** PLEASE NOTE: Beach Colony Tower is undergoing an entry door painting project on Monday September 22, lasting 4-5 weeks (weather permitting). **
Here’s what to expect:
* Each door will be serviced three times: wash/sand, primer, topcoat & plate install.
* Doors may be propped open during drying.
* Work starts on the top floor and moves down, about 4–5 floors per week.

Important Property Notice:
Renovation work on the Beach Colony Resort guardhouse and entry area is scheduled from November 10 through January 1. During this time, traffic flow at the entrance may be redirected, and guests may notice minor construction activity.

We absolutely loved this place! Stunning view of the ocean, directly on the beach, and very well maintained property/beach access. The decor was timeless. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of patio furniture. Loved the kitchen being open to the living room and it was very well stocked with kitchen equipment. All new kitchen appliances. Every room had a bathroom and balcony. The master bedroom balcony was ocean facing, so we slept with the door open falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. It's one of the first condo blocks as you cross the main Perdido bridge making it very accessible. After driving around, we preferred being in the quieter around of Perdido instead of Orange Beach but it was still an easy drive over the OB and the peer. Highly recommend this condo!

The condo was perfect for a long, beach weekend. The pool and beach were perfect and there were beach chair and umbrella rentals on site. There were more bath towels than we expected but no beach towels or gear so good to know and be prepared for bringing or buying your own there.
