The balcony and furnishings on balcony were superior comfortable and great fro friends and family to gather. Kitchen was the most well equipped that I have seen at any condo.

Wonderful stay

Condo was beautiful and spacious. We loved spending time on the deck from sun up to sun down. Nice pool and easy access to the beautiful white sand beach. We could not have asked for or expected more!

Wonderful home, looks just loke the pictures! Hosts were very nice and very responsive whether it was by phone call, text, or the AirBnB app. The staff at Beach Colony seems to always be in good spirit. They smile at you and everyone speaks when passing. I would definitely look into booking this home again in the future!

Great Condo

Beach colony is a fantastic property. We would definitely stay again. The only thing that mixed us up was one of the pictures from the balcony showsd a pool that I assumed was ours and it wasn’t. Our pool was much smaller and the hot tub never got above 90. Other than that it was fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay with 6 teenage girls and two adults on spring break. This is a beautifully decorated condo with an amazing view. We loved the balcony and that we were right on the beach. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The area was not crowded and very low key. We highly recommend this condo.

Spent a beautiful week with my children and grandchildren in this spacious, well equipped home away from home. Hosted dinners with family and friends with ample dishes, glasses and serving pieces. Convenient to groceries, ice, food truck, and restaurants. Beds are comfortable with top of the line bedding. Balcony is spacious with breath taking views of the gulf. We enjoyed seeing the full moon rise and children with their flash lights searching for sand crab in the evenings.
