We had a wonderful stay, and the condo met our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and we really enjoyed it.
Our only concerns were the beach cleanup and communication. We understand the sargassum is beyond anyone's control, but cleanup seemed much slower than at neighboring properties, so we had to deal with the smell and appearance for several days.
Communication was also disappointing. Responses before, during, and after our stay often took several days, even after multiple follow-ups. I accidentally left some clothing behind, and while it took a while to get a response, they did mail it back, which I appreciated.
Overall, we loved the condo and would have given five stars if communication had been more timely.

We can’t say enough about this place. The third floor was perfect. We were high enough for an incredible view. But not so high that we spent so much time waiting on elevators. The place was clean and beautiful. The decorations were beautiful and homey. We don’t every night walking the beach. We absolutely loved it all.
