The condo was extremely clean and comfortable and the instructions were clear and thorough. What a difference that makes! All the essentials for the kitchen and bathrooms were there and a binder with tips on restaurants, medical facilities, things to do, etc., was a great resource. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony -- beautiful views and comfortable outdoor furniture. We highly recommend this location and host.

Great beach front condo. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Great view of the gulf. A sliding door makes the second bedroom and hallway bathroom essentially another en suite bed and bath, which is great for privacy.

Property was clean and well maintained. Instructions were simple and easy to follow and very thorough. West 11B was fantastic! Great view, plenty of towels and basics. Nice furnishings, and appliances. Beds were super comfy and clean. Couches and chairs were comfortable too. Wonderful view from living room, kitchen, dining area and master bedroom and bath. Loved the outdoor space on the balcony. Perfect for relaxing or eating any time of day. Wonderful story from the owners. Nice informational binder. Games and books for family and leisure reading. First time in Perdido Key, loved the simplicity of the area.

This was one of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked and had Pyrex with lids. Drip coffee maker which we much prefer! Non stick skillets of decent quality. Stainless steel cookware. The beds were comfy and the condo was gorgeous and cozy. The master shower was amazing! Really can’t beat the view, so beautiful!

We loved this condo at Beach Colony. The views are amazing. Loved watching the sunrise every morning then going to the beach for sunset. Just steps to the beach was very convenient. The condo itself was very cozy and had everything we needed for use for the week. This was our most favorite location of all vacations. Our other favorite part of trip was going to Pensacola pier and seeing sea turtles, lots of sharks, sting rays and dolphins all from the pier!

I have never stayed at a condo that had such clean floors... We appreciated the shoe tray right inside the door to put out shoes so we wouldn't bring sand into the condo.
Sturdy balcony furniture, very nice towels, great views...we really enjoyed this unit.
Communication with Luxury was great... They always responded promptly via email and/or phone!
The master suite closet and bath were very spacious!!

Three sisters, younger brother had planned a road trip with our dad out west. Lost dad last August, so the siblings took a trip to the beach. Really nice condo on the beach, comfortable beds, nice lay out it had a swimming pool, hot tub, and an indoor pool. Only misgiving or beef parking was cramped. Would recommend to family friends etc. LCV when we go back to the beach we want and hope to use them again.

My wife and I have been to this area many times, and this condo was our favorite of all. The layout was great, the view was really nice, and the amenities were as expected. There were a few codes to remember (front gate, elevator, door to condo), but this meant there were no keys or cards to handle ... or lose.
We loved breakfast on the balcony watching the sun rise. The beach was great as usual, and the pool temperature was surprisingly refreshing - slightly cool despite the August sun. To ice the cake even more, the grocery (Publix) was not far. Luxury Coastal Vacation made it very easy for us.
The wife and I agree that we'll be back.

This condo is in the perfect location! The west tower is closest to the water, and we loved sitting on the patio balcony. They have updated the patio furniture to a polywood table with 4 chairs and 2 loungers. Beds are very comfortable, and everything was clean. Bring anything you might want to cook with as far as salt, pepper, oil, sugar, etc. Kitchen has lots of cookware and appliances. We had a wonderful stay!

If I could offer any advice for the owners, our friends condo was much more updated in the bathrooms , however, THEIR kitchen faucet only worked for two seconds at a time so that made it hard to do dishes we had a great time and didn’t need anything this condo didn’t have to offer :)

Beach Colony West 11B is a perfect unit. The pictures are exactly like the unit. Beach Colony Resort is very well maintained, clean and those who were working on property are always willing to help. Unit 11B has everything you need for a perfect stay. The unit was spotless when we arrived. Luxury Coastal Vacations were incredible from booking our stay, constant communication and a very smooth check out. Luxury Coastal Vacations is a very big reason our trip went so smoothly. This was our first trip to Perdido Key, but it won't be our last!

The pool was perfect for the kids - they really loved the inside pool and hot tub for some reason!! We felt secure out on the property - there were guards discretely protecting our cars, our children and the property. It was clean, the landscaping was great. I cannot wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was just as described in the listing. Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view is incredible. We loved sitting on the huge balcony. We saw dolphins one morning. We had such perfect weather our entire week. Having the two large pools on the property, the pool was never crowded. The beach is very easy to access from the unit. There is also some floats and a boogy board in the unit for using. Overall I give our unit a 5 star rating!!

We loved staying in this condo! The grey, brown, beige color scheme is very relaxing. The condo contains just the right amount of comfortable furniture for 4-6 people in the common areas, and it is not crowded with excess furniture or decorations. The master suite has a super large bathroom and the room has access to the balcony and a view of the Gulf. The bed is quite comfortable and there is plenty of drawer and closet space for storage. The second bedroom has two queen beds which are also comfortable and the room is perfect for two (or more) adults. The kitchen was adequately supplied - we ate all of our meals at the condo and we had almost all of the equipment we needed (a metal spatula for use on the downstairs grills would be a great addition). The ice water dispenser for the refrigerator did not work properly, and the management offered to repair it while we were there. We opted to use bottled water during our stay rather than having a repair person come in. The balcony is the best! Two two-seat gliders, one with an ottoman. They are very comfortable which is especially nice because when we're not on the beach, we love just hanging out on the balcony. There are also a table and two chairs on the balcony. The condo was very clean, parts of it look brand new and overall we were extremely happy with everything about our stay. A big thank you to the owners for sharing this lovely home by the sea.
