Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only a few concerns that need to be addressed. Lock box location is on railing NOT on door. Clothes dryer works but makes LOUD screeching noise. Electric can opener did not work. Third bedroom would be more useful with two double beds than bunks. All else is in condo is EXCELLENT! Would definately rent this unit again!

This condo has everything! Plenty of space, clean, and met all of our needs. The balcony was a plus with lots of seating and relaxing! Great trip!

Great time! Great place!
The unit is beautiful and clean. We never had to turn on the air and definitely enjoyed the fresh breezes. There were 7 of us that stayed comfortably here (myself & husband, 3 kids, and my parents). The reason I chose this place over others was the size of the balcony (I wanted BIG as I knew we would be out there watching the ocean a lot), 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and the indoor heated pool (for our littlest) as I knew the outdoor pools are always cold. It was perfect...met all of our wants/needs! Even being 2nd floor we had an absolutely amazing view :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The one thing that I could gripe about (but it really just took time to get used to and was fine) was all of the codes, keys, bracelets we need to remember lol.

Overall very pleased with accomadations and size of unit. Thanks for support.
Light on back porch and light on vent a hood are both needing replaced. FYI, ice machine stopped working the day before we left but did not call in due to being the weekend and it did not cause any issues.

Great place to stay!! We loved it!!
This was the first time for our family to stay in a condo. We have stayed in houses or townhouses. We had a great time. This condo was In a perfect location to see the beach and close to the pool. Would love to stay here again.

Beach Colony2D
My family and I stayed in west colony 2D, we had an enjoyable time. We had plenty of room, enjoyed the balcony a lot, had a few issues with a toilet but it was fixed. We would stay again.

Great trip
Nice condo. Great view. Loved the balcony. Only downfall, 2 of the beds were not comfortable at all. Would stay again though.

Beach colony west
It was wonderful except the lock box containing the keys was very difficult to open and that was stressful to happen upon arrival. Also I wish there had been drying racks for wet clothes on the balcony. But otherwise it was lovely and very very nice.

The only concern we had was that the clothes dryer was ridiculously loud...and we were afraid to use it for fear of it breaking. Other than that...the location, condition and amenities were outstanding!

Great condo with an AMAZING kitchen
Great condo! We really enjoyed our stay in Beach Colony West 2D. We've been visiting Perdido Key for 11 years. This was our first stay at Beach Colony. The condo was well furnished and very comfortable. Lots of natural light. The kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed for meals. The balcony is huge and well furnished. Overall, great trip and highly recommend this place.

Perfect family experience
Wonderful property, beautiful views on the corner of the 2nd floor. Balcony was like another room in itself.... Plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 children. The master was great, and the 2nd master was beautiful as well.

It was a great unti and great vacation. A few very minor issues like the cloths dryer and jets in whirlpool tub but matianance was quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Great property... we will be back!

We booked this unit for a quiet girls weekend trip. We loved how secure the property was with an access code needed to get into the gate and also to use the elevator. This avoided having any random people walking around. The unit was clean and VERY spacious with an awesome layout. Everything worked great and the a/c was nice and cold. The balcony was simply breathtaking. There were 6 of us and we always had a place to sit together in the living room, balcony, or dining room. We've hoped around the panhandle this last year trying out new cities and complexes and they all said this was their favorite. We will be back!

It was perfect - we all had our own bathroom/bedroom.
This trip was strictly for my mother - she has cancer and she's in a wheelchair. The balcony was perfect for her to sit out on and look and the water-- even tho it rained everyday.. she was happy and that made us Happy ?
