Soft sand, seashells and gorgeous gulf
I was overall disappointed in the age and I’ll repair of the condo. From loose ceramic floor tiles, insufficient hot water, tiny balcony to unusable jacuzzi tub nozzles, we were quite discouraged with our condo unit. Of course the beach is always fabulous and the sand is soft and a great source of lovely shells. But for the price not something I would recommend.

Loved our stay
We love staying at Broadmoor. The location is perfect and we floor plan is great! We enjoy the beautiful beach and the pool The only problem is the parking. The worst parking deck I have ever been in. If only the tennis courts were another level of the deck.

Not going what to expect we had a great first experience with Luxury Vacation Rentals through Airbnb! Fast response time with all communication with Luxury Vacation Rentals staff. Condo was very nice and very clean!! Will definitely go through Charlene in the future!!

Spring Vacation
This condo is amazing!!! It is directly on the ocean, the views are amazing, plenty of room, loved all the outside areas. We had such a wonderful time and are looking forward to going back! The area is quiet but so close to everything. This is our absolutely new favorite place. FYI the kitchen was perfectly stocked even with a crock pot!! So nice!!!

We like this property. We prefer a smaller complex. Good location. All the amenities we wanted.
We liked the decor and the balcony open on the side for a better view. The beds were comfortable as were the overall furnishings. We selected this property and have stayed before because of the easy beach access. Although, the newly added ramp has actually added to the distance to the beach, which we liked better before. Wish it went straight out and not to the side because we struggle walking through the soft sand. The only issues we encountered were the lights being out in the stairwell. We couldn't see to get to the lockbox. Luckily had the flashlight on our phones. It seems risky opening the box on the stairwell and chance of dropping the keys. Also, one of the elevators was out for several days, as was the handicap switch on the doors by the elevator.

Great first beach condo experience
We have always opted for cruises and all-inclusive vacations. Due to the pandemic, we drove down to Orange Beach for the first time. We were extremely pleased with the condo. It was even better than pictured. The complex isn't huge so no wait for elevators, always had parking, and the beach wasn't packed. If we return to Orange Beach for future vacations, we would be happy to stay at Broadmoor 804 again!

Everything we needed and more!
This was our first stay in Orange Beach. This is a great place to call home for a relaxing vacation. The view is the BEST part and the condo was super clean and had just about everything we needed. We went to Publix and stocked up on food, ice and drinks and we were set! The only thing that we would change is taking the lounger off the patio. There was too many chairs. We would return when we have more vacation time again. This was a 10+ for us. Thank you!

Beautiful condo infront of the beach. Inside, the layout was perfect for the 4 of us who went. It is very spacious. The master bedroom was very big and had widows facing the ocean for a beautiful view. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets in the closet. Washing machine was included. The kitchen was well equipped with all the tools you need to cook but keep in mind you need to buy food and condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc. is not included). We had a great host who always answered our questions, was honest of what to expect, and was always fast to reply. Definitely a place I want to come back to! A great place in front of the ocean!

I very much enjoyed my weekend stay. The place was very clean.
I love the fact this place is a little more secluded from the busy part of town. The vacant lots near the building make the beach less crowded. The owner was always very quick to answer any of my questions. Checking in and out was a breeze. I well definitely be back

Happy anniversary trip!
Everything was beautiful and clean in the condo. The master suite and the other bedroom (also a master) was perfect our 50th anniversary trip. It turned out that we had to bring my wife's 89 year old mother with us and it worked out great. The weather was a bit too cool for the beach for a few days but the condo was a pleasant place while waiting for the warm-up! Thanks, Fred and Debbie Malone, Clinton, LA.

Nice place.
Nice place! Condo was beautiful with great views of the gulf! Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable! Definitely would stay again. Only downfall is parking garage. It was a horrible setup and if you didn’t get middle parking it made it very difficult to park next to and some spots you get blocked in.

Beach stay
We loved this condo. It was very clean and spacious. It wasn’t overly crowded which was great. The only downfall for us was the parking area, we have a large truck and the parking spots are tiny. My mother in law actually couldn’t get in her vehicle once. We ended up parking out of the parking deck area. However overall, it was a nice beach trip.

Great Condo
We really loved this Condo. It was exceptionally clean. Everything was well taken care of and everything worked as it should. It was very accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked with all cookware and utensils you might need. Furniture was nice and comfortable. It has a very nice view. LCV made our trip very easy and trouble free as always. We will be staying here again.

Picture Perfect
The condo was better than the pictures and write up. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable furniture. The balcony is where we spent alot of time, first thing in the morning and at night. The place is big enough for 2 couples to stay there comfortably and have plenty of privacy. There were more than enough wash cloths and towels. Was great having a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is a bit confusing at first but finally figured it out. The ONLY complaint I have is the unit is opened by a key and it's extremely hard to get open with that key. It takes two hands to open the door so a real inconvenience when coming back from the beach with your arms full or from the store. Plus having to keep up with that key at the beach, pool, everywhere you go is a pain. The other doors around all have keypads to get in. This would be so much better than the key. The condo is the perfect location. Close to everything and right on the beach. Would definitely stay there again. (just hope for a key code the next time)

Everything was a shown in the pictures. Inquiries responded to immediately and the availability of luggage carts and shopping carts made moving in and out easy along with bringing in the groceries… The only downside for us was a personal preference on the mattress and pillows for the master bedroom. We need a much firmer mattress, but the views from the bedroom are awesome. The unit is about as close to the waters edge as you will find. Having stayed at a number of beach condo’s and resorts, this was great.

One of the nicest properties that I ‘ve ever rented
The view is great. Spacious. The apt is clean/ updated. Beach access is great. My only gripe is that the fees/taxes pretty much doubled the price.

Fantastic views
The condo was perfect, especially for two couples. The master suite was huge and had AMAZING views of the beach and ocean. The guest bedroom and bathroom were both adequate in size. The bathroom was conveniently located close to the bedroom, with a door at the entrance of the hall that led to them. It was effortless to create the feel of another master suite. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of seating in dining area and the living room. The view from the kitchen and living room was fabulous! We would stay in this condo again, and recommend it to friends.

Great location and ease of beach access
We have stayed in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores every summer for the past several years, and this was one of our favorite condos to date. The building itself was smaller than some of the other giant ones we have stayed at before and it made things so convenient. No long elevator waits, such easy beach access, very clean and conveniently located. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and Well Appointed
Easy to find, very well appointed with a Jacuzzi tub and wet bar. Wonderful sweeping views of the beach and close to everything you would want in a beach condo! The added fees make it a little too expensive for a short stay but we'll definitely be staying longer next time to make it worth our while!

Great Condo! Great Location!
We visit Orange Beach every year and decided to do a quick last minute vacation before the kids headed beach to school. We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and well decorated. The short walk from the condo to the beach was great. This end of the beach the water is more clear. The pool wasn’t overcrowded. The only con was the master bed was very hard but maybe it is for people who need that type mattress. Overall great stay and it is added to our short list of places to stay.

The condo was very clean and we felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. The view from the master bedroom is breath taking!! Spring Break 2019
The exterior of the Broadmoor seemed dated but 804 was a very nice room. The layout was utilized well and very accommodating. Liked everything about the condo but did think the shower in the master bath could be improved. Loved the master bedroom and had a great view. Really enjoyed our stay.
