Beach Colony Tower 9A

Great clean condo right on the beach with composite boardwalk to beach. Excell beach service available for reasonable cost (chairs & umbrellas). Very large balcony with great view. 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms made for an excellent stay. Tv's in all bedrooms. Very friendly security & gated complex. Tower has two elevators; one was down most of our stay which made for delays in getting elderly mom up & down from 9th floor. Food truck within walking distance, other restaurants short drive. Publix and Dollar General just a short drive across the bay bridge.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo on Perdido Key! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, making it so easy to cook meals and truly feel at home during our stay. The view was absolutely stunning—being right on the beach meant we could step outside and enjoy the sound of the waves anytime. One of our favorite parts of each day was walking on the beach and watching the beautiful sunrise. The staff was also incredibly helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful beach getaway!

Just got home from quick stay at Beach Colony. Beautiful location right on the beach, gated community. The pictures for the unit are accurate, very clean, beds were super comfy! Close enough to drive to Pensacola beach visit, and right down the road from Alabama shoreline as well. Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was huge, beautiful, and very clean. The oceanfront patio was one of our favorite parts, and seeing so many dolphins made it even more special. The management company was quick to respond when we called about a very minor issue. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! I loved the spacious balcony! The only thing that needed attention was the community hot tub. It would not heat up. But I would not blame that on this host. I would definitely recommend this place!

Loved the condo, it had plenty of room for our family. The balcony was one of our favorite places to hang out. The views are incredible and relaxing! Love having 3 bathrooms, the showers are updated and have great water pressure. The primary bathroom has huge shower and you can look out the window at the beach while taking a shower. The kitchen has everything you need! The beds were very comfortable! Hope to book this condo again when we come back to Pensacola. Thank you so much!

This was a wonderful unit! It was our first time at Beach Colony and we will be coming back! The unit was clean and spacious. The bedroom/bathroom set up worked perfect, the showers were amazing and big. The couch was comfy, and the kitchen worked well. The balcony was a nice lookout to the beach and being on the 9th floor was good. We loved the laminate floors instead of tile! There were blankets for the couch (or bed) and even games in the closet. The kitchen was very well stocked for what we needed. As far as the property goes, being here the end of June, it was not insanely busy that you felt cramped. It was plenty busy, but not uncomfortable. There was parking for our 2 cars even when we got back after midnight. We had codes for the gate, pool, etc but didn’t need any of them (security was everywhere which was a great trade off! Someone always around!) Needing a code to the elevator was the bizarre thing but we got used to it! Short walk to the beach and the pools were so nice!!

We had a great stay here! Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures! The location could not be better, there is a boardwalk right to the beach and on the beach there were chair and umbrella rentals. You have access to 3 pools, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor. Lots of restaurants nearby as well! Very family friendly area, I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful location…overall beautiful condo. Comfy beds and linens lovely updated bathrooms (2nd bath room shower needs window covering for privacy) furniture is worn a bit, water stains on side tables, rickety lamps. Shutter doors in bedrooms all broken and need repair…. GREAT response time on needed repair of towel bar. Check in was late and the staff was super helpful. I would definitely return for another stay. Gorgeous views

We've been renting BCT9A for 2-3 weeks every September since 2018 (except for 2020 when Hurricane Sally arrived a few days before we were scheduled). We've been to many beaches (both Gulf and Atlantic) and this is our absolute favorite beach and condo. The unit is very clean, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. One can spend almost all day on the balcony and still feel "at the beach". Plenty of options for groceries and restaurants. Check out Paul's Pizza and Flora-Bama Ole River Grill. And watch for the Blue Angels to buzz the beach on Sunday evenings when they return to Pensacola NAS. The staff at Luxury Coastal Vacations is friendly, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

An absolutely amazing condo! Very clean and neat and well stocked! This was perfect for our drop-off college week. Plenty of storage space, a beautiful view, our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and the binder with all the local favorites was such a nice touch! We loved staying here. The kids had separate bedrooms and bathrooms, one was the hall bath, but still. The photos online are very accurate so you are getting what you’re seeing. The furniture and beds were comfortable enough. Cleanest condo I’ve ever seen. I dropped the remote behind the master bed and had to use a dust mop to retrieve it. The only thing that came out was the remote. No dust or cobwebs or dirt. We made a mess in the freezer that required us to remove the drawers to clean. The fridge and freezer were spotless. Nothing but our own mess was there. The beach is close and there are pools. One is indoor. Don’t forget tennis rackets, the courts are turf. So cool.

My family and I wanted to visit somewhere different this year for our vacation. We chose Perdido Key and I needed a 3 bedroom condo for our family and came across Beach Colony Towers. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean is gorgeous and the condo was so clean and very well taken care of plus very well decorated. I would absolutely ask for 9-A again when I go bk to Perdido Key.

This is truly the best condo we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed here twice. Once in 2018 before bathrooms were remodeled and new furniture in living room. It’s so spacious and well decorated, the new furniture is much more comfortable and the bathrooms are so gorgeous, love the showers! Everything we needed and more! Right on the beach with a great balcony as well! Will stay here again!

I could write a novel about how much we loved Beach Colony!! Check-in was easy. I love the location on Perdido Key. The unit was absolutely beautiful! Furnished nicely. 3/3 was perfect for us! Very spacious. 9th floor unit was great for viewing sunsets. The balcony is HUGE! Very convenient Beach walkover is literally down the elevator and a right turn! We stayed seven nights. There is a Keurig coffee brewer, as well as a drip coffee pot! Beds were comfy & I slept like a baby! I could go on & on about this unit/property! There are just too many things to love! The Deep Blue Sea food truck is within walking distance & is out of this world! They are closed on Mondays & Sundays. Their hours are 11-2 on the days they are open! Many restaurants within a mile of the resort! Publix & Winn Dixie within a five minute drive! If you are considering Beach Colony for your next beach vacation......do not hesitate! It’s a slice of Heaven on Earth!
