The perfect place to stay

We have stayed at several Perdido Key properties over the years but this was by FAR our families new favorite. Eden East 101 was clean, quiet, and had gorgeous views off the balcony. The pool is gorgeous and clean. Everything was clean, even the poolside bathroom. The only thing that could have been improved would be to have an extra set of towels, because we really go through towels at the beach with all the showering off at the room before going places. But it was fine with the full sized washer dryer. The lady working at the little store by the pool was a gem. We sprung for the beach service (aka, the dude that sets up a chair and umbrella for you) and I don't think I can ever go back to schlepping my own chair. A Loved it, and would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend!

Last minute trip

Picked this property a month before vacation due to proximity to us and wanting a more laid back, quieter weekend. The perdido beach area has grown alot but it still seems like a hidden gem. Beach wasn't crowded nor were area restaurants. The condo was just as shown in the pictures. Lower level made trips to the beach easier with small kids and all their stuff. Kids and adults loved the pool with the waterfall. Family dinner was easily prepared in the fully stocked kitchen. We all enjoyed the stay.

My family and I love Eden!

Eden is a great property! It’s very nice, clean, beautiful pool, clean beach and easily accessible. We will definitely return! The only suggestions would be to replace the light bulbs in the outside walkway of East level one and outside the front condo door of E101 and also provide sheets for the couch pull out bed abb mg do extra blankets for the beds.

Great place!

This was perfect for what we needed during these times. The property was clean and staff was very friendly. We did not know the wristbands were our room keys - and they did not work at first, but the after hours security was able to help and the staff activated them for us the next morning. The pool is spacious and clean. It was very easy to keep distance around the pool. There were a lot of jellyfish when we went, so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach as much as I had hoped. The room was a great price and was spacious enough for my family of 5. Great memories!!
