Beautiful and very clean! Spacious bedrooms and great views of the ocean from inside and outside of the condo. (Dolphins seen daily). The walk to the beach was made VERY easy with the walkway. Responsive and helpful host and we were able to check-in early! We will be back!!☀️🐬

The unit’s location and floor is perfect ! At no time of day is there any direct sunlight. Morning coffee and evening dinner was wonderful out on the deck. Nice ocean and pool view. The only issue was a few college students in the unit above were loud and jumping around throughout late night , just like college kids do. But everything was really nice !

This is a beautiful condo in a great area! The beach is lovely but not overcrowded. The unit is roomy and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you need… more than most Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The beds are super comfy, there were lots of towels, and the living room furniture is the best (leather couches with recliners). The balcony is roomy and has nice furniture. Honestly the only “complaint” is that some of the appliances could use updating but otherwise this place was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

Great quiet location right on the beach. Dolphins and pelicans to view. Beautiful beach to walk. Furnishings are lovely. The kitchen has every appliance and item you could need. However, you will need to bring your own coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper and what ever else you need to cook as basics are not available. Also bring your own beach/pool towels, and heavy blankets if you will be there during cooler weather.
The management was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.
The furnishings and views are amazing! We are already looking at returning in the near future.

Perfect beachfront condo for a family of four. Access to the pool and the beach couldn’t have been easier or closer. We spent hours and hours relaxing on the balcony, which was one of the main reasons we rented this unit. You can clearly hear the ocean from the master bedroom and bathroom, which was amazing. Everything in the unit was very clean, working, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for 4 people.
There are no beach towels in the unit. All cleaning supplies are locked up. There are no oils, basic spices, plastic wrap, foil or food storage bags. Publix is a 5 minute drive across the bridge and has anything you need.
This unit is located at public beach access 1 and the lifeguard is located at public beach access 2. We experienced very rough waves and extremely strong undertow (red flags), so we left our 4 boogie boards in the master closet so the next guests can use them and be safer in the ocean.
We loved our stay in this unit and would definitely rent it again!!!

The private patio was the deal breaker, but the entire place was so beautiful and private. How wonderful that you can stand at the sink in the kitchen and see the water. My man and I fell in love with the place and with each other during our stay. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful unit, just as described. Great location. We had enough room for my husband and I, our two small children, and my parents. My favorite was the oversized balcony! Right on the beach, just a short walk. The pool was nice. My four year old learned how to swim while we were there. 🤍 We wanna go back! It’s a 10/10 for me!

What a wonderful week we had a Beach Colony East! The view from the balcony was like none other! Each morning with the exception of 1 we watched the dolphins, birds and enjoyed the warm air. Condo has been very well kept and was clean and very comfortable for the 4 of us long time friends. Enjoyed our stay, ate some amazing food and plan to come back in May.

We have been coming to Perdido Key for several years now and this has been our favorite condo so far. We had no issues with anything. The unit is furnished with everything we needed. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be back!!

I have stayed here a couple times now and I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo. It has a gorgeous view of the beach with comfortable patio furniture to lounge on. The inside of the condo is updated and has nice furniture as well. I will definitely continue to stay here when I’m in Perdido!

My husband and I were incredibly pleased with our stay! The condo is very bright and cheerful and has INCREDIBLE views of the water. We loved the patio! We had our breakfast out there every morning! Grocery store, restaurants, bars, etc is all very conveniently located. It’s only a short drive to the famous Florabama! I highly recommend this place. We will be back!

The minute we opened the door , my fiancé and I looked at each other and said WOW!! The condo was immaculate , really nice furniture and decor. You could see the balcony and view as soon as you walk through the door. The huge balcony had very nice comfy furniture and the view of the ocean from the 8th floor was incredible! We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine at night on the balcony. The kitchen was stocked complete with everything you could think of, all we had to do was buy food. The beds were very comfortable and big TVs in every room. We will definitely recommend to family and friends. and we will stay here again.

It's easy to see that this condo's owners spend time here and take pride in their home away from home. This is a well-appointed and cared for unit that makes vacation a breeze. This was our fifth winter staying in Beach Colony, so we obviously enjoy the resort and it's amenities. We prefer this end of the key as it tends to be more quiet than the areas to the west. That said, this is the nicest unit we have rented at Beach Colony. All of the furnishings are good quality and comfortable. No need to argue over who gets to sit in the recliner as both sofas have TWO recliners! The TVs are large and good quality, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen provided plenty of options for whatever kind of cooking you might want to do as well.

Beautiful condo, everything was clean, comfy couch and beds. Kitchen had everything, we loved the patio furniture. We had a perfect vacation, first time to Perdido Key... This condo was priceless. When we walked in it was spotless. It had everything we needed. If you are looking for a perfect balcony it is this condo , furniture was so nice we had all our meals outside enjoying the beautiful beach . When we first arrived we noticed coffeemaker was broke so I called the number they provide and within 30 minutes I had a brand new coffeemaker. Great place to relax.
