This 1638-square feet, ultra-sophisticated 16th floor unit features beautiful travertine tile throughout and offers panoramic views. The living area offers ample seating, including a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with chaise, a recliner and two swivel club chairs, along with a large 58-inch smart LCD TV, perfect for lounging and watching the game or enjoying movie night with the family. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open to the oversized beachfront balcony, inviting you to savor a glass of wine while enjoying breathtaking views. The 300 square foot balcony offers several seating options.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of options for entertaining and cooking, including a Keurig coffee maker. Gather the entire family around the dining table that seats eight comfortably. Overlooking the dining area is a large, one-of-a-kind handmade sea life mosaic imported from Iraq.

Indulge yourself in the master suite where you will enjoy sleeping on the king size Serta mattress or watching television on the large, flat-screen smart TV. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors grant access to the balcony from the master suite and provide glorious views of the sunrise over the gulf if you choose to leave open the black-out drapes. The master bath is equally impressive, with a jetted tub that overlooks the gulf and a separate walk-in shower. The master suite also features a large walk-in closet, and a desk for those beach lovers who cannot leave their work at home.

A second master bedroom includes a beautiful poster bed with a king size Serta mattress, attached bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom offers two full size beds to accommodate your family. For families with infants, there is a portable baby crib with bumper pads and sheets, along with a table booster seat for toddlers.

You can feel totally secure with coded gate and elevator access when staying at Beach Colony. With only four residences on each floor, you can leave the crowds behind. Walk a few yards down the beach and you will find secluded Johnson Beach, part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Fantastic Condo

We have stayed up and down this area and this condo by far has the most stocked kitchen. Beautiful views, patio furniture was in excellent shape, everything was spotless and had a great layout.

Great family condo and secure property in Perdido Key

The condo was exactly as advertised. Roomy and comfortable for a family of 6. Our 4 kids had plenty of space in the two guest bedrooms and loved having their own bathrooms and TVs in room. The entire condo was spotless. Even my germ phobic wife approved of the sanitized bathrooms. There are detailed instructions on using the TVs, washer and dryer and other appliances and wifi worked great. Beach Colony East is well maintained. Large pool and easy access to beach. Security was a bit lax with the public beach access so close, but it was July 4th week so crowds were understandable. Overall, a highly recommended condo for a family vacation.

Perdido Family Fun

We try to gather our 2 sons and their families for an annual vacation so this 3 bedroom condo was just what we needed. Since we enjoy cooking it was wonderful having an assortment of pots and pans and an abundance of glasses and dishes. The balcony was a great size for reading or visiting with the spectacular view. We would each recommend this condo for a fun family trip.

This condo has it all. It’s beautifully decorated and has a spectacular view. We loved sitting on the large balacony and looking at the ocean view. There are great views of the ocean from the master bedroom and bathroom as well. It was hard to leave the condo! We were very happy just to stay in and that’s not usually the case. We would love tore t this condo again.

The photos do not show the real beauty! The decor of the condo is beautiful, stocked with many pans, bowls, plates etc. The beach is fabulous, the sand is white and very soft. I would definitely recommend this condo.
