Loved our stay. Will be coming back annually and staying in this condo.

If your thinking about booking this place BOOK IT! it’s a hidden jewel. I was hesitant about it being the first floor but the view is breathtaking..The condo actually sits higher than the dunes. It also had everything we needed to be able and cook dinner each night and a good bit of starter supplies such as dish soap, sponge, detergent, towels, ect. Condo was spotless and clean. I had read a review about the patio furniture but it seems to have been replaced. We actually spend most evenings outside watching the sunset and having dinner on the patio. I would recommend this place for families with kids as it’s easily accessible to the pool and beach without having to take the elevator. I can’t say enough good stuff about this place. It’s also in the best location. Head down the beach 15 minutes and you’re in Orange Beach, and in the opposite direction you’re in Pensacola. We have already booked our trip for 2026 and are counting down the days until we are back!

This unit was perfect for our family. The ground floor was ideal as two of our grandchildren are little. I worried that our view of the ocean would be compromised but it was amazing. The pool and the beach are just steps away. The area is very peaceful and out of the hustle bustle. There are not a ton of restaurants by the condo but just a short drive up the beach there are lots of great places. The unit came with a fully equipped kitchen but we did not cook. The washer and dryer was a must have and came in super handy. My husband and I love trying different places but we would come definitely come back here.

Beautiful condo, great location if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. Very minimal traffic and it’s located within walking distance to a nice shopping center with souvenir shop and ice cream shops!! Make sure to bring all your cooking spices, salt and pepper and condiments, they are not provided. We will be back!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at this beachside Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach with super easy access, and close to everything we needed including restaurants, activities, and stores. The space was perfect for our family with plenty of room to relax and unwind. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Had a great stay! Loved the condo! Loved the location! Our only hiccup was the building fire alarm going off at 3am and having to evacuate. We heard this wasn't the first time for this to happen, so definitely need to get that fixed. Otherwise, enjoyed our visit very much and can't wait to return!

Place was awesome! Great views as well. Do wish there had been basic seasonings, but not a big deal. You'll need to bring your own keurig cups. Very close to Johnson Beach which was great. The beach out the back door is beautiful as well.. The kids had an excellent time crab hunting at night and searching for shells all day.. Will definitely be back

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Our jaws dropped open the second we saw our ground floor patio and view of the beach. We were right next to the pool and beach walk. It was right in the middle of spring break yet there was no crazy partiers or crowds. It was absolutely perfect for my mom and I’s getaway. The patio has barriers that come down to cover the windows or whole patio if you want some privacy. Everything was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, communicated well. By far one of the best places we have ever stayed!

We’ve been staying at this same place for 11 years. It’s fantastic and we love everything about it. Only gripe would be that it’s probably time to replace the patio furniture with something that doesn’t stay wet all the time.

We were very pleased with this condo. It’s ground floor so the pool and the beach are steps away. You could almost feel like you are on the beach. We had an issue with the washer not spinning and maintenance guy was there within an hour. Communication and customer svc with these folks is amazing. They responded when I IM’d them in the app almost immediately. We also got caught up I the Delta debacle in ATL and I let them know some of our party would be late and they were super nice about saying sorry that happen etc.

The location and amenities of this apartment were perfect for our needs. To be able to walk to the Gulf, Pool and Hot Tub from the back patio was a vacation at its finest. Especially since I have a son with disabilities and he does not tolerate lots of walking. I will definitely rent this again ! Beaton's Party of four
