Casita Bonita at Eleanor Beach is brand new construction and furnishings for 2025, beachfront, luxurious 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home located in stunning Perdido Key, Florida. This exquisite property offers direct beach access, allowing guests to step out and enjoy the pristine sands and gorgeous Gulf views. The house features a private plunge pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and is equipped with top-of-the-line Wolf and SubZero kitchen appliances and furnishings to ensure a comfortable and sophisticated stay.
A Litezilla (https://litezilla.com) Light Wall is installed for both kids and adults, and provides hours of fun on both sunny and rainy days alike.
The main floor boasts a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a convenient four bed bunk room and a half bathroom, catering to both adults and children alike.

On the top level, Casita Bonita continues to impress with a second primary bedroom with an office area and private oceanfront deck and three additional bedrooms, all featuring attached bathrooms for added privacy and convenience. The view is unbelievable! Easy to navigate the boardwalk to the beach. The home was beautifully done and nicely decorated. Plenty of room to socialize on the main level - actually is bigger in person than the photos indicate. Kitchen was well-stocked with equipment and dishes, but light on serving bowls and platters and storage containers. Would definitely come again!

We were party of 15 (10 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 babies) and everyone felt right at home. Kitchen was fully furnished, so all we had to do was bring the ingredients and cook.
We had wonderful time handing out by and in the plunge pool enjoying the beautiful Gulf. Stepping out on the beach and into the Gulf was a breeze. House had plenty of beach chairs and floaties for everyone to enjoy. We just had to rent the umbrellas and a cooler.
We would definitely come back this house.

This home was exactly as described and as the pictures listed! Beautiful home, very spacious and the elevator was extremely helpful for elderly parents plus to bring up luggage and groceries. The patio and pool were also an extra luxury with a BBq pit and that was very clean. The beds and sofa were comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is to have a map or label light switches to know what works with what light, fan, etc. It was nice to have a downstairs shower and faucet on your private boardwalk from the beach. Also a plus is the beach chairs, shibumi, and floats that are available to use while there. We will be looking forward to booking again next year!

Beautiful home. Stunning views. Clean. It has plenty of room to spread out. Tall ceilings. New everything. Super responsive rental company. There were a few silly things that could improve our experience, which I will share with the rental company but for the most part it was amazing.

Incredible place to stay. After years of spending time on 30A, this was a very refreshing week without the crowds and traffic. All the rooms were spacious, the views were great and this might be the best Airbnb kitchen I have experienced. Will definitely consider re-booking this same place in the future.
