This condo was superb! It's definitely on my list to return to. It's very convenient to be in a place next to the beach so we don't have to drive to it! I wish coffee and filters were provided even if it's just a starter supply.... Other then that, the property is nicely appointed and very clean and modern on the inside! Great air conditioning too! Thanks for having a great place!

Loved the room! it was big and beautiful! we went with 2 other couples who also stayed at the resort and we loved our room the best out of them all. Loved that the beach is right there and there are multiple pools to choose from if you wanted a less sandy adventure. There were 2 issues, the toaster stated smoking and the master shower backed up the first day we were there. BUT I called and left a message with the room maintenance and they came and swapped out the toaster and unplugged the shower the same day. It was actually only a couple hours later and it was all handled! otherwise, The elevator has longer than average wait times, and since there are codes for each floor, it can get tricky to actually get to your floor. but otherwise it was a good overall experience.

Condo size is great. Balcony offers great views.We enjoyed our stay. Beds are nice. Comments; living room furniture and rug and carpet are in dire need of replacement. Nice to have laundry, however washer is extremely noisy. Fort the most part it was a quiet stay.

Great balcony. We had one family member with limited mobility and the balcony was definitely worth it for her. The building has a great beach that holds down the number of outside people using it. For an area with beach condos, it is quiet and relaxing, just what we were looking for.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views of the water steps from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We were looking for a non-crowded, spring break beach, and Perdido Key was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants and activities. We went kayaking one day and jet skiing another. Saw a to. Of dolphins. We had an issue with the lockbox getting in, but the customer service was great. Sarah got help right away. Highly recommend.

Nice condo on the beach that was more than spacious enough for a group of 7. Elevators were an issue for the entirety of the trip but those are getting replaced soon. Balcony furniture was a bit uncomfortable and very hot in the mornings. Views of the sunrise and beach were well worth it though. AC went out and the host was very helpful getting it back up and running ASAP. Overall it was a pleasant experience for my family. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Perdido Key, FL. We normally stay on 30A but wanted to try somewhere new, and we were pleased with the area and unit. Wish we could have spent longer but we split our time in two locations this year.

The place was fantastic. All the bedrooms had balconies. Very pretty and nice beach location. Very family friendly.
A bit of noise from furniture moving on the floor above, but not enough to cause issue. Overall really enjoyed the stay.

Great location, great accomodation. Very nice views and amenities. Clothes washer did not work and kept throwing error. Called property manager and no call back. Stuff happens, we get it but had to rinse clothes out in tub! Like luxury pioneers we were! Fantastic place though!

We were lucky to get this rental at the last minute! From the minute we walked in we were at home!! It was immaculately clean and smelled wonderful! The condo had just been updated and the furnishings were elegant. Not the over the top beach theme that so many are. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. Living room had plenty of seating with a wonderful view of the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed and was very up to date. Our favorite part of the whole condo was the spacious balcony!!! We spent a lot of time out there lounging and listening to the ocean. The pool area was very nice and well kept. It was never so crowded that we couldn't find a chair. The beach area was awesome as well. The best part is that we didn't have far to walk to get to the beach. Getting the parking passes was a bit of a hassle. We arrived on Sunday and had only been there an hour before we had a warning on our cars that we would be towed. I called Luxury Coastal and they were so kind to let me know just to get them on Monday. But the lady that manages the other two Beach Colony buildings was just rude when we called about them on Monday morning. She has nothing to do with 7A and Luxury Coastal Vacations except that is who you get the parking passes from. We highly recommend this property. And if it isn't available contact Luxury Coastal Vacations for another property. They were excellent to work with!!

I brought a party of 8 and it slept everyone very comfortably and we loved how there were enough seats in the balcony for our nightly routine of sitting on the balcony. The kitchen was stocked very nicely and the bathrooms were very clean. Beds were comfy! Overall a great experience for our girls weekend!

This was our family's first beach vacation in fifteen years, so we were very excited yet also very apprehensive - and this property blew us away! Spacious, open, airy, very well appointed, right ON the beach, three bedrooms, three baths and can't say enough about the BALCONY! The pictures don't even do it justice. The place was immaculate. The couches, chairs and beds were all very comfortable. The instructions for check-in and check-out were detailed and easy to understand and follow. The kitchen was very well stocked and we made good use of it. If I could give more than five stars I would do so. We will DEFINITELY be back!

We had a wonderful stay! I would like to say, it would be nice to have extra toilet paper, paper towel and dish washing powder. For as much as we paid to stay here I don’t feel like we should have to bring our own TP. Other than that the place was beautiful and clean and we had an absolutely wonderful time! Thank you for sharing it with us! We had friends stay also (they were in 7D) so we enjoyed having them to our place and going to theirs to share meals and play games.
