The Estate comprises two roomy Villas and a loft suite, comfortably accommodating up to 32 guests. The Waterfront Villa offers 3 bedrooms, a deluxe Chef's kitchen that will delight any culinary maestro, an elevator, and 3 balconies affording amazing beach views from each.

The Guest Suite boasts 3 bedrooms, a fitness area, and 2 spacious balconies. The Loft Suite provides 2 King bedrooms on the main floor with an adjoining bathroom. The bunk loft is the perfect area for kids!

Exceptional! Luxury meets relaxation for the most elegant wedding

I booked this beautiful venue for my sons wedding and I cant say enough good things about Bella Villa and the owners! Bella Villa is a gorgeous venue, providing multiple options for arranging your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all at one location. Spacious accommodations for the entire wedding party in separate villas right next to each other, and is a photographers dream with so many different spaces to capture incredible portraits. Luxury meets coastal at Bella Villa, providing an elegant event with the relaxation of being at the beach! The owners are extremely kind and provided excellent communication throughout the entire planning process, providing that extra peace of mind that is so needed while planning a wedding. The location is so beautiful to begin with that very little is needed to create a fairytale event to make every brides dreams come true. And as if all of that wasn’t enough, the wedding party and family had a blast during our stay as well. The private beach provided the perfect hang out for everyone to relax during the days leading up to the wedding, the spacious lawn was a fun place for games and the multiple balconies provided the perfect space for late evening snacks and chats with friends! We are so thankful for every detail of Bella Villa and would 100% book it again if given the chance!

Bella Villa Estate knows how to cater to guests seeking entertainment and recreation. Bella Villa was absolutely gorgeous! We had our wedding on the property and everything turned out stunning. There is not one thing we could complain about! All 3 houses are gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The grounds are manicured and lush. The private beach was awesome. We spent a few days sitting at the beach and going in the water! The Stay-cation for my dream wedding was perfect! I would recommend Bella Villa to everyone. We saw the Blue Angels practicing, dolphins in the water, rented a boat and also went to great restaurants. . There is endless possibilities to enjoy at this Estate. We are definitely coming back every year to enjoy our family vacation at the Beautiful Bella Villa!

Bella Villa Estate was a magnificent experience. My dream wedding could not have been possible without this property! Everything is out of this world gorgeous. The mansion and guest houses are marvelous, clean, and comfortable. The views from every window and balconies were stunning. The enormous back yard allowed us to set up a tent for our reception. The private beach allowed us to have our ceremony in the sand. This Estate only deserves 5 stars! We will be repeat visitors at Bella Villa!

Bella Villa Estate was one of the best vacations my friends and I ever took. We all got to unwind and relax in luxury. Once we stepped foot onto the property we were in shock, we could afford to stay at this mansion. Statuesque! Wow factor for sure, every where you turn and go! Vacation of a lifetime at Bella Villa. We will be repeat guests.

Bella Villa is an incredible property. My family could not have picked a better property to vacation at! We honestly, didn't have to leave the Estate because there was plenty to do! From the outside to the inside everything is a WOW factor. We felt like royalty being able to stay at Bella Villa. My family loved being on the beach and relaxing on the hammock under the palm trees!
