The gourmet kitchen features all the cookware, dishware, utensils, large and small appliances needed to prepare a culinary masterpiece. The dining table just off the kitchen offers seating for 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The living area includes comfortable yet stylish furnishings, perfect to gather with family and friends. You will certainly indulge in some much needed rest and relaxation in the master retreat, boasting a cozy king bed with a premium mattress set and high thread count linens. The attached bath offers a vanity area with plenty of space, a walk in shower and large garden tub. There is also a second full bathroom accessible from the guest room and hallway! The second guest bedroom offers a King, and the third guest bedroom provides two twins, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 6.

First the cons,,,,, let me think AHHHHH Nothing !!!!!it was amazing Loved loved this condoThe only thing I would change is the sofa,,( I would get a leather and put a sofa cover over it that way it could be washed after every stay but that is jus me)But it was still good that is just meI loved it and the whole family, I will stay there next year

Perfect getaway!

The condo was amazing, beautifully decorated And clean the only thing I could think of is you could not see the sun rise or set on this balcony and onlthere was only one working elelevator.

VERY pleased with this condo

We have been coming to Perdido Key for MANY years. This is our first stay in Beach Colony. This condo worked great for our family (4 adults and 2 children). VERY clean and spacious. Kitchen was well supplied. We would definitely stay here again.
