Beach Colony Tower 2C

We always stay in Orange Beach so this was different but we throughly enjoyed the property and all it offered. It was peaceful and quiet for our family to enjoy ourselves away from the crowds!

The layout was perfect! Love how the master bedroom was actually the master bedroom. Big bathroom and shower, kitchen was great, contact with hosts was top notch. The view was amazing and the amenities were perfect. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of extra linens thankfully, because the a.c. will freeze you out before you know it. Check out requirements were very minimal. Beach was super nice and spacious. Not too crowded. Beach access was convenient. The security guards were amazing. Eric was our favorite. So kind. 10/10 will book again. The only smart tv was in the livingroom. Would have liked to stream our shows from our rooms, but not a big deal to us! Property wide rule of limited parking passes was a bit of a bummer as our children are 18+ and all drove their own cars. They had to park at the public beach and it was quite a walk for them each time they left for food/shopping.

2c is clean like a new house-fitted us 10 comfortably. The furnishings and decor were cute. The kitchen is very stocked with pots and pans, steamer, blender, baking sheets, sharp knives, scissors- all the cooking & eating utensils you need. There's a coffee maker, microwave, oven. It's packed with movies & games-very family oriented! The beds are comfortable; the sheets/blankets/pillows were clean. All kinds of towels (extra throw blankets in the closet). 2 irons, 1 laundry basket-in the laundry room. Each of the 3 rooms had it's own full bathroom. It's on the second floor- high enough to see the beach & horizon and low enough to use the stairs- if needed!We saw 2 dolphins from the balcony! (Can see the pools also.) The boardwalk to the beach is flat-no stairs! Workers of the condos & the host LCV (Thanks Sunny, Sarah, Rebecca, & Jill) were friendly! Publix is 4 mins away; Walmart is 11 mins away. It was a very wonderful stay-loved the place! I would book 2C again the next time around.

We love Perdido Key! This area has been our family beach destination for over 30 years now. We have stayed at many different properties over the years and this was our first time to stay at Beach Colony. Check-in was easy we had all of the codes and everything went smoothly. But, the elevator was a bit tricky, as you had to use a code to get to your floor. It took us a few times but we finally mastered it. Our condo was clean and tastefully decorated, felt very warm and inviting. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped with everything we needed to cook a family meal. It seems as though the condo owner took a great deal of time to make sure their condo was comfortable and equipped. The security personnel were really present and friendly checking to make sure that you were in fact a guest at the pool all the way down to the beach. We had a pleasant stay with our kids and grandkids and look forward to our next family vacation. We plan on staying at Beach Colony on our next visit!

The condo was absolutely beautiful with a stunning peaceful view. The beds were extremely comfortable with a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Just need to buy your own salt, pepper, coffee filters… It was so nice to be able to easily walk to the beach, pool and hot tub. Very spacious condo, so wonderful to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with our young adult children and grandma. The stars were so beautiful from the balcony. We have always liked Perdido Key because it’s quiet and not commercial like Orange Beach. Ten minute drive to the pretty Johnson Beach National Seashore. Plenty of Nature at the condo beach too. No chairs or beach equipment included with the condo, but you can rent some. We brought our own. Excellent vacation spot! Only wish we could have stayed longer.

This rental is absolutely beautiful! It far exceeded our expectations- in both how gorgeous the location itself is and in the rental unit. We were in the area to visit our son- a marine at NAS Pensacola. It was Thanksgiving as well as his birthday, so, our kitchen needs were high. The kitchen is so well supplied with cooking pots/pans/bowls/plates/etc., that there was nothing that we did not have at our fingertips to make a Thanksgiving/Birthday meal. The kitchen is large, clean, and bright- everything I like to have in a kitchen. The view in the unit is spectacular, and the decor throughout is as well. Three things that affect my reviews: Mattresses, water pressure, and AC/Heat: the mattresses are super comfortable and we slept like royalty; the water pressure in the showers is great too, which can really spoil a vacation for the ladies with long hair if it's too low; the AC/heat worked well. All in all, I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo and location. Had some issues that should be addressed in the condo though. There was never any hot water in the kitchen! All the bathrooms had hot water which doesn’t really make any sense what the kitchen did not. Wasn’t a big issues since we could all take a hot shower. The clothes dryer doesn’t dry very well. Had someone look at it and said it worked fine but it doesn’t. Probably needs a new heating element or new dryer. Other than those two issues the stay was wonderful. The balcony is perfect with its large size and we never felt on top of each other. I would definitely return for another stay!

We loved your place, the porch chairs were amazing, the beds were comfortable, the spacious rooms & bathroom size was perfect. Loved the amenities in the bathroom. The decor was totally on point! This condo was absolutely perfect. It was spacious and beautifully decorated for an oceanfront property. They supplied everything I could possibly need for our stay. The second-floor location made it extremely easy and quick to get to the beach or the pool. The balcony view was perfect. We did have an issue with the dryer not working properly and there were a few dirty dishes (lipstick on the glasses), but I made the property management aware of it and I am certain it won't be a problem for the next guests. I would definitely stay here again.
