Beach Colony West 9D

We loved the location and views of the beach and water. The condo was very clean and spacious. We appreciated the beach toys in the condo so that we didn't have to go buy anything. The patio was a dream to have dinner on and sit and watch the sunset. The parking was great that we didn't have to search for a spot every time. We can't wait to come back!
Our only confusion was the elevator. It took us a minute to figure out how to enter the code to get to the 9th floor.

My only suggestion would be to provide directions when you enter the complex for check in. With 3 buildings it would be nice to be directed come in gate and go to the building on the right.

This condo was amazing. Love the space and the decor!! It was so nice to be away from the hustle and bustle but also nice that we were able to drive to Alabama or Pensacola. Great place to stay!! We will be back!!

You will not be disappointed with your stay here. I've vacationed in this unit three times now. Every time thought has gone into what improvements can be made for the comfort of their guests. All three bedrooms are very comfortable with loads of closet space. Don't pack beach towels, they are complimentary. You can save money by cooking in this well-equipped kitchen. But if you do go out for dinner, be back by sunset to enjoy the beach coastline view on the balcony. I've never been disappointed here and you will be telling your friends what a great experience you had. I'll be staying there again next year!

We had an amazing time at this condo. Very clean and amazing views. The only problem was the key getting into the condo is a little tricky. Maybe update to a digital lock we saw other condos had. Otherwise we had a great time.

We had an amazing week at perdido key. The condo was more beautiful than the pics, very clean, and the host was always responsive. Furniture was excellent quality and all the beds were comfy. We had zero issues on our vacation which was perfect. When you vacation you want to just relax and that’s exactly what we got to do!

We just arrived home from a week in this condo. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owners take great pride in making this a comfortable place to be. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook a meal. The condo is clean and decorated beautifully with an incredible view from the large terrace. The 3 bedroom-3 bathrooms worked perfectly for us and the 2 couples that joined us for the week. I highly recommend this unit- the complex is in a great area only a short drive to most restaurants. Can’t wait to start planning for next year!

We had a great time at this beautiful condo with a fantastic master suite, Two other wonderful bedrooms and well stocked kitchen which we utilized daily. The view off the balcony was fabulous and the hosts apparently arranged for a Blue Angel flyby on Sunday afternoon right off the balcony. We already booked two weeks for next year!

When we arrived at the condo, first thing we noticed was how amazing the view of the ocean and beach were. With the condo being right on the beach, you are just steps from the ocean. There are 3 pools on the property, and the indoor pool option was perfect on the cool nights. The decor of the space was so welcoming, and it is very clean. The appliances are new, which makes cooking and cleaning easier. The flow of the bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, and allowed everyone to have their own space, and not feel crowded. We also really liked how every bedroom had charging stations, and all light switches were labeled (a huge plus). Another thing we loved was the location of the condo. You are away from all the hustle and bustle of the crowded towns of Pensacola and Gulf Shores, but it’s an easy 20-30 min drive to those places for a nice dinner or shopping. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat, and already booked for next year.

We started planning this back in early January and when searching for a place to stay, the 'beachy' vibe in the decorations immediately appealed to us. It just looked fun and inviting and it was even better in person once we arrived.  We agreed that yours was the nicest and most well-equipped vacation rental we have stayed in yet.  From the appliances, to the furniture, plenty of beach towels, right down to all the labels on the light switches and remotes, just very quality overall. One thing that stood out while choosing a unit was the outdoor furniture. We were surprised to see so many vacation rental units--that accommodated up to 8 people--had maybe 4 chairs on their balcony.  We noticed you had plenty, which was a huge plus and another reason we selected your unit.  We made use of it starting each day on the balcony, planning the day and then ending each day on the balcony recapping what a great day we had. We found the binder with info helpful and took some suggestions on places to eat.  The food everywhere was just great, so thanks for the suggestions.   Our friend said this was the perfect way to celebrate her birthday!

Stayed a week but could have stayed a month. Favorite part (hard to pick one) was the morning coffee on the porch listening to the ocean. The condo was very well laid out and everything was comfy. Easy access to the beach was a BIG bonus. Quiet neighbors while we were there. An easy drive from any restaurant or activity your want to do, oh and you can see the Blue Angels do their "Beach Buzz" from the porch on their way out of town. Will definitely book this condo again.

Highly recommend this to anyone staying in the Perdido Key/Orange Beach area who wants a unit in a complex right on the beach. It's perfectly situated, right between several excellent restaurants and a short drive to all kinds of activities. I have to say this is probably the nicest and definitely the most well-equipped vacation rental we have stayed in. The decor is very 'beachy' and inviting. The appliances, bedding, furniture are all very nice and well maintained. There were 6 of us in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us--super nice with each couple having their own bathroom. There were lots of beach towels for us to use and one thing that we really liked was that there was more than enough outdoor furniture for all of us to enjoy time together outside. We started and ended each day out on the balcony, taking in the fresh air and sounds of the waves. It really was the prefect place for us on this trip and we couldn't have asked for better.

Just pack your toothbrush, swim suit and suntan lotion and pick up some groceries and you’ll be set for your time at Beach Colony West 9D! The unit was big, beautiful and had everything including plenty of dishes, glassware, pots and pans and silverware. Nice big refrigerator and modern appliances including large capacity washer and dryer. Very nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub and workout room. And of course the beach and the views were fantastic. It was a great place for our family vacation and easily fit our party of eight.

The cleanliness of this condo was remarkable. All of the kitchen appliances looked to have been upgraded within the last couple of years. I was told that the Wi-Fi service has also recently been upgraded. This condo has been well cared for and shows little signs of wear and tear throughout. The owners of this paradise have spared no expense to make your stay a pampered experience to remember. The balcony has all new deck furniture for you to view the beach, pools and sunsets along the coast. Already planning our next trip to this great paradise.

We had our first summer family vacation to Perdido Key and this unit was perfect. There was plenty of space for our family with two kids and 4 adults. The beds were comfortable, the unit was spotless and in excellent condition, there was every kitchen utensil or gadget you would need to make meals at home and the view was beautiful. Enjoyed two dinners just sitting on the balcony. The kids loved the three pools, hot tub and easy beach access. The unit really made you feel at home with all the extras such as games to play, printer, pack and play for the kids and beach accessories. We will definitely be returning!

Talk about a perfect beach vacation! This was my husband’s and my first ever beach vacation and wow were we blown away. The condo has picture perfect views of the beaches and the ocean, you can easily spend a whole day on the covered balcony. Take advantage of the binoculars to view schools of fish and stingrays in the mornings! Inside the condo, you have every amenity you could ever want or need, plenty of things to do for the whole family. Cooking in that kitchen was a dream! The condominium has access to several luxurious pools as well as beach access private to people staying in the condominiums. There was always plenty of space to spread out on the beach and enjoy ourselves. It was never too crowded, even on a holiday weekend. Last but not least, the town itself. If you stay at MoMBeachSide, be sure to go visit the area and stop in at the Flora-Bama for a bushwhacker (or two…or three) as well as some of the other restaurants in the area. We had delicious fresh seafood everywhere we went! Overall this stay was a 10/10 in our opinion and we would recommend this condo rental to anyone! Don’t miss out on this fantastic property and all it has to offer!
