Beach Colony West 7A

This was our first time to Perdido Key and we will definitely be back! This condo had everything we needed and enough space to accommodate grandparents + a family of 5. Location was key- just minutes from restaurants and the grocery store not the mention the view from our balcony and accessibility to the beach/ pool were on point. The host was very responsive and helpful for any questions that came up. The condo was clean, spacious and the views were 💯. We will be back!

This is a great place for a vacation. The pools were convenient and nice. It was an extremely easy walk to the beach. The covered deck was great. The view from the living area and kitchen was great. We really loved the location. We would definitely stay there again.

Recommend you get a maintenance guy to fix details like a few broken bed room drawer pulls and tighten up bath towel fixtures. Kitchen cabinet laminate is also going to need attention soon. This unit was better than most overall and I would choose it again. Very happy with my stay.

Loved the layout. Our group was 3-gen: grandparents, parents and 20-something sisters. I loved that there was 2 BRs with king beds. The 3rd BR had 2 queens. So, roomy and comfortable sleeping space. The 2 king rooms also both had private bathrooms. The 3rd had a bathroom that opened to the BR and the hall. The kitchen was very well appointed…really wasn’t missing anything. The balcony was so big that it was like a patio with sitting area and dining area. Great view too.

This place is a true gem. I must have looked at 100 condo's for rent in this area and this one stood out as the one I chose. We were not disappointed. The views were incredible and the condo was directly over the swimming pool and the beach.
We ran into some car issue and I was thinking that we would have to stay an extra night. I contacted LCV and they let me know in 10 min that an extra night was not an issue and even though we didn't need it...it was nice to know it was available.
My wife suffers from ALS and this trip was on the bucket list of places to visit...and the week was perfect.

First time at this location. Beautiful view and close to Publix and restaurants. Condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked very well for cooking. My husband and I slept in the master bedroom. The mattress needs to be updated but even though the condo was a bit dated it was nice. Easy access to the pool and beach.

The property is well maintained. Ease of parking, elevators, beach access!! The only negative was the 4:00pm check in time. You basically lose an entire day. Otherwise, we had zero complaints!!

We loved how close the heated indoor pool was for our late fall trip. Board walk to the beach was flat and we could roll our wagon out to the beach instead of carrying it down lots of steps . The only thing we would suggest is more towel racks or hooks in the master bathroom. There was no place to hang our towels in that bathroom. Very spacious and inviting condo!

If you're looking for a quiet vacation but to still be close to stores and restaurants, then Perdido Key is so much quieter than the busier beaches in either direction. There's a Publix, McDonalds, several pizza places, all within a 1-5 min drive. There is even a food truck right outside the parking lot! You can drive 15 min to Orange Beach and then up the road more to Foley and the outlet mall, OWA, and The Wharf, The sand was much drier at PK and NOT crowded, Very restful. Except right now there is resurfacing of the buildings so lots of noise in the daytime, competed with the sound of the waves. But Beach Colony units are so nice it didn't matter. This is our 2nd Beach Colony stay, this unit is great. Lots of options for seating on the balcony which is the main thing I look for when booking a condo.

Our 2 week stay at Beach Colony was just awesome. Only 4 units on each floor so it was very quiet and elevator service quick. Our Condo was very clean and the layout worked well for our family. The only thing missing was a Keurig, but a quick 5 minute drive to WalMart took care of that. Weather was perfect -- and you can't beat the white sands of Perdido. The balcony is truly oversized with plenty of furniture to relax and enjoy the view. Luxury Coastal is the best...that's why we are repeat customers. Super thanks to Heidi for making our vacation dream come true.
