Beach Colony East 9C

We love staying at Beach Colony in Perdido Key. We usually have to go in the off season due to it being so expensive in the summer months, but if I could rent the unit for every trip we take to the Gulf I would. It feels more private than other high rises, the balcony is spacious and the views amazing. The pool is great. The condo is also very close to wonderful restaurants and other activities. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Very nice condo. Well equipped. Great view. Everything worked as it should. Lots of room. Very secure facility. Gate codes, elevator code and beach access codes required for entry. Would stay here again.

The condo provided by Luxury Coastal Vacations was just as described, if not better. The location was beautiful and the value for what we paid was perfect. The views from the condo were unbeatable and we had everything we needed during our stay.
Recommendations: Plan to bring your own beach towels and any condiments that you may need (including salt and pepper). Also, ask for clarification on how the elevators work prior to arrival, as they were a little tricky. However, the residents at the location are super helpful if you have any issues or questions! Other than that, our stay was perfect!
It was not a very walkable area, so keep that in mind! We did walk to dinner at The Jellyfish and breakfast at the Perdido key Breakfast Club, which we highly recommend checking out during your stay!

Wonderful stay. If you plan on cooking though, make sure to bring your salt/pepper/spices. The kitchen is really well appointed otherwise though!

We had a great time here! The condo was very clean and we had plenty of towels and amenities. We would have appreciated some board games or something similar as it rained on us a lot, but over all we had a great time.

We loved the location the most. It was between pensacola, orange beach, and gulf shores without all the chaos. It was quiet and the beach was beautiful. Spent most of our time on the balcony. Will definitely recommend .

This was a nice place to stay. It was a bit run down but inside the condo was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was great. The seating was comfortable. We were there to visit our daughter, who lives on base, so we didn’t cook or spend any time on the beach but the kitchen was set up well. It took a minute to find the lockbox for the key. The instructions sent showed it on the door handle but it was actually on the railing adjacent to the door. Remember to look down for it!

Well appointed, beautiful accommodations. Our unit was spotless when we arrived. The condo is really spacious, even for a family of five. Very well laid out with gorgeous views of the gulf.
I appreciated the ease of checking in using the lock box. The only hiccup we experienced was the TV remote control did not work, but hey, you don’t go to the beach to watch TV anyway, right?

Our family had a great time and a comfortable stay in Perdido Key for a week thanks to this spacious condo on the beach. It has everything you want & need. Lots of room, all the amenities, excellent views, and the community of the whole place was wonderful. We had some friends staying in another unit in the same building and it was perfect. The property is well kept and safe. We would recommend to any family/group looking for a place to vacation!

Beach Colony E9C was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and my wife made the comment that it was the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in. The only improvement that could be made, that we could see, would be a better assortment of cooking knives. Other than that, it was perfect.

Extremely clean nicely appointed condo. Very comfortable bedding and incredible view of Gulf from balcony. Everything you need to get started is supplied in unit from toiletries to kitchen. I suggest bringing some laundry detergent and a extra roll of toilet paper and thats about it. Would be nice if all the codes were the same for gate, elevator, pool and fitness center so you don't have to remember more than one code. Lock box is nice too for unit key if you don't want to carry it around and possibly lose it on the beach.

The only issue with the property was there were a few days where the pool was pretty dirty but it was eventually cleaned, other than that it was such a great week!! I highly recommend Beach Colony Resort and especially 9c!!!

Overall it was great. when we arrived we noticed the screen door to the balcony was broke. maintenance remove it right away. the window in the living room needs a shade or drape for privacy. we just hung a sheet. i would definitely recommend this place. thanks
