PLEASE NOTE: Beach Colony West will be conducting an exterior maintenance improvement project. Here is what to expect:

• Timeline: August 2026 through December 2026, schedule and weather permitting.

• Nature of work: Re-coating and sealing exterior windows. Workers can periodically be seen from windows. Balconies will be sealed and re-coated later in the project timeline, though no schedule in place at this time.

• Starting in September 2026: They will begin working their way around the entire building to launch the remaining work.

• Balconies will be sealed and re-coated, requiring closure for up to one week. Balcony furniture will be moved inside the unit. Schedule TBD.

Beach Colony2D

My family and I stayed in west colony 2D, we had an enjoyable time. We had plenty of room, enjoyed the balcony a lot, had a few issues with a toilet but it was fixed. We would stay again.

It was a great unti and great vacation. A few very minor issues like the cloths dryer and jets in whirlpool tub but matianance was quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Great property... we will be back!

We booked this unit for a quiet girls weekend trip. We loved how secure the property was with an access code needed to get into the gate and also to use the elevator. This avoided having any random people walking around. The unit was clean and VERY spacious with an awesome layout. Everything worked great and the a/c was nice and cold. The balcony was simply breathtaking. There were 6 of us and we always had a place to sit together in the living room, balcony, or dining room. We've hoped around the panhandle this last year trying out new cities and complexes and they all said this was their favorite. We will be back!
