This place was just wonderful! Decorated in perfect coastal style and light colors, which really enhance the look and feel of the ocean front space! It was roomy and airy and light! Great sized patio with 4 solid but comfortable chairs in which to enjoy the view! Plenty of seating in the living area and comfortable as well. All 3 beds were comfortable, too. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, even some tupperware and a pantry for the food. There were plenty of towels (do bring your extra shampoo and TP, per their instructions). The location being right on the beach was just phenomenal. The 8th floor felt like the perfect balance to have a good view of the gulf and the beach without having people look like ants! We had no issue with mosquitos or biting black flies on our patio or on the beach. The 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were available for $40/day, so it was worth it hauling our own. But it is a nice service to have available on this beach. We'll return!

Perfect Location with Amazing Views

We were there to visit our son who is in the Naval Pilot program. It was located very close to west entrance of the base and also the perfect place to enjoy the beach. Would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

The perfect condo for your family! Clean, well stocked, beautiful beach, easy beach access, 3 different pools, and so much more! Not to mention the safety of the area! Security checking bands to make sure all people on the beach and in the pool are part of the condos and not the public!
