Beach Colony Tower 12B

Nice condo with beautiful view
We really enjoyed this condo. It has a nice balcony with comfortable seating and a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable also. The beach is a very short walk in front of the condo and we never had a problem finding a close spot. My only suggestions for future updates are that the tub faucet looks tacky as it's been painted but is chipping off & the fridge has a missing button (but it still works). Also for any future renters there are no spices or condiments whatsoever (including no salt & pepper). Through no fault of the owners, one of the two elevators was broken when we arrived so bringing our stuff up along with all the other people checking in was very tedious. Elevator was fixed after a few days so check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Spot
This is the perfect vacation spot for my family of four. This was the third straight summer we have vacationed in Perdido Key and our second time staying at Beach Colony Resort, our favorite place to stay. We had everything we needed in this condo, which was in excellent, clean condition when we arrived and we never had any issues. The views from the spacious balcony cannot be beat. Luxury Coastal Vacations was very easy to work with. In fact, we never spoke with anyone personally. Everything was done over the computer or with the app that they provided soon after we booked the condo. The morning after we arrived, we received an email from the owner of Luxury Coastal Vacations giving us specific information on who to call if we had any problems and her email address if we needed anything. This kind of customer service is perfect for a family just wanting to relax on their vacation. We will be back next year!

Great getaway
The property was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Check in and check out were easy and seamless. Condo is close enough to Pensacola that we spent a day there, but also close enough to Orange Beach that we would go there for some meals. We really enjoyed this place!

Everything was great. Great location and lovely property. We had a great time. Property doesn't have any beach items so make sure you plan to bring what you need/want. (This isn't a negative as none were listed in the description - just putting this in as an FYI.)

Wonderful experience
This property was beautiful. It was clean and we had all the necessities we needed. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. The unit featured a beautiful view of the gulf and we slept like a baby. The only "ding" I would give is that the mattress in the master bedroom was hard as a rock, but it's probably what the owner wants. We slept in the other bedroom. Overall, although we had some minor issues with a key and a lost item in the unit, the group that handled the reservation were on point and withstood my impatience. We would come back to this unit again and again.

Absolute Paradise
We thought it was going to be nice, but had no idea how nice. We had the best time. Condo was wonderful, it had everything we needed. The view was amazing. The amenities were great. The beach was wonderful. We could not of ask for a nicer place, and will absolutely be back. Two words "Absolute Paradise"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. It had everything we needed, and more. My only negative was that the beds in the spare bedroom were very noisy. Squeaked every time anyone moved on either bed. But, we loved our stay and would come back!

Walking into the condo you are staring at the gulf of mexico. Absolutely beautiful. The condo and facilities were clean.The only dislike i had was the many light switches but grateful for the lights. Would definitely stay again

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is truly very charming and had everything we needed to enjoy a beach vacation with our young children. Very clean and comfortable. Our experience with Luxury Coastal Vacations was great, excellent service. The only thing I would recommend is to have a little cheat sheet with all the codes needed on the property (there were many). also, main gate code to get into the complex should be included. Perfect Place for a Spring Break Family Vacation!
My wife, three kids, and I just wrapped up a wonderful 6-night stay at Beach Colony 12B! After a 14-hour drive south from Chicago, the condo was exceptionally clean with plenty of room for all five of us to make the most of our time, both inside and outside the condo. Our three kids shared the front room that has two very comfortable queen size beds and my wife and I spread out in the master, which was equipped with a master bath, huge shower, and jacuzzi tub, and very comfortable king-sized bed. The bed, itself, is situated on the west wall of the room, so we could enjoy waking up each morning to a perfect view of the sun rising over the gulf just outside our balcony doors. We also slept with our sliding door open so that we could hear the sound of the gulf waves as we drifted off into sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals and enjoy breakfast and dinner on the outdoor balcony. The property itself was also great. Easy access to a beautiful Florida sandy beach, heated indoor pool with hot tub, two outdoor pools, and a turfed tennis court. Granted, the weather was a bit unseasonably cold and windy during our stay, but the only very slight complaint we had was that water in both outdoor pools was very cold, and we weren't able to take advantage of these facilities. Thank goodness for the indoor pool and hot tub! We would definitely come back to Beach Colony 12b in the future! Thank you!

Perfect family vacation!
At the last minute, I decided to take my elderly parents, sister and nephew for a 5 night/6 day stay at the beach. The entire process from check-in to check-out was seamless. Arrival/departure instructions sent via email were very clear. I knew my parents would spend most of their time inside the condo so I wanted to make sure they had a great view and were comfortable. The pictures are exactly what you get. The terrace was wonderful and views from inside the condo were amazing. The condo has a little age on it but it was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Plenty of bath linens. Easy access to the beach. We rented chairs/umbrella. Gated community and extremely secure with codes to even access the elevator. Security on site 24/7. All of the security and other staff we encountered we very professional and so nice! I was concerned with it being Memorial Day weekend that we may encounter a lot of partying happening in the building, but that was never the case, day or night. It was so relaxing! The only suggestion I would make to someone coming to stay is the showers are extremely slick, so we bought shower mats. We didn't see the shower mat located under the sink in the master bathroom until after our purchase, but that wasn't a problem at all. I don't recall seeing one for the 2nd bedroom bath. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

When we first arrived, I was notified that the unit i booked months ago somehow got double booked and that it was already booked for the weekend. They told me there was a “replica” in the same complex that they would move us too, no big deal. I walked in this “replica”and was NOT happy at all (i spent close to 3k on the room alone) i called and they were nothing but understanding and accommodating! They agreed that it was unacceptable and immediately moved us to a new location. We were moved to La Playa and stayed in unit 903 and that condo was a DREAM! Amazing views, comfy beds, the kids each had their own bedroom with their own full bath, we felt so comfortable in this unit and it was hard to come home! Thank you for making this trip so memorable and accommodating our needs. We were more than satisfied once we made the move and highly recommend La playa resort. Less people, more private, and very clean and upscale. We will definitely return! Thank you!

August Vacation
The condo was very spacious and clean The Resort is in a great location. We did have to drive about 15 mins down toward Orange Park to find good Restaurants. Overall an excellent condo and resort

Well Equipped Unit

Amazing views, comfy apartment, nice beds. Only advice…keep your codes handy!!! It is easy to get locked out of the elevators/security gate. Suggest saving to you phone!!!!

Beach condo
Loved this condo. Extremely clean. Everything there we needed. Extra security codes made for a safe feeling. Location wonderful! Deck was very large. Two separate bedroom areas was nice for privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value in early March. Location is perfect with superb balcony and general living conditions. Hardware in unit needs upgrading in bathrooms and kitchen. Minor cosmetic defects. Would be nice to have some beach chairs and an umbrella for use. Otherwise perfect and will come again!
