We really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful this area is. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed! This was our second time staying with LCV at this location and we’ll likely be back again!

We loved staying in the penthouse. Very clean looked just like the pictures. Views from the balcony were amazing. Anytime we’re in Florida this is where we will be staying.

We loved the place, but the pool area really needs a cabana of some sort for shade. There were so many seniors upset because they could not sit and enjoy. We had seniors with us and they could not sit and visit with the grandkids because they were sitting in full sun. That ruined the trip because that is where we stayed most.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. Property was very safe/secure, beach was amazing and more importantly, this condo was stunning! The views from the balcony and master bedroom were gorgeous! It had everything we needed. Perfection!

Gorgeous penthouse condo with incredible balcony views. The condo was cleaned very well. Plenty of bath towels. Comfortable beds, quite soft, which I enjoy. Well stocked kitchen. Large fridge with ice maker. Nice big dining room table, great for meals, games and puzzles. Comfortable living room seating for 4, maybe 5. Smart TV in living room had good picture and sound. Nice big pool steps away from the elevators. Beach access was easy. Beach service chairs for rental are small and may not hold overweight folks comfortably, fyi. We loved it here and would stay again!
Note for future guests, the elevator has a code to your floor. The floor buttons are the keypad. You hit your floor button and then the code. The instructions were not clear so we had some trouble. We were looking for an actual keypad. No big deal.

To our pleasant surprise staying on the top floor of the building was amazing. The elevators were fairly quick so we didn’t have to wait long. The condo was beautifully decorated and the rooms were comfortable. The master bed was too soft for our liking with the topper, but that’s just our preference. The view was breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Perdido Key.

Amazing first impression! I immediately fell in love with the condo. The decorations are amazing. BTW, this is the coming from a ten year old girl who has never seen the ocean. My friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful, clean, looked exactly as the photos. The ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking. My only suggestion would be to provide towels for the number of days for each guest. I will definitely be visiting again.

Condo views were absolutely beautiful. Space was well laid and clean. Beds and furniture were comfortable.
Beach colony codes were nonexistent except for entry gate, elevator, front door entry.
No one checked for bracelet tags.

We visited the last week of July. The condo met all our expectations. The best-stocked kitchen I've ever seen. You could make anything. Pay attention to the list provided by the host as to what paper/cleaning-type products are included, especially if you're going to be there longer than a few days. The condo is tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable and the view is fantastic. We had a one-year-old with us and four adults, more than enough space. Here's what you need to watch out for, renting beach chairs was almost impossible, if there is a way to take care of that in advance, do so. It's very difficult to track down the people who run that operation. During the last week of July, the resort beach was PACKED, they have people watching to keep you off of the beach next door (which was empty). Those in rented chairs could hardly see the water. Huge parties of people just set up right in front of you, no clue if they are staying there (because no one wears the wristbands).

The condo was beautiful! Loved our stay there and would return tomorrow if we could! My only minor concerns were we only received 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom for our entire stay. When you have 7-8 people staying for several days it is just not enough and the amount of money paid to stay there, we should not have to purchase these things. There was no hot water in the kitchen- simple fix. Bathrooms had hot water, just the kitchen sink water would never get hot. All in all we loved the condo, had a wonderful stay, and enjoyed our family vacation!!
