We had a wonderful time! The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The resort was beautiful as well! The view from the room included both the lazy river and an ocean view!The lazy river and pools were nice, and the beach was just a drive across the street. It was peaceful and not over populated, and there were umbrella rentals right at the beach that did not require any pre-arrangement! There are many local restaurants and Cobalts next door was delicious! We definitely recommend this unit/resort and we would definitely come back!

I’ve stayed at this resort before and we really love it!!! Caribe has a lot of amenities, including a lazy river, putt putt golf, tennis, etc. I really like how they added a music band on Wednesday nights and an outside bar. The condo was great, clean and spacious.

Pool side is great
The room are perfect size, love the open floor plan. The only thing I was disappointed was the electric oven does not get hot quickly like a gas stove No batteries in the tv remotes, hard to watch The weather was bad for 1/2 of our yome

This condo has an amazing view and is located right in the middle of everything you need! Kitchen had everything we needed and having 3 full bathrooms was perfect for after the beach. Beautiful condo and very spacious.

Very Nice property.
Easy check in/out. Kitchen was very clean and well stocked. Had to make one service call for help with the wireless router and maintenance was very prompt to address issue.

Great location within the Caribe Resort property (D tower) has 3 pools, sauna and lazy river
Property managed by Luxury Coastal, was very well maintained. It is located on the far end of the resort which is not huge by any standards. It has a lot of options for families. Lazy river sits right below the balcony of this property. It has a large pool adjacent to the lazy river, and behind the building are the two other pools. Getting there is confusing because access to them is not shared by residential elevators.Residential elevators end in Parking or Ground and then walk across into the parking deck for access to Lazy river which sits on top of parking deck. Two pools/sauna sit level below the parking deck. About this property except for the master bed, the other beds are squeaky. The sofa bed is ok for kids not for adults, probably the age or quality of the mattress. We enjoyed the property, minor inconveniences aside as mentioned above, kitchen is good, dishwasher only works on two settings, utensils were good, TVs have a good selection, wifi was good, we used roku on there and were happy with the internet speed. Overall 4.5 stars +.

Awesome condo
Our family of 10, ranging from 13 years old to 85 years old, stayed at Caribe D 412 for 7 nights for fall break. This condo was the most well equipped for sleeping arrangements and culinary needs that we have ever stayed at. There is no need to bring your favorite pans from home, (like I always do). We had an abundance of everything we needed to prepare meals and sleep. This condo is perfect for the elderly that can’t make it to the beach because of its amazing views of the ocean and the lazy river / upper deck pools that they can view from the living room and the balcony. When we arrived, the dishwasher was not working. We contacted luxury coastal vacations and they sent someone same day to install a new dishwasher. The condo was top notch for all of us and we would definitely stay here again. Also, we brought an air mattress for a couple of the teenagers that enjoyed their independence of sleeping on the balcony. We also enjoyed the 2 Jaccuzi tubs inside the condo. This resort has everything… indoor pools, outdoor pools with slides, lazy river, outdoor and indoor hotubs, nice exercise room, sauna and steam room to make your vacation the best. The only thing you’ll want or wish for is more time.

Great place if you love to watch boats
Property was very clean. And lots of amenities and we had a commercial icemaker in our room The pools had some tiles chipping off, which caused some scuffs on our feet and the door latch in our room was missing a screw, and our refrigerator was out the whole time, but they brought in a replacement

Great condo!
The condo was vary spacious with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pools and close access to the beach. The ice machine in the condo was great to have! We will definitely stay there again.

Big Condo, Great Activities
Loved the big space in this condo for 8 people- 4 adults, 4 kids. Perfect size and great amenities on property. The beach is a little farther than we hoped, but an easy drive.

Unbelievably good experience. Unit was exactly as pictured. Arrival instructions were clear and detailed. We asked follow up questions/help on a couple of occasions and responses were quick and to the point. Above all, Caribe itself is a phenomenal property. While not directly on the beach, you can walk within 10-12 minutes (even from D412) and the pools (especially the lazy river and slide by tower B) were thoroughly enjoyed by all of the adults and kids in our party.

Best Condo Ever
This condo is amazing! It was clean, spacious, livable, with a gorgeous view. My family and I felt like it was a luxury condo that felt very homey. We loved it… already planning on coming back next year and hoping to stay at same place. The Caribe had so many things to offer that you never really had to ever leave. We look forward to returning.

Fantastic rental! We decided to slip away from our home in TX to spend the holiday week in Orange Beach. The condo was clean, spacious, and had a fantastic view. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, getting the sea breeze and listening to the waves while enjoying a night cap or reading a book. Having a table for 12 made it especially perfect, as we had family nearby who would come and join us for meals. Many places lack kitchen amenities, but this one did not. Anything you could think of was supplied and ready to use. Beds were comfortable and so was the furniture. I easily drifted off on the couch while watching football several times during our stay.
As for our hosts, Luxury Coastal Vacations....OUTSTANDING! I never had to ask for anything. They were VERY proactive in messaging me about directions, itineraries, things to do, and were incredibly friendly. If we needed anything, they responded very quickly. We would GLADLY stay again! It was FANTASTIC! Thank you!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the children and grandchildren! it’s really nice if you are not concerned about being right on the beach but close enough to the beach. There were so many other things to do to keep the kids occupied. We would definitely return for another vacation! The slides in the pool were a hit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have a large family, and there was something for everyone. I do wish the property was more handicap friendly. My mother had to navigate many stairs getting to pools and such. This was slightly difficult for her. Our condominium was great for our needs. Very beautiful. Very clean.
