We all had an awesome time. We have visited Orange Beach every year for the past 6 years and have tried several different locations. This is by far the best place to stay with kids. 6 adults and 7 kids and everyone was very happy with the unit and the over all resort. Thanks again and we will be back

Love the Caribe and this unit! Our only complaint was the security guard when we were checking in. He want us to leave and go to the VRBO office even though our instructions told us to go there and where to find the key. We have stayed at the Caribe 3 times. I think this was the best unit!

Our family chose this unit because of the spacious rooms, number of bedrooms & bathrooms. Perfect size for 7 adults & 4 children . The facility was clean. The pools & water slides were great entertainment for the little ones. It was nice the Cobalt restaurant was next door. My husband booked a fishing trip right on site at the Caribe marina. fWe will consider this condo for our next visit to the beach.

Overall we loved everything about the condo- the location, the layout, even the supplies (kitchen ware/appliance options). We had three family groups (11) people between the kids and parents and we all had space to spread out. Definitely one of our favorite condos on site! The only drawback was that the master bath had a broken shower door and all three toilets had handle issues to work correctly- but the maintenance crew came right away and did their best to get it all to work for our week long stay until parts could be ordered. Very courteous and friendly.

The Caribe resort is full of things to do. We were constantly finding more things we didn’t know the resort offered! The trolley service to the beach was a wonderful bonus! Now to the unit! It was perfect. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The master shower was the best I’ve ever had! It was beautiful and very equipped for our week away from home! I have nothing whatsoever negative to say! We will be back and hopefully be able to book this condo again!

We were a party of 6 adults and 4 kids. The unit itself was fantastic. It was beautiful, spacious, light and airy and you felt outside even when you were inside. The view was incredible. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and provided lots of storage. For the resort overall - the parking was an issue the first few days but it was Memorial Day weekend. The resort did their best to accommodate everyone but we were concerned about leaving the resort in fear of not finding another parking spot upon return. Also, luggage carts were seriously scarce when we checked in and the carts aren't your normal luggage cart, but more of a plastic cart better suited for groceries. The tram to the beach was fine and responsive when called for pickup. Getting to the beach is a short walk after you are dropped off if you go the inlet side. If you want to be gulf front, that's a bit of a hike. Fine for most, but could be a challenge for some with health concerns or a lot of stuff to carry. There are bathrooms by the drop off location which is very nice. The pools are beautiful and provided lots of entertainment hours for our kids and adults. Note that they are on different levels, so this wouldn't be as easy for going back and forth if you have really little ones. Ours were older and we had enough adults to split so not an issue for us. Overall, the property was great. It was as advertised and we don't really have any complaints. We did try to include information that we were looking for prior to booking but they aren't complaints - just more informational. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had an amazing family vacation! The condo offered enough space to accommodate our family (6 adults and 4 children) and offered beautiful views and decor. I loved cooking meals for our family in the kitchen. The ice machine came in handy, it was nice not having to purchase extra bags of ice. All of the pools at the Caribe kept our children entertained the entire week. We loved the trolley to the beach! The staff at Luxury Coastal Vacations were great to work with. We can't wait to go back!

This unit was beautiful! Being an end unit meant we had an especially large balcony area that gave us gorgeous views of the beach & the bay. The beds were very comfortable & everything was very clean on our arrival. The Caribe Resort was at a great location with easy access to everything. We loved the pools & the lazy river! The staff also kept the entire property very clean despite so many people tracking sand & water in all day long. The only issue we had was the ice machine at the wet bar which was broken when we arrived. We reported it to the rental agency & they responded very quickly. Turns out a part had to be ordered to fix it but we were brought bags of ice to supplement our needs. I couldn't have asked for more responsiveness. A couple of pointers - three of the bedrooms have private bathrooms while the fourth bedroom has no bathroom but is next to a half bath. We went with four couples so one couple had to share their private bath. So if you are sharing the expenses watch that the cost won't easily be split four ways. Also, since we are from out of state we didn't realize alcohol would be much higher priced in Alabama. We made a run to a grocery store in Florida (just a few miles away) the day after we arrived to stock up on alcohol. We would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to enjoy a beautiful vacation!!

When I take the children to the beach this is the place I go. There are plenty of things for the children to do as they love the number of pools in which to choose. I personally love the lazy river. The unit is extremely lovely the pictures do not do it justice it feels like home. The complex is not right on the beach but there is a shuttle that will take you to the beach which is a hike to the gulf but the children love the pools so much there isn't a need to go but once or twice. We have gone during the children's baseball tournament so there are lots of children if that is a concern you might want to check that out.

Great place, lots of room. 2 year old and 4 year old loved the water slides. 3 king beds was great for 3 couples. Should paint bathrooms with satin or gloss paint, there were hand prints on the walls. Love the huge living room for family, and media ,room for cartoons for the grandkids.

We stayed during the first week of November 2013 and after entering this room I was so glad I chose this condo for our family. I agree with the other reviewer that the photos do not do the place justice. It was very spacious, furnished nicely, and we loved the view from the balcony. The views are beautiful. I feel it is important to add that this is a corner unit with a wrap around balcony with a view of both the Bay and the Gulf. When looking for a condo here that was important for me as we wanted a large balcony. It is on the tenth floor so it is high enough that we weren't bothered by any sounds from the pool or parking garage. We loved the amenities that the Caribe offers, the indoor pools, water slides, the steam room, the exercise rooms, I could go on and on. Our kids loved the open elevators, lol. We loved being so close to the beach with unobstructed views of the Gulf. The staff at the Caribe were helpful and friendly as well. It is close to everything, yet far enough away that it doesn't have the cluttered feel that Gulf Shores has. Another perk was being within walking distance of the Cobalt restaurant, it was amazing! We ate there several times during our stay (make sure to check out the Sunday brunch). Another restaurant I would recommend is Fishers at Orange Beach Marina, the food was so good. During our dinner the chef came out and introduced himself and the wait staff was incredible. Our stay at the Caribe was wonderful, I will go back and would stay at this same condo. I highly recommend looking into the Caribe and this room if you are considering vacationing in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. Thank you for giving us a great place to stay during our visit to Orange Beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at Caribe. We were here for our parents 60th wedding anniversary. It was wonderful to find a place for people of all ages. Pool was perfect for the young and old. We had the best unit by far of all the family. The unit is more beautiful then the pictures show. Loved the black and red bedrooms. Media room was super for our grandson to have as his own room. We will recommend this to friends. We did miss being able to walk on the beach in the mornings.

First, let me just say that the pictures don't do the place justice. Everything is even better in person. We stayed for 4 nights, and I did NOT want to leave! My heart pangs just looking at the pictures now, because it was the best beach vacation so far (I've been 3 times), and I loved, LOVED, the decor of the place. The master suite bed was SO comfortable, the view was amazing. It's on the 10th floor, and that means that you don't hear any noise from the pools below. Even though my stay was over Thanksgiving, a few days were warm enough to swim. We did...indoor and outdoor pools. The condo wasn't right on the beach, but it was a good opportunity for exercise to just walk there. There was a shuttle though, but we didn't use it. There are grocery stores within a few miles, and a lot of great places to eat. I wasn't impressed with the Wal-Mart Market, but on the last day I discovered the Publix, and it was SO SO much better! I intend to stay in this exact same condo again, and soon. It was a really nice get-away!

We really enjoyed the Caribe and this room! There were 4 adults and 5 children in our stay. The children's ages were from 1 yr. to 14. Everyone was entertained and satisfied. You will not regret this location or room!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit! It was beautifully furnished & perfectly clean. The unit in person is even better than the pictures. We loved the large wrap around balcony and the view. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a great meal and entertain the 7 of us. The staff at Luxury Coastal Vacations were wonderful to work with. Check-in and out was very easy. The pools, slides, and lazy river were a big hit with the whole family. Cobalt restaurant next door was delicious and so convenient to walk to. We will book this unit again for next years Dental Convention.

The unit itselft was beautiful not to mention the awesome views. The condo is a corner unit so you get more balcony than most if you like to sit outside. The kitchen was a cooks heaven. All of the decoration was modern and fresh. Each room has it's own TV and DVD, with our 5 kids, that was awesome. The Caribe as a whole was super fun for the kids. The lazy river and all other amenities make it perfect for the family. My husband and I liked that our unit was large and plush. We would stay there again....and recommend this place to our friends.
