is well maintained. Large pool and easy access to beach. Security was a bit lax with the public beach access so close, but it was July 4th week so crowds were understandable. Overall, a highly recommended condo for a family vacation.- Mitch , Posted:
