Great spot for a large group.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views overlooking the gulf and the lazy river were absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing setting throughout our visit. The condo itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciated how well-maintained the property was. We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views overlooking the gulf and the lazy river were absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing setting throughout our visit. The property was very nice. The view is incredible. Traveled with my children and grandchildren. They were all very impressed. So much for them all to do. The grands loved all of the pool choices. The older grands loved the large slides and pools, the younger loved the small indoor pools with kiddie slides. The adult children enjoyed the lazy river. They were disappointed that only cabana renters could order food from the pool tiki bar though. The interior of unit is beautiful and spacious but some furniture has seen better days. Not an issue when traveling with kids in my opinion. We loved how large the seating area is! Can seat all guest comfortably. Only one complaint about cleanliness and that is the tile floors. They need a good mopping. Kids white socks showed immediately that the tile hasn’t had a good cleaning in a while. Also there was a small leak in the smallest bedroom, from ceiling. Made wet area on carpet and had slight musty smell. Property managers were made aware so hopefully will be addressed. I noticed an older review had pics of drying machine in one of the rooms. Not sure if it’s the same issue or not. We have stayed at Pensacola Beach several times and it’s so crowded. We preferred the more laid back vibe at the resort and surrounding area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back for another family vacation.- Reviewed On: 5/21/2026

What a gorgeous condo! We had 8 adults and a 2-year old and we felt very comfortable. Lots of kitchen amenities and starter supplies were exactly as listed. We would highly recommend this specific condo unit.
As for the overall complex, there is so much to do within walking distance between the multiple pools, lazy river (our favorite), outdoor games, easy beach access, and great restaurants, you can’t go wrong.
Navigation of the complex itself is a little tricky. The resort has a few maps posted but no real signs to point you in the right direction and it’s definitely not intuitive.

The condo was great. Clean, spacious, well stocked kitchen. Most of the beds were comfortable. The balcony was huge with views of the bay and gulf. Tons of seating space for a big group. The kids loved taking the little trolley to the beach and it was very quick. The only thing that would have made our stay better was if the outdoor pools were heated even a little. Being from Minnesota 70 degrees felt very hot but we couldn’t use the outdoor pools because they were FREEZING. That’s obviously not on the condo so I still gave 5 stars because it’s a great place to stay but if you have kids maybe hold off until April to enjoy all the amenities.- Reviewed On: 3/4/2024

A great vacation!
Location was great! Beautiful condo and beds were great! Plenty of space for everyone. Boardwalk to beach is too long and far from bathrooms. It would be nice if shuttle could drive you closer to beach. It is a beautiful property and love all the renovations being made.- Reviewed On: 9/14/2023
